We stayed in a Villa directly at the beach. We spend 5 nights there and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately there is music with haevy basses from 7 AM to 7 PM in the pool area so we had to listen to this basses the whole day while we stayed in the Villa. As of 7 PM we had to listen to the basses which you hear from Patong beach. Based on that I recommend not to go to this Hotel. At breakfast I was missing Mango fruit and Salami. Overall a great breakfast. I had twice a steak the first one was great. The second one was very bad quality. Unfortunately the Hotel did not pick us up from the airport despite we had a written confirmation Was no issuw as we took a taxi.

We had such a great experience from the check in all the way to the end of check out process . Ying was fabulous along with the staff from Golf cart rides to the staff at the buffet . They all were very attentive . Just remember if you want the hustle bustle busy party hotel or area this one is def not the one. It’s situated more for relaxation and best for couples especially with our own private infinity pool to our private beach area .

호텔 전용 비치가 특이하고 좋았다. 모레는 매우 입자가 부드럽고 고와서 편했다. 그러나 바다에 들어가니 돌이 너무 많아서 맨발로는 절대 못들어갈것 같았다. 호텔 메인 수영장이 너무 예쁘고 관리가 잘되어 있다. 전용풀은 날씨가 안좋아서인지 나뭇잎이나 기타 부유물이 많아서 이용하기가 어려웠다.

We stayed in a pool villa room, signature high bay, the view at sunset was excellent and could watch either from the balcony or pool. The room was also a short walk to reception and if you wanted to go elsewhere , buggy request available. The beach is a coral reef, so excellent for snorkelling, and although you can swim , be mindful that you can only do this at high tide. As a side note, the resort is quite remote, so the only way out is by taxi, and these are quite expensive even using Grab, Bolt or the hotel's, and approx each way will cost between 400 to 450 baht , if you wanted to visit Kamala or Patong Beach.

The Naka is well located near Patong and the activities in the area - and only half an hour to Phuket Town & the large shopping centre. Nicely located on a hillside - with a pool beside the small beach - the pool villas and bedrooms have nice outlooks to sea. A little worn perhaps, with a strange layout (the showers & toilet are at the opposite end of the unit behind the living & bathrooms. Staff are very helpful - if a little short on understanding of English. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. If you secure a good relative rate - a nice option. Rent a car for access to the many surrounding areas.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Pool. Sehr störend war jedoch, dass exzessive weed Rauchen einiger anderer Gäste direkt am Strand ohne Rücksicht auf nichtrauchende andere Gäste. Raucher halten sich an die Raucherbereiche, das sollte auch für weed Konsumenten gelten. An 3 von 6 Tagen konnte der Strand wegen Hochzeitsfeiern nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden ohne Kompensation seitens des Hotels.

This was sadly a very disappointing trip. Architecturally, the hotel is stunning and the view from the beach room was truly spectacular. However, the property is not well-maintained at all. The furniture feels cheap despite being only about 10 years old. The biggest issue was cleanliness. It was really poor - I actually had to ask them to clean my room again upon arrival. There were oily finger stains all over the cabinet/closet doors and the shower door, which suggests they barely clean between guests rather than deep cleaning. Additionally, the showerhead in the outdoor tub was broken. As for dining, the options were frustratingly limited. Breakfast was decent, but for dinner, there were only two restaurants available on-site. Since the hotel is quite isolated, it is impossible to just go out to eat elsewhere. The room service was also very limited, offering chewy pizza and a very small selection of westernized version of Thai food. The gym was poorly equipped with bad AC, though the AC in the room worked well. On a positive note, the spa was very good. However, be aware that the terrain is vertically very steep; you cannot walk anywhere and will need a TukTuk or car to get around everywhere. Aside from the beach, pool, and spa, there isn't much else to do. I wish i trusted the reviews more! everyone's pretty bang on.

The property is quite and very secluded. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool villa was very large and nice but needs updates. The color of the curtains is too dark for our taste. The beach area is beautiful. As the location is very secluded there are no restaurants around, only those from the hotel so every time we wanted to get out we had to take a taxi. Stayed in a beach access pool villa for 4 nights as a few friends recommended this resort. The location was secluded, private but located on the side of a steep ish hill so planning is required as there are limited shuttled vehicles. not for those who require mobility assistance. Arrived late to the villa, check in was quick. we noticed was the fixture and fittings looked a bit dated and worn for hotel only 10yrs old. The bed was probably one of the lumpiest mattresses I’ve slept on so as you could imagine we didn’t sleep very well. One of the bedroom lights wasn’t working, toilet roll holder hanging off, tv wasn’t working and power kept turning off briefly. Rain shower was useless as the water jet direction was all over the place from not being cleaned and on using the hand held shower, my neck was accidentally scratched leaving a light cut as the worn shower head had left a sharp edge. We reported this to the resort staff and whilst the shower head was replaced, the lights and tv were fixed we decided to stay one more night and move as it was not to our expectations. Originally they advised us that as we prepaid via a third party we wouldn’t be allowed a refund for the nights we were not staying there but on our early departure they agreed to just charge us for the nights stayed and refund the remainder. Whilst the staff were very professional and looked after us, the maintenance and renovation of the resort definitely needs a big improvement!!

Overall a good stay for our second visit in 10 years. Ice was super helpful in the restaurant and the location and views are great. The property does however need some investment as aspects of it are a bit tired and in need of tidying up.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. However, given the condition of the room and the disturbance, I don’t feel the stay was worth the cost

Stayed in a beach access pool villa for 4 nights as a few friends recommended this resort. The location was secluded, private but located on the side of a steep ish hill so planning is required as there are limited shuttled vehicles. not for those who require mobility assistance. Arrived late to the villa, check in was quick. we noticed was the fixture and fittings looked a bit dated and worn for hotel only 10yrs old. The bed was probably one of the lumpiest mattresses I’ve slept on so as you could imagine we didn’t sleep very well. One of the bedroom lights wasn’t working, toilet roll holder hanging off, tv wasn’t working and power kept turning off briefly. Rain shower was useless as the water jet direction was all over the place from not being cleaned and on using the hand held shower, my neck was accidentally scratched leaving a light cut as the worn shower head had left a sharp edge. We reported this to the resort staff and whilst the shower head was replaced, the lights and tv were fixed we decided to stay one more night and move as it was not to our expectations. Originally they advised us that as we prepaid via a third party we wouldn’t be allowed a refund for the nights we were not staying there but on our early departure they agreed to just charge us for the nights stayed and refund the remainder. Whilst the staff were very professional and looked after us, the maintenance and renovation of the resort definitely needs a big improvement!!

We stayed in a Villa directly at the beach. We spend 5 nights there and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately there is music with haevy basses from 7 AM to 7 PM in the pool area so we had to listen to this basses the whole day while we stayed in the Villa. As of 7 PM we had to listen to the basses which you hear from Patong beach. Based on that I recommend not to go to this Hotel. At breakfast I was missing Mango fruit and Salami. Overall a great breakfast. I had twice a steak the first one was great. The second one was very bad quality. Unfortunately the Hotel did not pick us up from the airport despite we had a written confirmation Was no issuw as we took a taxi.

We stayed in a pool villa room, signature high bay, the view at sunset was excellent and could watch either from the balcony or pool. The room was also a short walk to reception and if you wanted to go elsewhere , buggy request available. The beach is a coral reef, so excellent for snorkelling, and although you can swim , be mindful that you can only do this at high tide. As a side note, the resort is quite remote, so the only way out is by taxi, and these are quite expensive even using Grab, Bolt or the hotel's, and approx each way will cost between 400 to 450 baht , if you wanted to visit Kamala or Patong Beach.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was disappointed with the overall experience. The room felt old and poorly maintained, which did not justify the high price of 6,000 HKD per night. In addition, there was a lot of noise in the mornings that made it difficult to sleep and rest properly. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which I truly appreciated. This was sadly a very disappointing trip. Architecturally, the hotel is stunning and the view from the beach room was truly spectacular. However, the property is not well-maintained at all. The furniture feels cheap despite being only about 10 years old. The biggest issue was cleanliness. It was really poor - I actually had to ask them to clean my room again upon arrival. There were oily finger stains all over the cabinet/closet doors and the shower door, which suggests they barely clean between guests rather than deep cleaning. Additionally, the showerhead in the outdoor tub was broken. As for dining, the options were frustratingly limited. The hotel was nice, however the service wasn't up to par at all. The bathroom bidet sprayer was broken and was leaking the whole time. When i wanted to ask for a converter they wanted to charge me for it until i mentioned i won't be buying it and only want to use it while in hotel. I asked for an arrangement for a birthday celebration and reminded them twice at check-in. However, we only came to find out that there was a cake tucked in the fridge on our last few hours before checkout that no one told us about, and we found it coincidentally when trying to get water. Therefore, we weren't able to enjoy the birthday properly and left the cake untouched. Upon checkout, the associate that came to help us with the bags asked for both our room cards, we had to go look for them which is something we have never done before. All in all, the view was the nicest part of this stay.

The Naka is well located near Patong and the activities in the area - and only half an hour to Phuket Town & the large shopping centre. Nicely located on a hillside - with a pool beside the small beach - the pool villas and bedrooms have nice outlooks to sea. A little worn perhaps, with a strange layout (the showers & toilet are at the opposite end of the unit behind the living & bathrooms. Staff are very helpful - if a little short on understanding of English. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. If you secure a good relative rate - a nice option. Rent a car for access to the many surrounding areas.

Definitivamente el mejor hotel en Phuket. La comida deliciosa, las instalaciones muy lujosas y bonitas, el personal muy atento y excelente servicio. Recibimos un excelente trato por parte del personal, en especial Dee que estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Muy recomendado!!

We had such a great experience from the check in all the way to the end of check out process . Ying was fabulous along with the staff from Golf cart rides to the staff at the buffet . They all were very attentive . Just remember if you want the hustle bustle busy party hotel or area this one is def not the one. It’s situated more for relaxation and best for couples especially with our own private infinity pool to our private beach area .

Overall a good stay for our second visit in 10 years. Ice was super helpful in the restaurant and the location and views are great. The property does however need some investment as aspects of it are a bit tired and in need of tidying up.

The Naka is well located near Patong and the activities in the area - and only half an hour to Phuket Town & the large shopping centre. Nicely located on a hillside - with a pool beside the small beach - the pool villas and bedrooms have nice outlooks to sea. Staff are very helpful - if a little short on understanding of English. The food is very good and the breakfast buffet is of a high standard. If you secure a good relative rate - a nice option. Rent a car for access to the many surrounding areas.

This was sadly a very disappointing trip. Architecturally, the hotel is stunning and the view from the beach room was truly spectacular. However, the property is not well-maintained at all. The furniture feels cheap despite being only about 10 years old. The biggest issue was cleanliness. It was really poor - I actually had to ask them to clean my room again upon arrival. There were oily finger stains all over the cabinet/closet doors and the shower door, which suggests they barely clean between guests rather than deep cleaning. Additionally, the showerhead in the outdoor tub was broken. As for dining, the options were frustratingly limited. Breakfast was decent, but for dinner, there were only two restaurants available on-site. Since the hotel is quite isolated, it is impossible to just go out to eat elsewhere. The room service was also very limited, offering chewy pizza and a very small selection of westernized version of Thai food. The gym was poorly equipped with bad AC, though the AC in the room worked well. On a positive note, the spa was very good. However, be aware that the terrain is vertically very steep; you cannot walk anywhere and will need a TukTuk or car to get around everywhere. Aside from the beach, pool, and spa, there isn't much else to do. I wish i trusted the reviews more! everyone's pretty bang on.

The property is quite and very secluded. The staff is very kind and friendly. The pool villa was very large and nice but needs updates. The color of the curtains is too dark for our taste. The beach area is beautiful. As the location is very secluded there are no restaurants around, only those from the hotel so every time we wanted to get out we had to take a taxi. We stayed in a Villa directly at the beach. We spend 5 nights there and enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately there is music with haevy basses from 7 AM to 7 PM in the pool area so we had to listen to this basses the whole day while we stayed in the Villa. As of 7 PM we had to listen to the basses which you hear from Patong beach. Based on that I recommend not to go to this Hotel. At breakfast I was missing Mango fruit and Salami. Overall a great breakfast. I had twice a steak the first one was great. The second one was very bad quality. Unfortunately the Hotel did not pick us up from the airport despite we had a written confirmation Was no issuw as we took a taxi.

Really enjoyed my 3 night stay here. The staff are all super friendly. The villas are very uniquely designed, providing a memorable stay. Breakfast was amazing. Looking forward to coming back someday soon.

Definitivamente el mejor hotel en Phuket. La comida deliciosa, las instalaciones muy lujosas y bonitas, el personal muy atento y excelente servicio. Recibimos un excelente trato por parte del personal, en especial Dee que estuvo pendiente de nosotros desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Muy recomendado!!

The view is what makes the place along with the attentive staff. We had some ac issues within an hour of checking in and were moved to another villa quickly. I was disappointed a bit as it was 1 level lower and the view wasn't as good as the 1st one. The lounge chairs in my villa were pretty old and were not comfortable to use. Outside of that its a quiet pretty place to escape the city and lounge in your own private pool.
