Check in lady was awesome, Saint Marie bar is hopping, riom was gorgeous. Love love !

Smallest fridge ever!, family of four cramped into a small room. The pool needs maintenance as concrete has fallen away exposing rusty metal. Reception isn't open till 11-11.30am, Pool closes too early and the rooms above the cafe are exposed to noise pollution at any given time of the day. Apart from that staff were great!

Had a brief but great stay here

Great customer service, room was clean, grounds clean, handy 15 min walk to the coast, dining options next door and a few more around or main town center is 15 min walk. The pool is not as big as it looks on the photos, it still nice. We didn’t get to use the pool very long during our stay - closed early at 6pm with the public holiday or would have been 5 stars.

The Sails Motel in Brunswick Heads is one of those places that quietly does its job without trying to cosplay as a luxury resort. Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a location that’s annoyingly convenient. You can walk to the river, beach, pubs, and cafés in minutes, which means you barely need the car. The pool area is a nice bonus, and while it’s still a motel at heart, it’s a well-kept one. Overall it’s a solid, reliable stay.
