June lake villager was great! We loved the location, the room was spacious and clean. We appreciated the proximity to parking and the kitchen was well appointed. Overall this was a great stay and we would definitely book again!

I’ve stayed here multiple times over the past few decades…Haha…I’ve seen this hotel change ownership multiple times, each time the upgrades get better…the room was clean, beds were very comfortable, nice new ac unit, bathrooms are now big enough to actually turn around in, ample parking, close to restaurants, and of course the staff is pretty amazing. Well done…I’ll be back!

Was the wood furniture brand new? No. Is it a resort? No. The layout of the suites makes the most sense of anywhere in the Village. Everything is walking distance, awesome fish cleaning/ice machine/laundry situation. Brand brand new smart tv which helped immensely with a 6 year old. Staff is incredibly accomodating.

Our room was super quiet, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. It is also pet friendly! Didn't give it 5 stars because it was expensive, but comparable to other hotels in the area. Overall though, it was a very comfortable stay.

Extremely dated property. Clean and comfortable bed. Carpet seemed to be ancient. Heater was off so we used a space heater. Most of the unit seemed like it had stuff from the 70s. Good location by the brewery and coffee shop. But, a long overdue update is desperately needed.

We stayed at the June Lake Villager as part of a fishing trip. The location allows easy access to the June Lake loop lakes, restaurants, hiking trails, and during the winter, June Mt Skiing. The room was spatious, clean, and had everything we needed. The fridge is large enough to store the cooler's worth of food we brought and easily refroze our ice for the cooler. We called for support and they were very quick in coming to our room! Great service!

Darla at the front desk was amazing - so helpful! The kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room were so clean. The beds were comfortable. The location is great. You can walk to everything. Returning customers get a 10% discount if you book through the Villager! I think it is one of the best in June Lake.

We had a wonderful stay at the June Lake Villager! Darla texted me the morning of check-in to let me know our room would be ready early, which was such a nice touch. When we arrived, she greeted us warmly, gave us helpful information about the property and the area, and made us feel right at home. Our room was basic but very clean — exactly what we needed. Since it snowed during our visit, we really appreciated the great working heater in the room and the portable heater for the bathroom. It made all the difference! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The June Villager was a reasonable property to stay in though it had a very 50’s wood cabin old style that lacked some modern conveniences. The biggest issue was that there was only one power outlet in the cabin that had a grounding pin and was located in the kitchen. This made it hard to charge devices off my power bank which came with a grounding pin. All rooms had 2 pin power outlets and had not been upgraded to current standards. Furniture and fixtures were naturally old and from the 60’s and 70’s but worked though it made me feel like I was at my grandmothers house from the 80’s. AC was a portable unit in the living room and was not strong enough to cool the cabin. I had to run an extra fan to help keep cool and tossed and turned at night as a result of the heat. Front desk staff was very friendly.

I liked that they gave us an early check in if we arrived early, unfortunately we did not get to use it. The room being older was recently upgraded with new bath fixtures and tile. The linens and bed were nice and very comfortable. The lock on the door seemed weak so we double checked door lock every time we left. The motion sensor switch for bathroom kept coming on in the middle of the night and went off while taking showers. Overall our stay was comfortable.

This place is dated and a bit pricey but the water pressure was GREAT!! There is a space heater but no fan or AC so on a hot night it’s hard to sleep. Brewery is just down the alley so it can get a bit loud at times. Lady at front desk was very nice and the place worked out for me for five nights.

The people were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and walkable to restaurants and coffee shops. My only complaint was the size of the shower, it was very small. We would definitely book again! Just wish it was a little cheaper.

Restaurants and Marina is walkable. Nicole was really nice and helped to have our AC and outlets work in our room. Darla is also very accommodating when I called to let them know we will be checking-in a little bit late.

Great spot @ June Lake, easy in & out. Right in the little downtown and a quick walk to the lake. We had the little stand alone studio unit with a nice view. Enjoyed pizza from the local place down the block.

We stayed at the June Lake Villager as part of a fishing trip. The location allows easy access to the June Lake loop lakes, restaurants, hiking trails, and during the winter, June Mt Skiing. The room was spatious, clean, and had everything we needed. The fridge is large enough to store the cooler's worth of food we brought and easily refroze our ice for the cooler. We called for support and they were very quick in coming to our room! Great service!

Very nice property. Large room, fridge and microwave, enough tables. Very conveniently located between June lake and Gull lake, easy walk for both. Will want to stay here again.

Room was clean, parking was convenient, Darla at the front desk was very friendly. Cons, we stayed 3 nights and only had coffee in the room for 2 night stay and shower was missing shower soap. Location was perfect, able to walk to many amenities.

Needed a place to lay my head for a local event and this location worked out perfectly. I ended up leaving a day earlier than expected and the staff onsite could not have been more helpful. The motel is easily walkable to anywhere in June Lake; I rated the amenities as a three only because I did not use any of them. I would stay here again without hesitation.
