Far Home Gran Vía

Hotel moderno, con servicios como pequeña cocina con frigoríficco , con microondas y surtido para tomar algo, un café, desayunar, el personal muy atento y amable y en un edificio en una calle recogida cerca del centro. En lugar de llave tiene apertura mediante teclado numérico y sólo te dan la de la puerta de la calle.

En general ha ido bien. Es un buen sitio para quedarse en el centro de Madrid. Muy bien comunicado. La habitación era pequeñita pero no hacía falta más. Tenía una sala de cocina comun que, no llegamos a utilizar, pero estaba completa. El personal muy amable.

Tamaño del cuarto no fue lo que vi en las fotos de expedida, zero parecido, publicidad engañosa, tamaño del cuarto es como de una celda de prisión, no hay ventanas, todo se escucha, aire acondicionado. se apaga cada 3 mins, las toallas las cambian cada 3 días. No es para dos personas o pareja. Closet es miniatura con 3 ganchos de colgar. Si vienes con maletas grandes estas reduciendo aun más tu movilidad dentro del cuarto. Si sufres de claustrofobia la vas a pasar mal. Lo único que puedo comentar positivo es que la ubicación está super bien cerca de toda la Gran Vía. Personal es amable hasta donde le permite sus reglas. El lugar es seguro.

La ubicación es excelente. Paramos en la habitación estudio y fue muy práctico. La cama era grande y cómoda. No funcionaba correctamente el aire acondicionado y se oye bastante el ruido de otras habitaciones. El wifi del hotel es malo.

Las facilidades están perfectas para una estadía de varios días y en buenas condiciones. Súper accesible a la Gran Via. Cuenta con cocina limpia y enseres básicos. Solo recomiendo que cambien las toallas disponibles, ya que están en malas condiciones (apenas secan el cuerpo).

Apartment was good and location unbeatable...however I woke up early to leave...it was mis winter and cold because heathers where turned off, even water heater! I had to look for it and turn it, waiting a while for it to heat and still only had a half warm shower...not nice when waking up in winter and when leaving for an intercontinental flight!

Apartamento muy bien situado,en el centro para ir andando casi a todos los monumentos importantes y estación de transporte público tb cercana.Equipado con baño privado, cocina ,plancha...lo necesario para pasar un par de días

Can't say enough good things about this property! Right off the Gran Via (a main thoroughfare in the center of Madrid), convenient to the Metro and buses, restaurants, shopping, and major sites of interest. It is not a fancy place but had everything we needed and great WiFi for the little bit of time we actually spent in the room. But mostly, I can't say enough good things about the people who worked there at reception, Andrea and Adrian! Their willingness to help with information, directions, and their command of English was so helpful to these Americans whose command of Spanish is sorely lacking! Multiple times Andrea's help and information really helped us out but without her kind help and attention to detail, we would not have been able to so seamlessly navigate the Covid testing we needed to do before entry into the US. Adrian helped us with the train schedules and station locations we needed for some day trips we had planned and both absolutely took care to explain everything we needed to know. This is not a fancy place, but safe, clean, comfortable beds and a unique and reasonable set up to stay right in the thick of things! And a washer and dryer to use from 6-10 PM and they provide the detergent (10 Euros to use-well worth it for these carry-on only travelers!) We and our friends had suites with a small kitchen and king size bed. Highly recommend!

So no natural light - My room was right next to the kitchen area so I heard everything every time someone used the kitchen. - The Wi-Fi kept dropping, every day, so this must be a constant problem Overall, I wanted somewhere cheap and central and this served its purpose.

The property was great with location and cost for three of us who are young travelers without a lot of money. We were hoping to be able to do more cooking in the hostel however there is no stove. Other than that it had exactly what was needed

Good location but they gave us an extremely small room for two people. We have two pieces of luggage, the second one no place to put it. The shower had no place to put the soap. and no place for any toiletries like deodorant or toothbrushes and toothpaste around or above the pedestal washbasin.I certainly will not recommend this hostel.

Staff and location were OK; however, we needed to sleep with earplugs for the 5 nights we were there. Drunks in the street from 2 - 6 AM, yelling and making noise. There are double pane windows on the room; however, they do nothing to reduce street noise. Most were speaking English, some yelling about Texas. Room had listed amenities; but the flooring is coming apart and uneven, possibly a trip hazard. The bidet is ACTUALLY only 3" from the toilet, no way to sit squarely on the toilet. They used a misleading image for the Family Studio bathroom on their web site. Also the faucet for the shower stuck out about 8" into 24"x24" shower enclosure.

Dejligt sted med lille fælleskøkken og køleskab. Meget venligt personale. Moderne og rent og pænt. God seng, lækre håndklæder og sæbe. Der var meget lydt, både fra gaden og øvrige gæster.

La habitación es muy pequeña pero la Ubicación es excelente

So booked the basic room. No issues with it being basic. However having said this I was not away I would have no window! The bed was so hard too. I had some friends staying who had suites they had a super soft bed with duvet. I had a sheet. Only one power outlet. The room I had was next to the washing machines so could hear them constantly. There basic and there too basic.

La posizione ottima, a due passi dalla Gran Via è questo vale più di tutto per chi come noi viaggia per un weekend e ha da vedere tanto in poco tempo! La camera è piccola ed essenziale ma c’era tutto (suggerirei solamente di aggiungere dei ganci in bagno per appendere i teli bagno e all’ingresso per i cappotti). L’unica nota negativa è che la struttura è rumorosa, si sentono molto i rumori dall’esterno ma anche le voci degli ospiti nei corridoi o nelle aree comuni. Ma noi ci siamo comunque trovati molto bene, direi che c’è un buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

Good location. Need to update pictures because I was expecting the place to look better and be bigger. The room and bathroom were very very small.

Lo unico que no me gusto fue que apesar que dijeron que no daria servicio a la habitacion y tenerla cerrada con llave hubo un hombre que habrio la puerta e invadio mi privacidad. El toco pero no podia distinguir de donde venia el toque. Si dicen que no daran servicio en 3 dias, por favor no entren al apartamento alquilado.

Me gusto la ubicacion muy centrica y muy cerca de estaciones de metro como Callao y sol. El personal muy amable, las camas clmodas, pero por poner una pega estaba mal.insonorizada y tenia un ruido de agua muy molesto. Por lo demas muy recomendable.

En general bien pero con un aspecto desagradable: desconocía que la Recepción no funcionaba 24 horas; me fui sin saber su horario; y el móvil que ofrecían en su ausencia, un sábado a las 7:15 no lo cogió nadie.

Departamento muy bien ubicado, cómodo do, aunque deberían cambiar camas y almohadas muy duras. Y también poner unos sobres de café y té. Lo demás muy bien ,de fácil acceso al edificio y al departamento. Tienen las maletas sin problema si tu vuelo es por la tarde_noche.Recomendable.

Excelente. Como avise en que horario llegaba la habitación estaba lista antes del horario normal de ingreso. Muy buena atención del personal de recepción. Imposible mejor ubicación, a unos pocos metros de la Gran Via.
