Old rickety house badly portrayed by photos. Land too steep and pathways and handles too old and dangerous. Only good part was balcony overlooking trees. Bread was mouldy so didn’t touch anything other than wine. Who knew how long any of it had been there. Was also disappointed with Daylesford. Took dog and all cafes or pubs that allowed dogs on line were closed early week. This was the most expensive house so we thought it would be great but photos certainly are deceiving. Feel we should get money back for such deception.

Thank you for a wonderful stay, we really enjoyed it. Although dog friendly, the front gate does not close very well and my dog did get out to the front busy road area. Otherwise a beautiful place!

Great location. Lovely amenities. Great place to relax!

The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The spa was on when we arrived which was appreciated and every room was clean and tidy with cute touches. I wouldn’t say it was walking distance to Daylesford but it was quick drive there and to the Hepburn springs. The downstairs room was spacious and private but worth noting that it’s outdoor access to it only. We enjoyed the upstairs deck with a lovely view too as well as had fun on the slide. Would recommend for a family or a couple of couples!
