Holiday Inn Express & Suites Forrest City by IHG

Room was comfortable for one night stay but noisy (people stomping, TV playing somewhere at 2AM, doors slamming, dogs barking at 6:00 AM- and this in a hotel where I was told "no smoking no pets"). Also they did not have a room ready when I arrived to check in at 5:00 PM.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The room temperature was perfect. Bed was very comfortable. Good selection of snacks and drinks for sale.

This was my first time ever getting a room in Forrest City. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is right by the interstate which was a plus. The free breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The room was super clean. We got a room with a jetted tub. I always bring my own cleaning supplies to clean anyways, but I didn't need to do a deep cleaning. The only thing I would suggest is maybe displaying where to turn the jets on at. I felt like I was in an escape room trying to figure it out. LOL! I didn't mind the adventure tho. Every time I go back to the area I'm only booking with this location

Check in person wore a mask and was very soft spoken and difficult to understand… other than that, facility and staff was exceptional.

Breakfast was top notch and staff was wonderful, friendly and delivered breakfast to go bags. Terrific touch!
