Ho fruito di un monolocale e credo sia giusto segnalare ai fini di un miglioramento del servizio che non avevo ricevuto alcuna indicazione per accedere al monolocale e che quando arrivato l'ho trovato pronto per accogliere solo un ospite. Devo dire che dopo una telefonata al personale che gestisce la struttura ho effettuato l'accesso e, successivamente, è stato accessoriato per il secondo ospite. Suggerisco una pulizia più accurata del pavimento (parquet) perché risultava appiccicoso. Nel complesso stabile signorile e comodo distante 4 fermate metro dalla centralissima piazza Santo Stefano.

Appartamento molto grande. Non nuovissimo, ma molto confortevole. Fuori dal centro ma comodo alla metro. Unico neo… la porta di casa è a vetri, non oscurati, quindi di notte ad ogni accensione di luce sul pianerottolo si viene illuminati a giorno! Consiglio di mettere delle tendine oscuranti alla porta

Sometimes you book a hotel and it is less than you expectations. On rare occasions you book a hotel and it far exceeds your expectations. That is the case with the Saint Sherman My Home in Vienna. The staff was first class. Martina was extremely helpful and kind. She gave wonderful suggestions of things to see in Vienna. Gunter was also amazing. The kind of guy you could have a beer and conversation with. Friendly, respectful and kind. The room itself and the amenities were top notch. I had been traveling for about a month and had stayed in a few places and this was hands down the best! If I come back to Vienna it is almost a certainty that I will stay there again. Check it out for yourself! Also stop next door and get a great burger and/or hot dog at the Cheat burger! You’ll thank me for that!

Short walk to metro then 15 to 20 minute ride to central Vienna. Suburban area okay but not great. Local supermarkets, pubs and shops were convenient. Check in as per instructions but confusing anddifficult to navigate. No staff on site. Spacious room and appreciated dishwasher and washing machine. Shower was leaky and no u bend under kitchen sink resulting in unpleasant odour if plug was not inserted.
