The Lobby had a sewer, moldy smell. Also, online says “ EV charging “, nope there is none. The pillows in the room smelled like sweat. I won’t be staying here again.

Our stay was great with the exception of the pool being closed and it was over 100 degrees for whole stay and none of the ice machines worked on any of the floors.

Unfortunately upon arrival we learned that the pool was closed for maintenance. This was a deal breaker but we felt it was too late to book accommodations for another property on the day of arrival so we lived with it. No concessions or credits were offered so we feel unappreciated and not valued.

Hotel is clean and acceptable. Pool was closed by the health department for a broken pool pump. We werent informed of this at check in, which was a shames as we were traveling with kids.

Staff is very kind and accommodating. We checked in right when the restaurant was closing but they still took our orders with no issue and we’re all so kind. Facility is so pretty. Love the color scheme. Full bar is impressive and gorgeous as well. The halls and rooms are upscale and appealing. So happy we stayed here. It definitely exceeded expectations for the cost! We will be back.

The hotel was beautiful. The remodel from the previous hotel, was am improvement. The staff was very courteous and check-in and our was very fast and easy. Only thing i didn't like, the old water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, suggesting water had leaked from the bathroom above me at some point. I mentioned this to the Receptionist that same night. Plus the water pressure in the shower was very weak. But, overall, i plan to return for any future stays. Loved the idea of the bar in the lobby. 👍

I like this property for the convenience of its location. Rooms that face the pool and the freeway do have more noise. The AC isn't quiet but on this last visit it was over 90 degrees, so nothing would have been quiet. The rooms are spacious, there is a desk. Bathrooms are clean. Everything that I need in a hotel room.

Check-in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. We did not get cookies at check-in but were given some when asked the next morning. Room was clean, but smelled strongly of cleaner which was gross. It was nice to hang out at the pool. Pool area was not fancy, but it was clean with sufficient seating. Overall, our stay was nice, but please tell your housekeeping staff to not disturb guests until AFTER check-out time, especially when the do-not-disturb tag is on the door.

Showed up to check in and was told they had no rooms available. The computer system was down was the excuse. I booked the room a full week in advance. The young lady at the desk was left to deal with the mess. The manager refused to come into work and deal with it.

Not well greeted once to counter, checked in at 10;30 pm, no others in line but myself. I was asked for drivers lic, credit card, but not once did he look up at me or say thank you. Once checked in he put my card on counter and pointed to card machine to enter my card. Once this was done, he gave me room key, Once again saying nothing to me ( run the tape) Once in the room, Changed out of my clothes. Could not find card so maid would not wake me up early. I called him and told him of problem, His repose was this..I will put a note on account you be leaving at 11;30. I was getting ready to say thank you! Then click he was gone. At 10am maid was knocking on my door and waking me up! Unlocked my door and found out I had pull lock on...came back about 20 minutes later and same thing...NOT HAPPY

Extremely friendly staff greeted me and thanked me for being a Hilton Honors member. The room was very nice and clean. The decor was modern and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Staff sent me a text on both days to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. I really appreciated that. I will definitely stay here again.

The service is poor, people dont seem to want to be there and slow at the bar and restaurant. Our hashbrowns were undercooked. Mighr be they are short staff. If i have an issue such as one of the lights not going off and they admit they are wrong, hotels normally try to make up for it with a compensation. In my case i had to ask if i could get a goodwill gesture. When i pick it up, no apologies or felt like i was wrong asking. Also clean or wipe the floors after people check out, during check out hours makes it unsafe.

Nice decorations and comfy bed and nice pool. Front desk gave another family same room key so they walked in on us. Very short staffed. I think the poor bartender is also the waiter and I wonder if he cooks too. I was surprised that there was no microwave! Also, a hole in the bottom of my paper coffee cup. Expected more pizzazz from the "brand name Hilton Doubletree."

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Livermore, CA, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff were not friendly, which made for a less welcoming atmosphere. The pool, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to, was closed for renovation. However, there was no visible work being done—just a closed gate and a sign with no further explanation. Additionally, the hotel did not provide any coffee or hot water in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the lack of friendly service and the unaddressed issues with amenities left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this location based on my recent experience.

In my case i had to ask if i could get a goodwill gesture. When i pick it up, no apologies or felt like i was wrong asking. Also clean or wipe the floors after people check out, during check out hours makes it unsafe.

The service is poor, people dont seem to want to be there and slow at the bar and restaurant. Our hashbrowns were undercooked. Mighr be they are short staff. If i have an issue such as one of the lights not going off and they admit they are wrong, hotels normally try to make up for it with a compensation. I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Livermore, CA, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The staff were not friendly, which made for a less welcoming atmosphere. The pool, which was one of the amenities I was looking forward to, was closed for renovation. However, there was no visible work being done—just a closed gate and a sign with no further explanation. Additionally, the hotel did not provide any coffee or hot water in the lobby, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, the lack of friendly service and the unaddressed issues with amenities left a lot to be desired. I would not recommend this location based on my recent experience.

Staff is very kind and accommodating. We checked in right when the restaurant was closing but they still took our orders with no issue and we’re all so kind. Facility is so pretty. Love the color scheme. Full bar is impressive and gorgeous as well. The halls and rooms are upscale and appealing. So happy we stayed here. It definitely exceeded expectations for the cost! We will be back.

The staff was pleasant informative. The property overall was clean. The room was clean. However, the faucet was loose on our second day. It seemed as if the cleaning Service just made the bed replace towels however, they left a dirty towel in the room in the bathroom was not clean. This could've been an oversight or just rush service overall, it was a decent place to stay.

We only had a one night stay. The location was convenient and the stay was good. The bed and bedding was comfortable and the room was nice. Why it's not receiving a higher star is because the lobby had so many flies and and we had a couple in our rooms. The elevator was dirty and the ice machines were not working on several floors.

It was very nice, the rooms were cozy and clean. Did not like the shower very much, the water was hard to control, if on all the way hot, the water pressure was good, but if wanted to be colder the water pressurfe went down as did the temp. Would for sure go back, on hot days like these, a ncie cold room and a big pool is very enjoyable. Wish there were a hot tub though! Going back for sure.
