Hotel Siena

Beautiful reception area and friendly staff. But the rooms were not so nice. Old bathroom with toilet and shower that needed renovation. And we did not know we ordered smoking rooms so the room smelled bad from smoking.

The location of the hotel is good in Shinjuku, Tokyo. 15 min walk from the Shinjuku Station, and a lot of activities around. But, the room was too small for two persons. The mattress was hard, the one pillow you get was hard too. Practically no storage room: we are on a 3-week trip around Japan, and our luggage did not fit inside the room. The bathroom was also small. The A/C was not up to date, also it made a horrible noise. The wi-fi was weak too. Also, I had sent a message to the hotel through Hotels.com but no-one at the hotel never had heard or read my messages = bad communication. Practically nothing worked in this hotel, everything was kind of dated and smelly, but the location is good and it’s affordable in price.

部屋に付いていたダイキンのエアコンが電源を入れるとうるさくて使えなかった。 トイレの水がずっとチョロチョロ流れ続けていてそれもうるさかった。 バスタブに髪の毛が残っていた

Hotel muito bem localizado, os quartos são antigos, o controle do ar estava em japonês mas fora isso tudo estava certo. As funcionárias são simpáticas.

1階にコンビニがあるのは良かった。 室内はシャワーカーテンのカビ？が少し気になった。
