It was so beautiful there! Very quiet and private. The cabin we chose was a little walk from the car with our luggage but well worth it! The copper tub was so wonderful and I couldn’t get enough of the shower! The high flow and high pressure was so relaxing!

It was a perfect little last minute cozy spot. We had 2 adults and 6 children and our cabin comfortably slept 6 people with plenty of space for the kids (ages 6-10) to play. It was somewhat quiet, although we could hear traffic sounds. But the stars were amazing. We had coffee on the balcony whole the kids played at the little park that is on site

This place was exactly as it was advertised, but even that did not prepare me for the wonderful experience I had! It was a spacious cabin style room with a rustic wooden deck out back overlooking the river below. The surrounding area was well lit with decorative soft lights that outlined the beautiful walkways leading down to the river landing. The river landing was landscaped perfectly to match the surrounding mountainous area. Even though I live in central CA, I am going to find a way to make it out to this place again just to experience it for more than the one day I was there! I had an amazing experience! This was not a modern chain style of hotel that I stay in very frequently, and I absolutely loved it! If you stay here, expect a nice quiet getaway for a few days at least. Well done!

The property has a lot of features perks. We went for a concert and the property had an included shuttle service that took us to the concert and picked us up when it was over. It also has water access to float the river.

Communication was great and check in was easy. Liked the location above the river and the ability to walk down to lounge chairs at the water and sit while drinking some wine. We were able to float the water and get out right at the property. On the down side, road noise from big trucks and motorcycles was a bit annoying. TV's were on the small side and bed was not very comfortable.

Cabin 19 was clean and comfortable however it did have a couple small issues. The shower did not drain very well and would overflow the shower pan if you didn’t turn the water off intermittently to allow it to drain. The ceiling fan did not work and it’s hot in Texas! Last but not least the body pillow on the bed had stains of some sort of fluid on it and was put away for the duration of our stay. We enjoyed the location and complementary tubing.

Everything was quick and easy with checking in. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was super comfy! We were within walking distance from the river as it has a private entry to it and our parking spot. Communication with staff was spot on and quick as well!

The property itself was nice but it is very noisy at night. I could not get the tv's to work for the 2 days I stayed. I also woke up too 2 roaches in my room. All and all I would probably not stay here again.

Very nice grounds but inside the room not so much. Overall the place felt dingy. First impression was a smell of sweat when we opened the door. The towels also had the same smell. To top it off, one of the two beds had bed bugs, the next morning bug bites all over exposed skin. There seemed to be blood spots on two of the pillowcases. Mattresses and pillows were not the best either. The bathroom wall had holes, one from the door not having a door stop. Overall, the property does not seem to be well maintained and housekeeping not the best either. Finally, no spot lights on the property entrance to show the name or entrance to facilitate finding the place at night.

Cabin 19 was clean and comfortable however it did have a couple small issues. The property is beautiful there’s no disputing that. We rated it low because there was tissue shoved into the holes in the walls mainly the bathroom area, the hot water was fickle, the upstairs bedroom set up didn’t make sense to us you had a table in between the beds but no access to plugs so the table was useless because the plugs were on one side of the room and then on the opposite wall of the second bed so your phones and computers were on the floor. The floors weren’t cleaned properly there was dirt and some dead bugs. The walls are paper thin!!! We had people show up on our second night and we were kept up by their baby crying and when anyone would walk around upstairs or going down the stairs you could also hear their entire conversation as if you were in the room with them so we whispered throughout our room to not wake the baby. The office closes at 4 which is highly inconvenient because you’re usually out and about and when you get back there’s no one to contact, our shower rod fell and was being held by sticky tack it seemed but because it happened after 4 we had to find away to fix it. The bathroom also doesn’t have a fan so when you do take a shower the whole place fills with humidity and you have to open the window to try and release it but when it’s humid outside good luck! The back door lets in all kinds of air. But… it’s convenient location between Austin and San Antonio is a huge plus, the pictures you can get here also are gorgeous the town is super cute

The rooms were tasteful and felt up-to-date. The stairs were not as steep to our loft room as anticipated which was nice. We liked having the living area separate from the loft. Made the room feel much larger. No TV in the loft where the beds were. The walls are very thin as we could hear the family (including kids) pretty well until about 10:30 that night. Luckily we used AirPods and watched a movie on our iPad. Being by the river and walking around the property was very nice although the sounds from vehicles on the road and bridge was more than anticipated. There were some great places to eat within 2-4 miles of the location.

Amazing property on the Guadalupe River. Modern, unique, and clean cabin/room. The staff were extremely accommodating and gave us the option of checking out late due to ice storm. Will definitely be staying here again.

The cabin is wonderful. Great place to unwind. The furniture, bathroom, mattresses, linens, cleanliness are five stars. Off-site staff very disappointing. Arrived to freezing cold room and no instructions for the AC/heating unit and no one to tell us how to make it warmer. After downloading the manual from the internet we finally were able to get the heat going. And the “free” internet—only free if you have the password!! Called the after hours number only to be disconnected after too many rings. Glad we did not have a true emergency. And heads up, the kitchen has no plates, no silverware, no paper towels. We would come again but would need to bring some of our own things and definitely get the password before 4 pm when the “office” closes!

Wow! What a great hidden gem with a better price than most hotels. Amazing porch view with comfy beds and great ac. Also the staff was very nice and helpful with a mistake i made with the reservation. Arrived on a Wednesday and decided to stay there the final few days of our trip. Made our trip that much more awesome!

We loved the style, cleanliness, and location. The view from our room was beautiful. The amenities were great. Probably the only downside is the traffic on the road can be loud. Luckily we brought a fan from home that drowned out the sound. Also, another thing worth noting is all the stray cats. They don’t meow or bug you but I do feel like people should know there are a lot of cats that come to the porch.
