The owner cancelled at very late notice and only because we pressed him for address and access details which he failed to provide. The reason given was water ingress from the flat above, highly unlikely as he should have prepared the flat well beforehand. I recommend you do not book with this owner.

We never got any updates from VRBO or the owner prior to our arrival, then when we did arrive and tried to contact the owner he said my booking was cancelled. Gave me some bull story about a water leak. they never tried to contact me this was at 4.30 in the evening of our booking. We then had to find alternative accommodation which we luckily did through another agency. Will never use Vrbo again it ruined our holiday Alan

The property manger sent an email 3 hrs before check in to cancel we had already arrived in Belfast. We didnt find alternative accomadation until 2025 we had to hire a car to get to the accomadation

Was never sent check in info. Messaged thru app, left voicemail, had to call customer support. Finally texted and 3 hrs later told our reservation had been canceled that morning due to a leak. Customer support at VRBO still has not reached out to me regarding my refund or the cancelation.

We arrived on the July 12 holiday with many traffic problems. Then the unit we were assigned to had maintenance problems. Andrew went above and beyond to find us another unit and se that we were taken care. Wonderful attention and service. Thank you Andrew!
