First time staying it was only for the night. I had the studio and it was spacious and very clean. Tee/coffee. Iron/ironingboard. Table and chairs and separate sofa/bed. There was also another bed which was very comfortable. Im very fussy with beds so this was a thumbs up from me. All staff that I met were very nice and accomodating. There is a bus stop just outside which goes to Bromley South train station. Couple of things to take into consideration. The stairs are very steep going up to the rooms and they are on multiple floors. I could not see any lifts. All in all a very pleasant stay

Room 9 is next to reception so unfortunately every phone call, door entry buzzer, door opening and closing woke us. 1.37am the room above sounded they were moving furniture and rowing. We had about 4hrs sleep. Mattresses had springs poking in us so spent the night turning to try and get comfy. Needs improving and would not stay here again if paid!

We were at a family party nearby so hotel was very handy, we found the checkout time a little bit early at 10.00am , we realise cleaners have to get room ready for next customers but still think it’s a bit early!
