Really liked this hotel. Spa facilities were really great and little details really make a difference around the hotel. Breakfast options were one of best we had experienced, so many great choices. Would stay here again.

This hotel is now one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help you, and make you feel welcome. We are from Canada and unfortunately don’t speak Spanish other than a few words but the staff were not offended and were happy to help us in English. We ordered the half board which gave us breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is amazing. Such a huge spread of food on a buffet with a few options available on menu. We ate a huge breakfast which powered us through out the day as we explored the island and returned back for a wonderful dinner. The dinner menu changes each day and they display it at breakfast so you can choose if you want to eat there or prefer to try something different. If you’re interested in eating at different restaurants for dinner I would suggest only getting the breakfast. However, the dinner is great if you just want to eat back at the hotel. The dinner has a salad and dessert buffet and you have a choice of 4 items from the 1st course and then a choice of 4 items on the 2nd course. The portions are on the smaller size which is perfect for us because we kept breakfast as the larger meal of the day. There is free parking which worked out great for us as we rented a car to explore the island. The hotel was quite and that made it easy to sleep at night. By the pool there is a bar that serves lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the pool and bar area

A beautiful Hotel with excellent facilities. The restaurants were outstanding. the staff super friendly. The cleaners deserve a mention too as the entire Hotel was spotless. The waiting staff were very attentive & friendly.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wer einen weißen Sandstrand am Hotel erwartet - ist hier allerdings falsch. Felsenküste ist vor dem Hotel, aber tolle Rundwege an der Küste entlang. Hotel hat einen tollen Wellness Bereich, alles sehr modern und sauber und neu. Frühstücksbüffet war super und sehr vielseitig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Pros: (1) Excellent staff, especially Mercedes in the spa & the entire restaurant & housekeeping staff (2) Early & easy check in (& check out) (3) Elegant, beautiful resort with really no need to leave the property (4) Easy, ample & free on-site parking (5) Expansive breakfast with lots of choice Cons: (1) Really none

The room, common areas, spa and pool area was tidy and cleaning staff was always extremely helpful with clean towels etc. Staff overall was friendly and accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed. The weather was good during our stay so we only visited the spa a couple of times. German guests used the spa naked, this felt a little awkward for us but other than that it was a nice spa.

I paid $670 a night assuming that it’s 5 star hotel how it’s stated . Not even close , it’s no more than 3 stars . Who over rates this hotel 5 star definitely haven’t been to 5 star hotel . This hotel doesn’t cost more than 300$ a night . In my room floor was broken , stained robe , dirty towels . Very poor breakfast for $670 a night , they didn’t even have fruits . Good thing about it it’s Their staff , who was very sweet and very helpful and were willing easily to cancel rest of my stay and refund me . Also , this hotel is for people 60 , not if in your 30s

Las expectativas eran muy altas y el hotel de 5 estrellas realmente esperaba más. La piscina privada tenía oxido y no era nada higiénico. Las rejas de la piscina tenían telarañas . Por tanto muy poco higiénico. El aire acondicionado no funciono. En el área del restaurante exterior había muchísimos mosquitos que no dejaban cenar en calma . En fin, espero que mejoren porque al ser 5 estrellas los clientes esperamos lo mejor.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

Ich war um mal abzuschalten hier. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool war sehr angenehm und das Junior Suite mit Pool war sauber und angenehm zum relaxen bzw. zu übernachten.

Staff has been second to non: incredibly nice, attentive,very helpful and in a good mood every single day. They do not try to upsell anything which has been the case in many other resorts. It's a modern and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and have a modern tranquil look. The location itself is very quiet. Only downside would be that a car rental would be needed if you want to see many places across the island as it is not that well connected by public transport. The local bus only runs once an hour. Half board: very good quality food but after a week, the choices at the a la carte dinner get slim.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

Wir haben das Hotel vor allem wegen des Spa-Bereichs und der Lage gebucht und im Schnitt rund EUR 400 pro Nacht bezahlt. The room, common areas, spa and pool area was tidy and cleaning staff was always extremely helpful with clean towels etc. Staff overall was friendly and accommodating and always made sure we had everything we needed. The weather was good during our stay so we only visited the spa a couple of times. German guests used the spa naked, this felt a little awkward for us but other than that it was a nice spa.

Staff has been second to non: incredibly nice, attentive,very helpful and in a good mood every single day. They do not try to upsell anything which has been the case in many other resorts. It's a modern and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and have a modern tranquil look. The location itself is very quiet. Only downside would be that a car rental would be needed if you want to see many places across the island as it is not that well connected by public transport. The local bus only runs once an hour. Half board: very good quality food but after a week, the choices at the a la carte dinner get slim.

Had a lovely 3 night stay with four friends. After a slight hick up during the first night (which the staff handled very well, esp the reception manager), the rest of the stay was impeccable. Best hotel breakfast I had for a long while, super attentive, professional and friendly staff. Also, loved the small, but airy and functional hotel gym and the location could not be better. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is not a 5 star would be probably a 4 star they extended towels after use and the spa was inconveniently unattended the service at the restaurant is slowest than a slow dining, be aware that they will take anychances to charge extra like the tennis courts are in a very bad condition and still they charge for the use being part of the hotel not happy not ammused dissapointing before I gave my feedback they received in person if they reply to this like not knowing what it is and “contact us to take care or know more “ thats bs they know very well

I will happily recommend this hotel because the Service is far superior to any other hotel visited. I arrived late, food waiting in my room. Breakfast offered a fabulous selection. Lunch and evening meal fabulous quality. Reception desk very helpful. Pool lifeguard really helpful ensuring bathers have clean comfy areas to sunbathe. Room and hotel in general spotless. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

This hotel is now one of my favourite places I’ve ever stayed in. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable, happy to help you, and make you feel welcome. We are from Canada and unfortunately don’t speak Spanish other than a few words but the staff were not offended and were happy to help us in English. We ordered the half board which gave us breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is amazing. Such a huge spread of food on a buffet with a few options available on menu. We ate a huge breakfast which powered us through out the day as we explored the island and returned back for a wonderful dinner. The dinner menu changes each day and they display it at breakfast so you can choose if you want to eat there or prefer to try something different. If you’re interested in eating at different restaurants for dinner I would suggest only getting the breakfast. However, the dinner is great if you just want to eat back at the hotel. The dinner has a salad and dessert buffet and you have a choice of 4 items from the 1st course and then a choice of 4 items on the 2nd course. The portions are on the smaller size which is perfect for us because we kept breakfast as the larger meal of the day. There is free parking which worked out great for us as we rented a car to explore the island. The hotel was quite and that made it easy to sleep at night. By the pool there is a bar that serves lunch, drinks, and snacks throughout the day. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the pool and bar area

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wer einen weißen Sandstrand am Hotel erwartet - ist hier allerdings falsch. Felsenküste ist vor dem Hotel, aber tolle Rundwege an der Küste entlang. Hotel hat einen tollen Wellness Bereich, alles sehr modern und sauber und neu. Frühstücksbüffet war super und sehr vielseitig. Sehr freundliches Personal.

The food is very good and the variety of the breakfast buffet ist great. Also the starters and desserts of the buffet at evening is also good. The variation of the a la carte dinner could be better.

Really liked this hotel. Spa facilities were really great and little details really make a difference around the hotel. Breakfast options were one of best we had experienced, so many great choices. Would stay here again.

Sehr gut geführtes Hotel mit kleinen Abstrichen. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal. Super Team in allen Bereichen. Das Hotel wurde renoviert, der moderne minimalistische Style hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Toll war auch, dass man sich nie eingeengt fühlte. Genügend Liegen, Tische im Aussenbereich und vor allem viel Personal, das immer on Point war. Top! Für uns einzige Kritikpunkte waren das Abendessen. Bei den 3 Gängen, die wählbar sind, ist noch etwas Luft nach oben (Geschmack, Anrichten, Portionsgrösse). Für einen Cappuccino 5,-€ zu verlangen, ist total übertrieben und passt nicht. Im Spa war das Wasser vom Pool zu kalt.

Unterkunft ist schön und hat sehr viele Sonnenbetten, schön renoviert worden alles. Uns hat das Essen leider nicht geschmeckt, was ich auf Grund der Tatsache, dass es die ganze Woche geregnet hatte als Hauptkriterum nehmen musste. Die Vorspeisen varrieren gar nicht, bis auf die Suppe. Die Hauptspeisen sind ala carte und wirklich üppig und leider nicht immer lecker. Das fanden wir wirklich wirklich schade. Wir haben uns zuhause einfach wieder auf ein großes Stück Schnitzel und Kartoffelpüree gefreut. Wir sind leider nie satt vom Essen raus gegangen. Frühstück war wirklich in Ordnung aber.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The property of the hotel is also very nice and beautiful. The neighbourhood is more or less average, but the views of the sunsets are absolutely stunning. The food is very good and the variety of the breakfast buffet ist great. Also the starters and desserts of the buffet at evening is also good. The variation of the a la carte dinner could be better.

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cet hôtel 5 étoiles à Majorque. Tout était au top : le cadre magnifique, les installations luxueuses, le personnel attentionné… Une mention spéciale pour le spa et les massages, absolument incroyables – un vrai moment de détente et de bien-être ! La restauration était également de très bonne qualité, avec des produits frais et un service impeccable. Seul petit point d’amélioration : un peu plus de variété au petit-déjeuner et au dîner serait appréciable sur plusieurs jours. En résumé, une expérience mémorable que nous recommandons vivement, et que nous serions ravis de renouveler !

Ingesamt ein guter Aufenthalt in einem in unseren Augen 4* Hotel. Tolle Anlage mit super Zimmern und viel Entspannungsmöglichkeiten. Allerdings ist beim Essen Potential nach oben. Oft zu lange Wartezeiten und keine Struktur was Bedienung angeht. Auch bei den vegetarischen Speisen ist Luft nach oben was die Auswahl angeht. (4 von 7 Tagen Nudeln) Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zeigte sich sehr bemüht. Das Standup Paddeln und Darts, welches vom Hotel (Animation) organisiert wurde hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back!

My air conditioner did not work for two out of three nights of my day. Management is not capable of legal guests with a certain standard comfortable. In my instance, it was pure habitability that they could not contain. Prior to check out she suggested to me and my children’s world I was lying and another reason air conditioner stopped working because I opened the window. I think the air conditioner wasn’t working. I’ve been too many five star hotels, and I know how to close the window. Is the fact that the manager was speaking to my children in some sort of way and gaslighting me is obnoxious. This closemindedness permeated throughout the hotel at the checkout process. We barely were able to make it to an airport because it’s hard to get a taxi and they could not figure how to get me a ride. Didn’t even try to get me a ride until the last minute as if I was supposed to know that it’s hard to get a taxi ahead of time. I carry my bags up and downstairs. When you order water at the buffet, you have to get up and get your own glass. They don’t give you glasses with it. Ants in the room within an hour of ordering room service. When I ask them to clean the room they lecture me on not having food in the room. That it’s hot out. Of course the ants are coming…..like I haven’t been to Dubai or anywhere hot. These sorts of mistakes you would expect from a one star resort. With Management the way it is now the culture of this hotel will be subpar.
