prefer staying at locally owned hotels whenever possible because I like supporting businesses in the community. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When I arrived and went to my assigned room, I found the door standing wide open. No one was inside, and there was water on the bathroom floor. I immediately went back to the front desk to ask about it and was told that the housekeeper must have forgotten to close the door. After returning to the room and looking around more carefully, I discovered several other problems. There were patches on the walls that had never been painted, the floors were extremely dirty around the door frames, and the bathroom had unfinished areas around the shower that had not been properly repaired or painted. Visible mold was also present along the bottom of the shower. The worst discovery came when I pulled back the bedding. It was apparent that the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest. The sheets were stained, and there were hairs, including what appeared to be pubic hair, in the bed. By this time, the front desk had already closed for the evening, leaving me with no one on-site to address the room's condition. Check out the front door crack at the bottom of the door. How wide is it? I

Lots of bedbugs and got bitten like 20 times. Did not get no sleep cause of that.

I had to change rooms because the one I booked smelled like smoke. And checked out after 30 minutes because I was too sketched out. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The sheets and pillows had stains all over them. The door had been kicked in at one time and was just stapled back up instead being properly fixed. And I was only able to gat a partial refund from the hotels app.

Great experience. Rooms were great with big refrigerator. Rooms that have three beds.
