The candy theme is unique and I liked the sweet decor. The candy store is amazing. The noise in the morning outside the windows can prevent late sleepers from getting rest, but I know the rooms have to be changed.

My room was very cozy. I was there on a holiday weekend in January so I knew there would be no service and no breakfast. That is not available from Oct. til April. There are large windows in the room and it was January so I was cold. Very cold even with the thermostat turned up to 73, but I don't think they could have done anything. The candy store on site is AMAZING!!!! The staff there super nice.

This motel was a wonderful surprise. Very comfortable. Notice the “Sweets” in the name? There is a candy store attached that is to die for !!! Lovely and accommodating proprietor. There is a family restaurant right up the street that has good food and nice breakfast.

We stayed for an overnight in the Middleburry Sweets Motel. The on-line Check In was super easy. We were issued a code which could be used to enter the unit. No waiting at a reception counter … simply parked the car and entered our room. The room had a small bathroom and two queen beds. No luxurious mattress and bed linens, but perfectly fine for a place to stay for the night or weekend. Check out was just as easy, we had to hang a card on the door and pull the door closed. That was all! The “breakfast nook”was more like a pantry with a fridge, but it provided fruit, muffins, milk, bottled water etc and various dry cereals individually packed were also available. It works for a quick breakfast in your room before heading out. Customer services was outstanding. Before we even realized the laptop was not with us, we received a call. We were just 15 minutes away and we’re able to turn around and pick it up. We would stay here again.

We loved our room - it was modestly sized for two people but very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The entire process is text and email-based, which worked really well for us. They offer plenty of information about getting checked in, getting breakfast and ice, and have phone numbers to call in case of any issues. Parking is easy and literally in front of your door.

Excellent communication from the staff. The cleanest rooms I think I have ever experienced. As they said in their introductory email, furnishing was sparse, but I had everything I needed. They took care of the details. It actually felt - for the inside of the room – European in that manner. Bed was very comfortable and, again, super clean. Even though it was a motel – meaning ground level – it felt very safe because the rooms had codes and not keys. I gave it a four because from the outside it didn’t inspire confidence. But when I got into the room, it was very clean and very safe.

We were very happy with our stay at the motel. It was verry clean and had everything we needed. A very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and hot shower, a small desk for our work, coffee and fridge. As others mentioned - the room and shower was a bit small, but fine for the 2 of us! Check in online was simple, informative and efficient!

Clean and a nice new bathroom with a good shower. The mattress could’ve been a bit more comfortable, but for just one night it was not a problem. A sweet and lovely low-key place all around. We have enjoyed it for two stays and will definitely go back.

The good- room was clean and newer than expected. The bad- room was 60 degrees when we got there and took half the night to get up to 70 degrees. There are few outlets, and they are behind the bed so a extension cord, power spliter is needed to use any electric People were right outside our room sitting with there car with it running for hours multiple times and that was a bit creepy.

Room was ok. Leg fell off under mattress in the night and whilebi put it back it fell 2 more times and i did notnreally feelncomfortable to sleep after. Room was clean. Ok bath. Nice shower. Directions for tv did not work. No idea how to use the tv. Sink backed up.

This is a roadside motel. The room is small. The bathroom is small. I chose this motel because it was the cheapest in middlebury. But even being the cheapest, it still seemed overpriced at 468 for three days. The location is good and the staff got us a hair dryer. Other than that I didn’t see staff but they are available during daytime.

We arranged for a later check-in. When we arrived at 9:45pm… the motel was dark and no cars in parking area except for one. In the dark, the person in the only car was sitting and smoking. I didn’t know if he was staying at motel or monitoring the motel or trespassing. I tried to call the manager’s number and received no answer. There was no response to my text either. So we did not stay. And unfortunately, I have yet to receive a return email or phone call to my efforts the following day. Disappointed in the customer service.

Amazing place to stay, easy to find & not far from many different stores & restaurants. Its very clean & kid/family friendly. The staff here are very accommodating & if u have a sweet tooth, theres also a candy store thats apart of the the motel. Overall, very comfortable & affordable.

This is a roadside motel. The room is small. The bathroom is small. I chose this motel because it was the cheapest in middlebury. But even being the cheapest, it still seemed overpriced at 468 for three days. The location is good and the staff got us a hair dryer. Other than that I didn’t see staff but they are available during daytime.

The Motel was great! Quiet, despite being near rte 7. The rooms were clean, comfortable, very comfortable bed, microwave and small refrigerator and small desk to work. Nice to find a good place affordable in Middlebury!

Nice clean rooms. Nothing much immediately around the motel it seems but quite a few services at a quick driving distance. 6 mins from downtown Middlebury. The online checkin process was very efficient. The room was ready to go when we arrived.

My room was very cozy. I was there on a holiday weekend in January so I knew there would be no service and no breakfast. That is not available from Oct. til April. There are large windows in the room and it was January so I was cold. Very cold even with the thermostat turned up to 73, but I don't think they could have done anything. The candy store on site is AMAZING!!!! The staff there super nice.

Amazing place to stay, easy to find & not far from many different stores & restaurants. Its very clean & kid/family friendly. The staff here are very accommodating & if u have a sweet tooth, theres also a candy store thats apart of the the motel. Overall, very comfortable & affordable.

This motel was a wonderful surprise. Very comfortable. Notice the “Sweets” in the name? There is a candy store attached that is to die for !!! Lovely and accommodating proprietor. There is a family restaurant right up the street that has good food and nice breakfast.

We stayed for an overnight in the Middleburry Sweets Motel. The on-line Check In was super easy. We were issued a code which could be used to enter the unit. No waiting at a reception counter … simply parked the car and entered our room. The room had a small bathroom and two queen beds. No luxurious mattress and bed linens, but perfectly fine for a place to stay for the night or weekend. Check out was just as easy, we had to hang a card on the door and pull the door closed. That was all! The “breakfast nook”was more like a pantry with a fridge, but it provided fruit, muffins, milk, bottled water etc and various dry cereals individually packed were also available. It works for a quick breakfast in your room before heading out. Customer services was outstanding. Before we even realized the laptop was not with us, we received a call. We were just 15 minutes away and we’re able to turn around and pick it up. We would stay here again.

Unique candy-themed rooms, very clean. I suggest saying there is not breakfast. What’s available in the nook (prepackaged cereal and hard, dry packaged donuts) does not constitute anything near breakfast.

We loved our room - it was modestly sized for two people but very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The entire process is text and email-based, which worked really well for us. They offer plenty of information about getting checked in, getting breakfast and ice, and have phone numbers to call in case of any issues. Parking is easy and literally in front of your door.

Was what was promised - clean room, nice staff, convenient access, good communications about what to expect. Cool option of the "largest candy shop in VT". Home made chocolates were great. My only concern had to do with Expedia, which didn't share my phone number to text, rather than email, my access code.
