Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was negative. It’s located in a beautiful area, but the overall condition shows a clear lack of maintenance and care. There were items scattered around common areas, the bathrooms were dirty, and everything felt generally neglected. The night before, the staff did not clean the tables, leaving food scraps that attracted cats climbing onto the tables. In the morning, there was no one at the front desk or in the restaurant; it wasn’t until 9 a.m. that staff began to appear, and only then was I able to have breakfast. For the price paid, the service was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel.

Tesis personelleri kendi hayatlarindan bikmis gibi davranislari oda temizligi cok kotu banyoda sampuan bile koymadilar sac kurutma makinesini kendi yaninizda goturun kahvalti diye verdikleriniz zorla veriorlar gibi idi baska yerlerde yemedigimizi sigara boregini tek alma hakkiniz var hayatimda bir daha asla gitmeyecsgim bir tesis o kadar yerlerde kaldim bu kadarini gormedim

Personelde Güleryüz yok. kahvaltı berbat ekmek bayat kızarmaya bile tenezzül etmiyorlar çay desen 2. Çayı isteme sanki canlarını istiyorsun gibi davranıyorlar askeriye gibi kahvaltı açıkçası bardakları çok pis. Odada su bile yok. Sürekli senin talep Etmen gerek ve o asık suratları gördüğün için etmiyorsun bile.
