The check in was done a lot more smoothly by the lady in comparison to the person who checked me in at the same hotel 3 night before. The only issue I had with the room was that the toilet smelled like a public toilet, it appeared the person staying before did not respect the place and the cleaning staff may had issues cleaning up the mess. Other than that, the room came with charging ports near the bed and table with a desk lamp. It was a cold night, but the heating outside the hotel and inside kept me cozy and warm. Towels were provided. Only a shower gel was provided. The room excluded travel toothbrushes, slippers, etc. Room was well ventilated from any noise. Reception was 24hrs from my understanding which made the check-in and check-out process possible at later times and earlier times. Again, like my stay on the 17th, the stay was overall decent experience, but there can be improvements made, especially to the cleanliness of the room.

The receptionist who checked me in seemed burnt out. Half way during check-in her shift was changed and it took me 40-45 mins for me to get checked in. Communication was not clear which resulted to a significant delay. The room came with charging ports near the bed. Towels were provided. Only a shower gel was provided. The room excluded travel toothbrushes, slippers, etc. Room was well ventilated from any noise. Clean room. Fairly central location but next to one of the busiest streets in Tallinn, thus constant traffic noise from cars, buses and noisy trams, making it impossoble to sleep. I had ear plugs but I was still able to hear the traffic noise. Also bed was super soft with plastic mattress cover making it even more uncomfortable to sleep. Mainly cold breakfast was ok.

Gutes preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Das Bett war super angenehm. Lüftung im Badezimmer ist leider kaputt und der Duschvorhang war nicht dicht.
