THE PROS: Decent water temp and pressure. Parking feels safe and is decently lit. It's a small town so crime seems less likely. The DirectTV channel options were great. New refrigerator in my room. THE CONS: Door security chain is installed incorrectly/vertically and can be undone by hand from the outside of the room. There is no deadbolt either. Half the lights in the room did not function. The bathroom light and fan switches suddenly stopped working during my stay. I took a shower with the flashlight from my cell phone. There was literal trash/food bags from other guests squirreled away in the room. The couch in the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Grease/dirt stained and cigarette burned beyond saving. During my entire stay, there was a constant "BEEP BEEP BEEP" at 3 second intervals from door locks downstairs that could be heard even with earplugs in. The drawers in the nightstands and dresser were full of wet food spills and ashes. No breakfast on weekdays, or at least that's what I was told the last time I stayed here. I did not attempt to get breakfast on this visit. It's also just noisy due to being an older building. Can hear other guests moving around, and I'm sure they could hear me. Absolutely miserable nights sleep each time I've stayed here. It's the only hotel/motel in town, so there's really no other option around. Terrible property. Noisy bar in the parking lot, people running around screaming, cops in and out (I guess that was a good thing) . No light in the bathroom. Ancient rooms. An attempt was made to make it presentable, but there is only so much you can do with very old rooms. In the owners defense, they were very nice, and said they just took possession two weeks prior, but I won't be going back.
Terrible property. Noisy bar in the parking lot, people running around screaming, cops in and out (I guess that was a good thing) . No light in the bathroom. Ancient rooms. An attempt was made to make it presentable, but there is only so much you can do with very old rooms. In the owners defense, they were very nice, and said they just took possession two weeks prior, but I won't be going back.

Had a great time during my stay, owners/ staff seem very nice. Hotel is much nicer than alot of reviews lead on. All ammenities/ utilities worked, bed was clean, carpet had sone funny stains but everything worked and the bed was comfortable. If you aren't in Arlington for work Im not sure why you would be there but it is a good place to lay your head at night with a decent shower and good hard working owners.

They dont change their sheets between guest stays....Checked in on a Wed noticed a stain on sheet..Checked out and ended up checking back in due to hwy closure..Asked if i wanted same room as night before..Walked into "Cleaned" room to see same stain as night before..

Alright so we got there last night and it had a broken door handle with no lock, wet towels, dirty sheets, horrible smell, disgusting bathroom with stuff all over the walls, they were wierd when we arrived like they didn't expect us then gave us an unmarked key and said go check and see if we want the room like we were supposed to let them know if we wanted it cleaned first or what. So we left and got a different hotel, we were there for maybe half an hour.

First you walk into a nasty smell in the lobby. They didn't give us a wifi password. They didn't give us the room we reserved. My wife and I reserved a deluxe king room and were given a room with 2 double beds. The bedding smelled of dust and smoke. Found 2 cases of empty beer cans in the dresser. A hole in the floor that they carpeted over in front of the bathroom. Smoke tar in the bathroom window, the floor hadn't been mopped and the tub hadn't been cleaned. Loose and burnt electric outlets. 1 large towel for 2 people. Mold spots on the bathroom ceiling.The dirty sink stopper was left out on the counter. People a few doors down arguing and people stomping around upstairs. Over all a horrible stay and will not repeat or recommend. Drive the 25 minutes to Boardman for a decent motel.

When we first got there the tv was on. We then realized a hole in the blanket. We moved the bed and under was a bunch of dust AND a used cigarette and a clump of hair. We tried to turn the light on, but one of the lights went out.

Arlington is a tiny town, but the motel is right in the middle of what there is- a beautiful marina, a restaurant with delicious food & good drinks, a gas station & convenience store, & the only coffee shop in town. The motel is old, but clean, and the a/c is cold. There are microwaves, fridges & coffee pots. Unfortunately, for all the great points- the beds are truly, extremely, uncomfortable. The pillows are small and flat. Made for a rough night of sleep for everyone.

The mold in the bathroom horrible. The hard water on the shower head horrible. The AC was not doing its job it was so hot and humid in the room. The lighting in the bathroom didn’t work and the sink leaked as the plumbing was not good. The bed was comfortable but every time you got up it made a loud banging sound.

We didn’t get the room we reserved. We reserved a deluxe King bed room that had a separate bedroom. Instead we got a room with two small beds, maybe doubles, that are all in one room together. The tv input cable was broken off when we arrived and the tv has no signal. The fridge and microwave both still have food smeared inside of them. There were holes in the walls, half finished electrical conduits, the air conditioner worked, but was half hanging off the wall. The place is a dump, smelled like smoke and the staff was very abrupt.

Toilet was loose and wobbled floor is under toilet was sunk like water damage is cured and not properly fixed. Door handle was functional but difficult to open. Lobby was not great. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 and nothing was prepared.

We were only able to get wifi near the office. Breakfast was marginal. However, the bed was very comfortable, and shower was nice and hot with plenty of pressure.

Alright so we got there last night and it had a broken door handle with no lock, wet towels, dirty sheets, horrible smell, disgusting bathroom with stuff all over the walls, they were wierd when we arrived like they didn't expect us then gave us an unmarked key and said go check and see if we want the room like we were supposed to let them know if we wanted it cleaned first or what. So we left and got a different hotel, we were there for maybe half an hour.

Well my reservation wasn't listed when i arrived which almost made me lose even getting a room at all. I reserved months in advance so that was very disappointing. then i was required to pay cash and got charged more then what the expedia app promised me. i have booked this stay through expedia for over five years every single year and never ran into this problem til now. besides that our stay was normal.

My husband is working near by. This hotel is convenient for hus commute. The management is very friendly. This is not a deluxe hotel. Simple rooms. Beds ok. Bring your own pillow. Nice size fridge with a freezer compartment. Microwave. There are a lot of drawers for storage. Bring your own hangers. Overall this place works well for our needs. Grocery store 1/2 a block away. Nice park across the street. Pizza/burger joint across the street.

Arlington is a tiny town, but the motel is right in the middle of what there is- a beautiful marina, a restaurant with delicious food & good drinks, a gas station & convenience store, & the only coffee shop in town. The motel is old, but clean, and the a/c is cold. There are microwaves, fridges & coffee pots. Unfortunately, for all the great points- the beds are truly, extremely, uncomfortable. The pillows are small and flat. Made for a rough night of sleep for everyone.

THE PROS: Decent water temp and pressure. Parking feels safe and is decently lit. It's a small town so crime seems less likely. The DirectTV channel options were great. New refrigerator in my room. THE CONS: Door security chain is installed incorrectly/vertically and can be undone by hand from the outside of the room. There is no deadbolt either. Half the lights in the room did not function. The bathroom light and fan switches suddenly stopped working during my stay. I took a shower with the flashlight from my cell phone. There was literal trash/food bags from other guests squirreled away in the room. The couch in the room was absolutely DISGUSTING. Grease/dirt stained and cigarette burned beyond saving. During my entire stay, there was a constant "BEEP BEEP BEEP" at 3 second intervals from door locks downstairs that could be heard even with earplugs in. The drawers in the nightstands and dresser were full of wet food spills and ashes. No breakfast on weekdays, or at least that's what I was told the last time I stayed here. I did not attempt to get breakfast on this visit. It's also just noisy due to being an older building. Can hear other guests moving around, and I'm sure they could hear me. Absolutely miserable nights sleep each time I've stayed here. It's the only hotel/motel in town, so there's really no other option around. I can slum it for work trips, but I would be mortified if I had to stay here with my family.

This is an old hotel, and it has been around for a while. Therefore, it was not new and modern; which is no problem for me. It was quiet, most of the time. There was some passing traffic occasionally and I train whistle on a couple of occasions, but, for me, reasonable. As for shopping: there is a grocery store, a gas station, a pizza parlor all within walking distance as well as an attractive swimming area nearby. I got a good nights sleep, which is why I stayed there.

First you walk into a nasty smell in the lobby. They didn't give us a wifi password. They didn't give us the room we reserved. My wife and I reserved a deluxe king room and were given a room with 2 double beds. The bedding smelled of dust and smoke. Found 2 cases of empty beer cans in the dresser. A hole in the floor that they carpeted over in front of the bathroom. Smoke tar in the bathroom window, the floor hadn't been mopped and the tub hadn't been cleaned. Loose and burnt electric outlets. 1 large towel for 2 people. Mold spots on the bathroom ceiling.The dirty sink stopper was left out on the counter. People a few doors down arguing and people stomping around upstairs. Over all a horrible stay and will not repeat or recommend. Drive the 25 minutes to Boardman for a decent motel.

On checking in, there\'s a sign that says, "breakfast served in this room from 6 to 9 am." Breakfast consisted of coffee in a decaf pot, a packaged thing called a "bun" of some kind and fake orange drink in a gallon jug. To meet the requirements of at least a Continental breakfast would require at least one protein like milk, or better, yoghurt and a fruit. Also toast and jam. They have a toaster, but not bread. This is not breakfast by any definition. It\'s better to not offer anything at all than to offer this.At leat that would be honest. Better to say coffee from 6 to 9 than have it be something to to laugh at on Facebook. Sorry.

Toilet was loose and wobbled floor is under toilet was sunk like water damage is cured and not properly fixed. Door handle was functional but difficult to open. Lobby was not great. Breakfast was advertised to start at 6 and nothing was prepared.

I felt a little nervous about staying here. Quarter sized holes in the comforter, rust in the microwave. Breakfast was a packaged honeybun and a jug of Sunny D.

This motel was dirty, dusty and in poor maintenance. While the sheets were clean and there was no evidence of bugs, there was mold in the bathroom and it was dirty and the whole place was in ill repair

This may have been the worst experience we have ever had at a hotel/motel. We got to the property at 10pm, went to get our room and the person at the desk said they could not find my reservation. Afteer showing him my Hotels.com reservation he looked at his system a few minutes, grab a key and said he would be right back. 10 minutes later he came back and handed me a key and he asked if I had someone else pick up my key, which I did not. The room was so run down. We have pictures of dead bug parts on the 3 towels provided, an outlet by the bed without an outlet cover, an unusable showerhead, the fire alarm was not on the ceiling, but in the nightstand, and the walls and doors we dirty from smoke stains. It took me a few minutes just to lock the door. If it had not been so late, and not having other options in the area, we would never had stayed the night. We got up in the morning, packed our things and went to turn in our key and breakfast was not even available at 8am. Do Not Stay Here!
