parking with a long trailer is a bit of work to get in and out of the lot , It's small . A abandoned car with no plates on it and leaking fluid made the parking lot smaller to get around and made the place look trashy .

parking was convenient in front of our room. Good lighting and relatively quiets. I will stay there again when in Wichita

Inexpensive and accepts dogs. Staff was kind enough to get my dog and me a first floor room. Room looks to have been upgraded recently. Parking lot is a bit small since so many clients have trucks.

First they tried to charge me for my wife's service dog, i had to tell him 3 times that it was illegal to do so. Second i rented 2 rooms and both had dirty walls stained up carpet. The water heater didn't work in one of the rooms. In one where the smoke detector was supposed to be was wires hanging out of the ceiling. Neither of the toilets flushed right and there were cockroaches.

Ive stayed here often. Never again. Not sure what happened but this place has gone to the dogs. The toilet was plugged, they gave me the plunger to unplug and asked me to brimg back the plimger. The curtain on the window was all but fallimg off. Green funk on the filthy shower floor. Never again.

Very clean and priced well.

We were traveling from TX to NE and we weren’t sure when we would want to stop for the night. Based on Expedia reviews and their ‘extended cleanliness measures’. It was after midnight when we checked in. There were a lot of cars in the parking lot, it was well lit, lot and lobby clean. They almost wouldn’t check me in because the internet wasn’t working, apparently that’s a frequent issue. The gentleman was nice, apologized and tried to be accommodating. When we got to the room it was ridiculously filthy. I can see why it doesn’t have a branded flag, there are zero cleanliness standards. The walls were so gross, yellow, brown spatters everywhere, lampshades, desk chair, cans, curtains all had thick layers of dust. Stained sheets, pillows, mattress pads. The edges of the carpet had dust/trash. We had two towels in the double room for 4 of us. Luckily probably the cleanest thing was the shower. Young kids, which appeared to not have adult supervision, were poking their heads out the door as we unloaded our things. Random doors were slammed until nearly 2:30AM, you could hear a lady yelling at whoever to shut up numerous times. It was definitely not worth the money we paid. The breakfast was a typical continental. The overnight person was working (again or still) the next morning and was pleasant.

The owner was amazing and all the rooms were very well taken care of with a clean room !

Very convenient to I35. My room was spotless. There was a problem with the TV and the person on duty came right up and fixed it. The staff is very easy to speak to and they seem genuinely kind. Finding a good restaurant was somewhat a problem but I found one a few miles away.

No hot water, no cable the first night and noisy neighbors

When we got into the room it was hot. A/c or fan weren’t on. It took all night to cool room. The room smelt like cigarette. I don’t think the guy gave us a non smoking room. Two towels in the room very bad service.

Heater in room didn’t work. No heat at all. Everything else was good.

The bed was terrible hard. Was like sleeping on a piece of plywood. Shower was hot. Need to work on soap and shampoo. Little bitty bar of soap. A little packet of shampoo. Tv was good. Internet was good. Nice hotel for the price just need better mattresses.

The room was comfortable clean and spacious The problem we had Was we walked into our room at 9 pm it was 105 degrees in our room There was no A/C on It was so very hot we had two rooms burning up we had take cold shower cool off It took till at least after midnight where it was cool enough to sleep They should had ac set on at least 80 degrees on a 100 degree day of rooms pre rented We made reservations days ago way in advance We almost left it was unbearably hot So I would never stay here again because of bad experience with A/C Affordable hotel but I rather have paid more and been cool comfortable

So the owner tries to save a buck and do everything himself. He mans the front desk when you can find him or you just stand there and wait for 30 minutes or more for him to appear. He cleans the rooms so you have to go around the property and find him just to check in. The breakfast is absolutely horrible and dirty. We had a full 30 minutes left to get breakfast and the supplies ran out, we rang the bell for him to replenish and he stormed out of the back room and said he was sleeping and was very rude. He made a pot of coffee, didn't replenish any food and went back to bed. Unbelievable !!!. I wouldn't stay here again if the rooms were FREE. Travelers BEWARE. DO NOT STAY HERE. 71st street out front of the hotel is very noisy also, so don't expect quiet at all.

The room at Haysville Express Inn is very spacious and clean. Great space....desk area, eating area, larger refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, nice shower and sink area. The continental breakfast area is large and has a great selection of foods. The only thing I can see that could be changed is that the TV is not a smart TV, so I can't watch streaming services on the TV. But, I really love the room and property!

The actual room was very nice. Modern furniture and very clean. Breakfast was a different story. It was a loaf of white bread,a waffle maker where the waffle really stuck to it, so much so it was a dish of bits of waffle, fake orange juice, and coffee that left a ring in the cup. Location is very close to the Interstate and was loud all night.

Had a hard time with them taking the zip virtual card but got it done with them finally. They need to be explained a virtual is a virtual card and not a physical card in your pocket.

Have stayed twice. This hotel is great for the price. Staff always very friendly and helpful

The property manager didn't have the room ready at 2 we had to wait an hr for them to clean it. We found trash behind furniture on floor as well as dirty socks by the AC unit. When we went to go to bed and turn on TV the remote wasn't working. My husband went down to office to tell them and the guy yelled at him and said " you've been here all day and you tell me this now at this time." We apparently woke the guy up and he was very unhappy with us. The toilet seat was broke. The bed sheets has burn holes in it. The breakfast was not even really existent. Cereal appeared to be our only option. We had only one towel one wash cloth one hand towel and one bath mat. Thank God I brought two towels from home. We will not be staying there again nor will we recommend this place to anyone else.

Friendly check in. No frills room that was clean and comfy.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff insured that we had the right type of rooms needed and made changes with no extra charges or fuss. The room I stayed in with.y mother and grandchildren turned out to be an accessible room which was nice surprise as it was perfect for my mom who really enjoyed the accessible shower. I would stay here again.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. I had a smoking room booked but needed non smoking. He made it easy to get the room switched.

Convenient location

Clean motel but definitely aged. Room was big but very cold. Heater couldn't quite keep up. Very hot them freezing. Friendly staff. Breakfast lacking, waffle machine nit hit enough and center was still raw and doughy. Coffee medium warm and lots of grounds in it. Packets of oatmeal best bet, gravy cold. Room clean and would be comfortable if better weather.

Room didn't look clean...spots on the carpet. Stains on towels. Breakfast area was not clean. No one was around to refill breakfast items. I had to call the front desk to get someone to refill the milk pitcher and make more coffee.

Not the nicest room. We went to have breakfast in the morning at 7:00. There was nothing left - no milk, no juice, no toast, no buns, no fruit, watery coffee. There was a bit of Raisin Bran but no milk to have with it. There was no one there to ask for the breakfast counter to be replenished. We had to go to the gas station to buy some yogurt and juice so that we could leave. We were not very happy and won’t stay there again.

The motel was rather old but was clean, the breakfast was nothing special but they did offer biscuits and gravy, cereal, honey buns, yogurt, coffee ,juice. I didn’t see any eggs but maybe I just missed them. We would stay there again.

This property is well taken care of & clean. Their continental breakfast was simple, yet had variety. The only thing that I feel like needs improvement is when the room can sleep 4 people, 4 bath/shower towels & wash rags should be stocked in the bathroom. We only had 2 of each stocked & there were 3 of us staying in the room. Otherwise, it was a very good experience!

It's that much express, Really bad quality and required some upgrade. Kids did not want to go inside. May be they do not provide any breakfast. I went to their breakfast area but could not see anything for the breakfast around 8.30AM
