The Parking was safe

The property appears to be fairly new. I had booked a king, but was given two queens. No big deal, either way was fine with me, though it might speak to their booking practices. No exercise facility, which was a fairly big deal to me. Breakfast was great. The setup of my room was a bit of a head scratcher.

The staff was so accommodating. We had two rooms, one with an elderly parent and when I called to ask if they could be adjoining even though I had booked through Expedia they made sure that it was noted. They also told me to call again day of if we would be late (the Rutgers game didn’t end till midnight) so that they wouldn’t count us as a no show. The rooms were huge and very clean. The free breakfast was also very good. The pool and gym areas were super clean and the pool was warm. Would definitely stay here again!

clean, quiet, easy parking

Dislike the area the hotel was in the middle of no where. Dark roads . I arrived much earlier and asked to check in , they said no . I understand the check was at 3:00 o’clock . But still they didn’t check me until I returned later in the evening. Also I didn’t like the fact that there was no outdoors pool and no Spanish channels . Other then that the staff polite and welcoming. The room was good and the breakfast too , so I rate the hotel an 8 score thank you .

We got to the hotel at 1:30 to check in. They told us there would be a $50 early check-in fee. We could not check in until 2:30 without that fee. We were only allowed to sit in the lobby. We were not permitted to sit by the pool.

The hotel is in desperate need of a common area for guest to hang out. This is both inside and outside. The no smoking and no doing anything else also makes it impossible to visit with people that you have flown across the country to see. You have plenty of signs stating what you can’t do and nothing positive. Very negative vibes.

Second stay here. A clean, current hotel with easy parking in a safe area. Would stay again.

Nice staff, comfy beds, clean room. Excellent pool and exercise area

Checked in in the middle of the night. The parking lot was very well lit, staff was very polite, bed was amazingly comfortable, rooms were clean and spacious. The morning breakfast had nice variety. Will visit again.

I didn’t like that housekeeping has to be ordered.

Clean room friendly staff

I was veru disappointed this trip. I have stayed here in the past and had no issues. This time was terrible The room was filthy. My daughters room was even filthier than mine. Her boxspring was stained with some kind of yellow substance. Upon looking under the mattresses there were no bed bugs but it was filthy under the mattress. The elevators were filthy and smelled bad like trash. I will not be staying there again. I had reservations for January however they have been cancelled and i will never be returning to this hotel!

Typical Hampton, but a little on the dirty side. Room had a discarded plastic fork on the floor when I first entered the room. Sheets on the one bed were stained (luckily there were 2 beds).

Place was extremely clean and very very safe.

There was hair in the shower, sink, dust and hair on nightstands upon check-in

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Signs everywhere said housekeeping comes every other day. I was there for 5 days, housekeeping never came, even after a formal request at the front desk. The manager was awful and mean, the night front desk staff were rude. 5 days and I never saw a single housekeeper in the entire 4 floor hotel.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Every staff member that we saw would greet you. Beds were very comfortable. Hotel has is in a quiet location. But is conveniently close to stores and restaurants. Very happy with our stay!

Our room smelled of cigarette smoke, we had a toddler with us. The pillowcases were dirty. When it was brought to the night manger all she said was sorry...I'll send someone with new pillowcases and febreeze. They couldn't give us a new room because they were sold out. We asked for a discount and we were told it wasn't possible.

Our room was very noisy from traffic. Guest upstairs was very loud. When the hotel is not busy they should not put guests next to each other or above one another.

Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Rooms are very spacious. Clean. Bright. Beds comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Lots of options. Very spacious area for breakfast.

Was in town for a concert and needed a room for one night. Hotel was clean, beautifully maintained, and well-staffed. Room was spacious with comfortable beds and a very nice bathroom. Parking was easy. Would recommend!

Air conditioning not great.

Stink bug on the bed. We had to move rooms because the tv didn’t work, we were told to try to fix to cable’s ourselves. TV flickered on and off in the second room we were in. No refund available, they said the cold weather affected the tvs. Won’t be staying in a Hampton Inn again

There were so many issues. First of all when we got there 2:15 we were told check in was at 3;00 and we had to wait until then. I've never been to a hotel where you couldn't check in a few minutes early. Wanted to charge $50 for early check in. There were 5-10 people in hallway waiting to be checked in. Then no late check out until 12:30. So we paid $50 for 2:00 check out!! Eating at breakfast bar. Never had we had to use paper plates and plastic forks. Then I asked front desk for change of a $10 bill. They said they carry no cash!! What? They usually have cash cause they have a small store and I'm sure people buy stuff like soda or chips! Oh well no tip for cleaning staff!! I have been a Hilton member and I've traveled around the country and these were things I've never faced. I will not be checking in here or recommending to friends.

When we arrived we got there an hour early we tried to say to the front desk guy we know we can't check in yet but can we drop our bags and come back as I'm a wheelchair user and it's difficult the man behind the counter was rude and abusive we driven 700 miles so we asked to buy a redbull he refused and said we weren't checked in we had to leave we came back an hour later he saw me in my wheelchair saw we had a disabled room and asked did I have a disabled plate I said yes he told me where the disabled parking So I was in New Jersey for a conference and fifty other conference members were staying there as well now fast forward to 11.15 pm a colleague and close friend was coming back to the hotel after a night out and saw four people around my pickup he thought they were breaking in so he intervened only to be told by the man who checked me in and knew fully I was disabled and had all legal plates on the car that he received a complaint that I was illegally in a disabled park and he had called to have me towed? My friend showed him my plate but he wanted me towed even though he knew when he checked me on I had a disabled plate The next day house keeping made over my room and when we came back there was a baseball sized dry blood stain on our fresh sheets Management promised a call to make amends by 3pm Sunday it's now Tuesday and were ignored

The front desk staff lady was so rude to us. My grandparents were denied breakfast because according to the lady their names were not on the reservation . I explained to her that everyones name does not have to be on a reservation as it is never asked by any hotel , only the person reserving and the credit card name to match the room is required. which is reserved under me and my name but they were staying with me. We were there for my daughter’s dance competition . Just because my grandparents didn’t walk in with us and arrived an hour later they were told they could not eat . So unprofessional to do that in front of everyone eating breakfast . Even other hotels guest stood up and was so appalled and bothered by the staff ladies actions and to deny my grandparents. She told my grandparents that they could not eat any breakfast during the stay because of it . We reserved 3 days there. I’ve never seen that in my life and would never stay there again. Management was told about the situation but did not reply in the proper manner and nothing was done.

Excellent overall, clean facility and friendly staff

Their computer system was down when I arrived. It took 50 minutes to get me checked in and into a room (when I had pre-paid for my reservation). Customer service was poor- I received an apology - that's it. It is crazy that it took them so long to figure out how to check me into a room. I will not be going back.

Stay was terrible. 12am power went out . No Ir air conditions in 80 degree weather or lights . When we checked out at 945 still no power. Was told by front desk when I called at 230 am it’s being worked on within the hour Was not able to get ready for party we booked hotel to get ready for properly . We left and paid full price for this awful stay . Would not recommend this hotel to anyone . We were very disappointed with staying in a room with no air conditioning. We called from desk at 230 and were told it would be worked on within the hour so we stayed. We would have left had we known that it would not be fixed by checkout . Very upset with this stay.

It was easily accessible to two major highways, grocery stores, and not too far from the parkway either!

We stayed there because it was relatively close to the PNC Arts Center and we were seeing a concert.

Excellence location by 2 major highways, restaurants and stores nearby. Hotels was clean and well kept. Staff was excellent.

Our room was nice however we found a towel that either was used and put back or was not washed well. The bed was comfortable It got very warm in the room over night even with trying to turn down the temperature. The breakfast staff was nice but the food was not. Eggs were terrible and not hot st all. Turkey bacon was cold. Not good. The area was kept very clean.

Very nice facility convenient to Routes 9 and 18. Free breakfast is above average. The room was very clean and comfortable. They do not have separate waste containers for recyclables.
