Silver Beach Resort

In my opinion the nicest beach in Samui and the perfect location for laid back travellers who still like the option of a quick ride into the more bustling areas. Right between Chaweng and Lamai and right on the beach. The hotel is pretty uptight with keeping non guests out of amenities which is understandable and which means sometimes you may be questioned coming in or looked at by security if it’s late but otherwise the staff are lovely. Rooms are great and spacious my lock didn’t work for my room because it had been oxidised from the ocean but I didn’t realise until my last night and everything else was working great. The bar serves up some good food and Thai breakfast was a great addition. The food for dinner and lunch does have quite small portions. A great place to stay in Samui if you love to swim in the ocean all day and escape from the party scene at night

Das Zimmer war sauber, aber abgewohnt. Es war eigentlich sehr modern gestaltet, denn die umliegenden Bungalows waren komplett veraltet. Wir hatten das moderne Bungalowzimmer. Die Minibar war ausgestattet aber kostenpflichtig der Pool war sehr klein ein Salzwasserpool. Das dazugehörige Restaurant, war Durchgang für den Strand, so dass der viel Durchgangsverkehr in unserem Hotel stattfand. Was nicht sehr angenehm war. Es gab kaum liegen am Pool oder am Strand. Der Strand war mal ein Geheimtipp, mittlerweile komplett überlaufen. Frühstück war okay, ich hätte mir mehr Auswahl gewünscht.

This Thai style hotel on a quiet bay is set right on the beach of the best swimming, paddle boarding and snorkeling on all of Koh Samui. A busy restaurant and bar with a great Thai and Western kitchen settles down in the evening to quiet by the sea nights. Lanai and Chaweang are nearby towns and the airport is about a thirty minute drive. Exceptional and personal The Silver Beach Hotel is the place of unforgettable memory making.

What a great little place. Rooms a right on one of the best beaches in Samui. The residents only pool is a winner. Food and drinks are lovely too. Will be back.

Great property and staff. Breakfast excellent and you can’t beat Crystal beach for beauty. Standard clean rooms but incredible location. Staffed very well.
