1. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION (FOR HOUSES, CHALETS, ROOMS, OR DORMITORIES) Cancellations or modifications can be made up to 15 days before the arrival date without charge (your deposit will be refunded). Within 14 days, you will be charged 100% of your stay. To modify your reservation, please contact us directly at info@aubergefestive.com. 2. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Check-in is from 3:00 PM for camping and vanlife stays and from 5:00 PM for stays in houses, chalets, rooms, or dormitories. Check-out must be by 11:00 AM regardless of the type of accommodation. In case of late arrival or early departure, please notify us. 3. POLICY FOR CHILDREN AND MINORS 17 YEARS OLD AND UNDER Persons aged 17 and under have free access to the site; however, they must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or person with parental authority to stay at the Auberge Festive Sea Shack. All reservations must be made by persons 18 years of age or older. 4. PETS Pets are allowed on the beach and in the cottages and must be kept on a leash at all times. Pets are not allowed in dormitories or private rooms. Also, pets are not allowed in indoor common areas such as the hostel's shared kitchen. 5. RESTRICTIONS Smoking is prohibited in all rooms, cottages, and houses. Additional cleaning fees will be charged for non-compliance with this policy. 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT FOR COTTAGE STAYS On the day of your arrival, a $200 pre-authorization* will be automatically charged to your credit card. The pre-authorization will be canceled upon your departure if the cottage is left in acceptable condition. The amount and/or a portion of the amount will be retained if we determine there has been damage or negligence resulting in additional housekeeping costs. 7. MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF CHALETS, ROOMS, OR HOUSE (INCLUDING CHILDREN) The maximum capacity varies depending on the type of accommodation (1 to 9 adults). You must respect the maximum capacity, including children. We may make an exception for very young children sleeping in an extra bed or playpen (you must bring your own equipment, as we do not have any). 8.
