Clean room, staff was paying attention. Good breakfast (don't hesitate to ask if you need anything, it might not be displayed) Gym was cleaned after the previous guest Overall good experience On top of that, the hotel is well situated. Numerous restaurants, cafes at walking distance (2-3 min)

It was a very comfortable stay.

Extremely over priced for the size, blind were not opening, AC not working for 2 days, only fixed after complaining to the Service Manager, Despite telling them the reason for our stay which was Bereavement and death of a family member, they gave us a room furthest away from the elevators, had to ask them to change it. Beds were very Uncomfortable.. Will never book this hotel again Ever.
