Sweet property, great bath products, French press, great ground coffee and local milk in Glass bottles excellent breakfast baskets delivered even Gluten free and vegetarian options. Jennie’s cottage had an excellent bathtub and lots of thoughtful details, bed cozy and very clean.

Lots of personal touches! The property host greeted us right away and made us feel welcome. Great breakfasts—just the right amount of fresh, tasty and healthy food and beverages to get your day off to a good start. They were most accommodating to my challenging dietary restrictions. The small kitchen was equipped with everything we needed—even snacks! The bathroom was fully stocked with quality toiletries.

Excellent rental. Convenient walk or drive from ferry. Very efficient use of space inside. Very quiet and clean. Provided breakfast brought to the door of the cottage. Good wifi. Excellent communication from rental management throughout. Good value. I would rent it again if I came with similar circumstances. Side note - I couldn't get the teapot to heat on the stovetop, but it may have been something I was doing wrong. And it was fine since I was able to heat water in the microwave.

We stayed at the Sunshine Suite which is separate from Tucker House Inn. Unit was clean and very cute. Beds were comfortable, but sofa bed was a little hard. Coffee pot was French press and we didn't know how to use it. Stairs were a little difficult as I have hip and knee issues.

It’s not a new building, so don’t expect sleek and modern, but it’s immaculate, cozy, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the bed is SO comfy and inviting. My pets appreciated the treats and water bowls. If you want to walk on a SJI Ferry, the location is perfect!!

The historic home is within 2 blocks of Friday Harbor, so we seldom used our car. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, microwave, mini stove, coffee maker, utensils and dinnerware, mini refrigerator. The tv offered streaming on major streaming sites, Netflix, Hulu etc.. The homemade breakfasts were acceptionally good, and arrived about 8:25 ish every morning. We would come back again and highly recommend this B and B.

Five stars. The room was cozy; the breakfasts were original, tasty and interesting; the grounds lovely and the people nice. It was the perfect room to spend rainy afternoons after hiking in the various lovely places around the island. Being dog friendly was such a bonus. They even have a lovely little fenced in area for the pups. Only one thing to change: The room above us had a piano that the those guests thought appropriate to play at 7 in the morning. (Seriously - who does that?). Best to avoid having to listen to Chopsticks played badly at any time. Really, pianos don’t being in hotel rooms for many reasons, Mary Had a Little Lamb notwithstanding. However I’d consider that minor. It’s a lovely place. We’ll stay here again on our next trip.

When I booked this suite with two bedrooms and a living room with sleeper sofa I did not know how man of us there would be. Several months later when we thought we\'d have four they asked for the names. Then they said I only booked for two and that there would be $26pp per day additional fee. They BERATTED me for booking it on Hotels.com and said if I had booked directly they could takecare of me, but since thru hotel.com I was SOL. 2 weeks before the trip the two extra people could not come. I called and asked to remove the additional fees. AGAIN they said I should have booked directly not thru hotels.com and there was nothing they could do. Interesting that they could make the change to increase the fees but not to decrease them.... The place itself was charming. The rooms and sofa bed comfortable. Great ability to access each room independently from outside. ODDLY the only bathrooms were accesible from the bedrooms. So if you have someone in the living room on the sofa they have to go thru a bedroom to get to a bathroom (awkward moments in the middle of the night). It was mostly clean--HOWEVER there were feces smeared for a 3" swath below the toilet handle which I had to clean off on checkin---GROSS!!!! It was advertised as a full kitchen.but there was a giant hole where the oven should be. We had brought pizza and bread to bake--no way to cook it. No cutting board. BREAKFAST was delicious and hot and they accomodated vegan and vegetarians too!

The room was great for what we needed. The breakfast was great .. delivered to your door! Clean room and with everything you need. The only thing was the bed was a bit of a tight fit.. but we made it work. Overall, I would recommend to friends.

Very clean, comfortable and easy to arrive post ferry and settle in. Patrick whom I communicated with for confirmation was pleasant, efficient, and helpful to get us checked in for a pet friendly stay as well as informative. Will be back for a longer stay next time!

Great location in Friday Harbor. The breakfasts were quite good. Get the optional parfaits with breakfast, they make a great late morning snack. The sheets were more crackly than soft, and the mattress was OK, but the suite worked quite well for our family of four.

This property is everything the ad says it is .... but read the ad carefully. There is a double bed, but it is in the living room. There is wi-fi, but it is too slow to be functional. There is parking for one car and you are told extra cars can park at their other properties - but there is no space. I spoke to two staff people on the phone during my stay. One was lovely and courteous, the other basically told me to figure things out myself.

Wonderful room; perfect for us. A little bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs, but it didn't keep me from sleeping very well! Easy walk from the ferry and a fun island to visit.

Really, pianos don’t being in hotel rooms for many reasons, Mary Had a Little Lamb notwithstanding. However I’d consider that minor. It’s a lovely place. We’ll stay here again on our next trip.

Five stars. The room was cozy; the breakfasts were original, tasty and interesting; the grounds lovely and the people nice. It was the perfect room to spend rainy afternoons after hiking in the various lovely places around the island. Being dog friendly was such a bonus. They even have a lovely little fenced in area for the pups. Only one thing to change: The room above us had a piano that the those guests thought appropriate to play at 7 in the morning. (Seriously - who does that?). Best to avoid having to listen to Chopsticks played badly at any time. Really, pianos don’t being in hotel rooms for many reasons, Mary Had a Little Lamb notwithstanding. However I’d consider that minor. It’s a lovely place. We’ll stay here again on our next trip.

Very convenient to walk to sone great restaurants like Coho. Easy to get to the roads leading to South Beach, Lime Kiln. Hosts were wonderful. We got to meet Patrick who was very hospitable as he clarified my wife’s dietary needs.

Awesome place to stay. The service was outstanding. The breakfast was very good. Denise took care of all our needs. She even went so far as to mail me an item that I left behind. Would definitely stay there again.

When I booked this suite with two bedrooms and a living room with sleeper sofa I did not know how man of us there would be. Several months later when we thought we\'d have four they asked for the names. Then they said I only booked for two and that there would be $26pp per day additional fee. They BERATTED me for booking it on Hotels.com and said if I had booked directly they could takecare of me, but since thru hotel.com I was SOL. 2 weeks before the trip the two extra people could not come. I called and asked to remove the additional fees. AGAIN they said I should have booked directly not thru hotels.com and there was nothing they could do. Interesting that they could make the change to increase the fees but not to decrease them.... The place itself was charming. The rooms and sofa bed comfortable. Great ability to access each room independently from outside. ODDLY the only bathrooms were accesible from the bedrooms. So if you have someone in the living room on the sofa they have to go thru a bedroom to get to a bathroom (awkward moments in the middle of the night). It was mostly clean--HOWEVER there were feces smeared for a 3" swath below the toilet handle which I had to clean off on checkin---GROSS!!!! It was advertised as a full kitchen.but there was a giant hole where the oven should be. We had brought pizza and bread to bake--no way to cook it. No cutting board. BREAKFAST was delicious and hot and they accomodated vegan and vegetarians too!

Very clean, comfortable and easy to arrive post ferry and settle in. Patrick whom I communicated with for confirmation was pleasant, efficient, and helpful to get us checked in for a pet friendly stay as well as informative. Will be back for a longer stay next time!

We loved the breakfast "delivery" in the morning, with every day something new and delicious. The staff were wonderful- very helpful and friendly. It was so convenient --easy to walk to the harbor for dining and trips. We will return to stay here again.

Proprietors were responsive and helpful, area was wonderful - a few blocks from the downtown/port area. Close enough to walk everywhere, but far enough away to be quiet and neighborhood-like.

The Tucker House Inn is a wonderful place to stay in Friday Harbor. Everything was perfect, from easy check in to the dinner reservations at their local restaurant to the comfortable accommodations to breakfast the next day. The hotel is a convenient walk from the ferry and to everything in downtown Friday Harbor. Highly recommended!

The location was easy to find and perfect for exploring Friday Harbor. Our cottage felt warm, welcoming, and wonderfully cozy from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with delicious cookies and a homemade treat for our dog — who’s usually a picky eater but devoured it instantly! The thoughtful touches really made us feel at home. The split doors were a charming feature — we loved opening the top half to let in the fresh sea air while relaxing by the fireplace. The temperature was perfect, and the whole space felt peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast was delivered right to our door the next morning and was absolutely delicious. We only stayed one night, but it was such a lovely experience — we’d happily come back and highly recommend this super cozy and comfortable inn.

Great location in Friday Harbor. The breakfasts were quite good. Get the optional parfaits with breakfast, they make a great late morning snack. The sheets were more crackly than soft, and the mattress was OK, but the suite worked quite well for our family of four.

This B&B is in a great location for exploring Friday Harbor and beyond. The breakfast alone is worth the visit..so yummy and beautifully presented. The room was nicely furnished and had unique touches like make your own hot chocolate and loose tea. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to our requests.

Stayed in one of the cottages on the property, location is in walking distance of the ferries and downtown Friday Harbor with restaurants and brewpubs close by. Breakfast needed to be ordered a day in advance (no buffet), but it was excellent. Could become my preferred stay in Friday Harbor.

The room was great for what we needed. The breakfast was great .. delivered to your door! Clean room and with everything you need. The only thing was the bed was a bit of a tight fit.. but we made it work. Overall, I would recommend to friends.

This was an old house that had been very poorly laid out to create a suite. The bathroom was really awkward. There were so many cobwebs it could’ve been a haunted house. The house had a very strong mildew smell and the bed was so high it required a stepstool to get on it. The breakfast basket was fair. The location was excellent however.

We stayed in the Middleton Suite. It was larger than we expected and included a well-appointed kitchen and dining area. The gas woodstove in the sitting area was a nice touch and warmed us on a chilly morning. Overall, very comfortable for an overnight stay!
