There were supposed to be 24/7 self check-in machines, so we relied on that—but we ended up stranded in the middle of the night! All train services between Marburg and Gießen were canceled, leaving us stranded in Marburg. As soon as we realized we would be arriving late, I sent a message to the hotel, but no one ever replied. When we finally arrived, I followed the instructions on the self check-in machine and entered my reservation number and last name, but it repeatedly displayed the message, “The operation could not be completed.” I then tried calling the emergency contact number, but I couldn’t reach anyone. As a result, we were left out on the street at 3:00 a.m. With all our luggage and in the cold, we had no choice but to look for another hotel. To make matters worse, they refused to refund our money. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. Avoid it!

Tjek ind var noget bøvl ved deres selvbetjeningsskærme og receptionen er først bemandet fra kl. 17, hvilket er 2 timer efter at man må tjekke ind.

Ja, mir ist klar, dass das ein Low-Budget-Hotel ist. Aber allein die Situation mit dem Reinigungsservice: Man muss über einen QR-Code die Reinigung bestellen. Das finde ich sehr aufwendig. Außerdem, obwohl unser Check-Out um 12 Uhr war, fingen die Mitarbeiter schon um 9 Uhr an, an der Tür zu klopfen, ob wir schon ausgecheckt sind, und dann wirklich jede Stunde standen die da und stressten uns.
