Unclean room stains on the bedsheets, dirty scatter cushion and dirty floor. Our room was right next to reception so was pretty loud. Bed was comfy and had a decent sleep. Would not come back and glad we only stayed one night. We booked a family room and luckily we didn’t bring our daughter because there would’ve been no room for her, no spare bed or even space for a travel cot, not sure if we even got the upgrade we paid for.

Stayed here a round 6 months ago with work and thought it was okay, came back again this time and won’t return. Maybe just a bad room I got this time but in a sad state. Peeling wall paper, holes in walls, exposed screws and a dumping corner of old furniture. Paper thin curtains didn’t keep the light out. Threadbare carpets. Staff all friendly and helpful and breakfast fresh with a good continental selection

First visit to this hotel. Lots of scan to pay for parking signs around, but you DON'T pay if staying at the hotel. Very nice welcome, easy check in and a very nice room. We had a couple of drinks in the very pleasant bar area before going out for the evening. We didn't eat at the hotel. The bed was lovely to sleep in and the room temperature was comfortable. Had a good breakfast in the morning before heading home. Excellent stay.
