Great room, fine breakfast and friendly employees

Our stay here was unfortunately not the best. We only stayed two nights and this hotel charged us twice. Once online to book it($280), then upon arrival we had a lady who we later found out did not work there charge us another entire two night stay but said it was under a “deposit”($240) which would be normal however we were also later informed by the host that this hotel does not ask for deposits. After we tried to contact this hotel several times and was given the run around they completely ghosted us now after a month of trying to get the refund. So disappointed considering the stay itself was okay, the room was as described. I would not recommend travelers here as they scammed us entirely. I hope no one else goes through this.

Aardige mensen, vriendelijke ontvangst! Simpel hotel, maar schone kamers en heerlijke bedden!

Lots of character, especially the reception, lounge and dining room. Very convenient for the restaurants etc of South Antwerp. Very helpful, patient staff
