The desk clerk was very friendly. Our room was clean. The noise from the traffic was kind of annoying. The pool was clean and refreshing. Being able to walk to a few dining places was nice. Parking was tight, not a big area to park. My overall experience was a 4 out of 5.

I enjoyed a one night stay on a rainy September Saturday. The hotel was great. The building has been there for decades so it is old, but perfectly maintained, newer appliances and fixtures, immaculately clean. The room wasn't super big especially with two queen beds in, but big enough to shower sleep and chill. It's VB oceanfront so dozens of food beverage and shopping options within blocks. One block from the beach. Lots of convenience stores but only one full grocery store in the area and it's about three blocks away from this hotel so that was great. There's a small pool, barely any lobby to speak of or other common areas. Just a door to a balcony, the steps are outside as well but right next to the parking.

Great location but not beachside as advertised. A block away from beach. Rooms recently upgraded but deodorizer smell to hide mildew smell. Outside pretty rough looking, trash in stairwells. No elevator Slept well. No amenities...not even coffee.

Check in desk separate from the actual motel. Did not look inviting whatsoever. Small Pool on site was directly next to the busy traveled road. Only thing between you swimming in the pool and a moving vehicle is a small dinky white fence. Did not feel safe. Did not have a baggage hold or offer early check in. Tried to cancel my stay upon seeing the location & lack of amenities, to my disappointment, they charged me the entire multi night stay anyway instead of a simple cancellation fee or one night stay. Very unaccommodating.. didn’t see an elevator anywhere either.

The property is very conveniently located and is just 2 blocks away from the beach. Hotel staff are very friendly and all the amenities work. Lots of good food options nearby. Rooms are in good shape and well kept. This is the best that you will get at this price point. Its a little bit difficult to find parking, but it seems there is 1 parking allotted per room.

The room smelled of mildew. The furniture did not fit the room, the doorway was a trip hazard, the drapes did not cover the windows adequately. The location was sketchy right next to a Seven Eleven and people loudly hanging in the parking lot all night. Do not recommend.

Room was barely clean. There was hair stuck to the hairdryer… I’m bald so there’s no way it’s mine. Bed so soft/worn I sank into it like a rock (6’ 200lb for reference) Room shoddy, holes in the wall. Desperate need of a remodel. And paying a resort fee? That’s an insult. Will not be staying here again. Whoever says it’s a decent place I’ll have whatever drugs you’re on because they must be good. Will be doing a review on google of this glorified motel, or “ReSOrT” as they shamefully call it, save as many people the trouble. Go to the Ramada or holiday inn. Avoid here at all cost.

No idea how this place has a very good rating. Mold/mildew smell is layered with air freshener so cloying you can taste it. Gross, sticky floors. Holes in the sheets, two flat, OLD yellow pillows, yellowed sheets and blankets, stained towels. Hairball on the shower wall and layers of crud/dust in the ridges of headboard. Half a roll of tp on the back of the toilet, no roll dispenser. Check in was friendly/easy and close to beach are only positives. Bare bones amenities at ridiculous Oceanfront prices. Lesson learned, never again.

Check in was great! And easy. However, when we got into the room, the bathroom light was blinking. We had to turn it off and turn it back on, and it finally worked. There was mold on the bathroom walls in the nightstands really needed to be updated.

The place had a good location near the boardwalk and was clean. Plenty of parking and it had a decent pool. The room needed work: Bathroom door would not close, no hand towel for sink, toilet paper holder not installed, bed needed to be shifted down to make better room for the sofa and table, TV was impossible to work without help from the staff, and the room was noisy at night from traffic from the road. If you want a clean place to stay, with good rates, near the boardwalk then it is fine.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, its located 2 streets over from the beach and lots of restaurants and bars. The only issue is the street traffic is loud and the curtains do not block the light from coming in the window. Make sure you take ear plugs and a sleep mask

Room was very clean. Bathroom amenities were great! The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The mattress on one of the beds was about 3” lower at the head than the foot. The table between the beds was falling off the wall. TV remote wouldn’t work most of the time. Telephone wasn’t working. Tried to call the office, no one answered.

Oceans 2700 was nicer than I expected. It is not oceanfront but it is only 1 block back and has no ocean view. It is very basic but nice. There are no frills but it is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful. Parking is convenient. There is no elevator but they have ground floor units. The unit had a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker and small desk area with chair. The beds were comfortable and they supplied beach towels. Basic and clean for a hotel room. The front office staff is super nice. It is definitely convenient to the boardwark! I would return.

I liked the room, it was clean and modern, the bed linen on top did have tear in it. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling a bit from an old patch. Overall it was fine for the price. LOVED that I was walking distance to the beach, a donut/coffee shop right next door and a grocery store directly behind us. We walked all over the area and did not really have to drive. Really good cafes and restaraunts all over. The noise in the motel at night was an issue, Friday and Sat night people would park in the lot or nearby and blare rap music until about 1 AM.

Economical place to stay, a block away from the beach. Clean room and linens. The faucet in the bathroom fell over, but did not effect the quality of the stay overall. The manager was extremely rude. Yelling at people in my group when they were simply asking for the door to be repaired. The batteries in the door were dead. We kept getting locked out of the room. The manager said we couldn't leave the room after 11, because she was going home. The bathrooms were filthy. She said no one was available to clean them. She also hung up on me twice when I asked for a refund since we had to leave the hotel to find a place we could actually go in and out of. We went to the beach to enjoy the beach. Not sit in a room because of a broken door

Unfortunately i had to cancel my reservation due to contracting COVID. The staff was very friendly and attentive when i called. However i have not been able to receive a refund due to management being unresponsive.

The Stay at Oceans 2700 was excellent. The cleanliness of the room and the staff were wonderful. The location was perfect for going shopping and was so close to the beach. I could walk from my room to the beach in less than 5 minutes. It was a pleasure staying at the Hotel.

I was overcharged for a destination fee—my receipt showed $15, but I was billed $39. I pointed it out at the front desk, and they acknowledged the error, yet the refund never came. I’ve called and emailed several times, but no one has followed up. Unfortunately, the room also had maintenance issues (a non-working toilet and clogged shower), and while these were fixed, the cleaning crew left wet, dirty towels behind. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service and follow-through.

We loved Dede and Pops, but after the other guy took over, it had went down hill. Pops ran a tight ship, there was no riff raff hanging out all over the property. After they left Tony took over and was understanding and caring. The tall kid at night was TERRIBLE! Never wanting to give us towels. He stays on his phone the whole night. He would be on the phone even with customers there in front of him. Wasn't a pleasant guy, and was never nice to us.

I liked the room, it was clean and modern, the bed linen on top did have tear in it. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling a bit from an old patch. Overall it was fine for the price. LOVED that I was walking distance to the beach, a donut/coffee shop right next door and a grocery store directly behind us. We walked all over the area and did not really have to drive. Really good cafes and restaraunts all over. The noise in the motel at night was an issue, Friday and Sat night people would park in the lot or nearby and blare rap music until about 1 AM.

The hotel is not worth the price, especially the price we paid during Labor Day weekend. The best thing about the place was the free parking. Yes, it's walking distance to the beach but it's situated on a noisy road. And I don't know about the top floor rooms, but on the ground floor you can hear everything in the parking lot and everyone outside late into the night. In addition, there were bugs in the room (cockroach, moth, and flies) and a lack of body wash. The king bed had 3 small, flat pillows and only 1 bigger pillow. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend spending a little more to stay elsewhere if you really want to be near the beach.

This place serves the purpose with flying colors. Istayed on the 1st floor room 111. This place is by no means luxurious, high end, fashion or fancy. Although it's very well situated, within walking distance of the beach, food, shopping and entertainment. The rooms are clean, comfortable, updated, surprisingly quiet (despite it being in front of the road) and affordable. All the appliances worked (mini fridge, micro, coffee maker), had the a/c at 72 on cool (it's spring) no problems, hot water, good wifi, hair dryer, hand soap and lotion on the bathroom sink, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the tub (don't expect Dove brand, it's Dial) NOTE: water conservation is a thing all over the place; restaurants, hotels, public restrooms, bars, retail stores, etc....flat screen tv w/cable, desk w/chair and plenty of power outlets (usb and 120v). The pool was closed by the time I stayed.This facilities are managed by the owners who live on site. The place shows that they take care and pride of their ownership to the best of their abilities and budget. They will make you feel welcome and will try to work with you if a situation develops. You just have to let them know in advance. I will stay again here in the hopes of having an equal or better experience.

The property is very conveniently located and is just 2 blocks away from the beach. Hotel staff are very friendly and all the amenities work. Lots of good food options nearby. Rooms are in good shape and well kept. This is the best that you will get at this price point. Its a little bit difficult to find parking, but it seems there is 1 parking allotted per room.

We booked this hotel specifically for the location. It was super close to the start and finish of the Shamrock 8k. Next door is Parlor Doughnuts and the new Raven Restaurant and close to the boardwalk. The room was clean; nice tv with lots of channels. It was everything we needed!

This is a truly delightful little hotel. Friendly staff, I just wanted to hang out and mostly be left alone, and the staff was completely cooperative. One bonus is that it is right next door to May's Parlor, a nice little place that is perfect for breakfast and coffee and pastries.

The HVAC unit leaked water on the floor. That needs repair. The coffee machine was missing a part so couldn’t make coffee. Beds were comfortable and room was very clean. Old facility and motel faces Pacific so you can clearly hear all traffic and outside noise however our one night stay wasn’t too bad. Think the lousy weather kept noise down

The lady at the front desk was amazing! With that being said the rooms was clean but had a musty smell . There was dope dealers hanging out at the corner . There was a drunk lady sitting on the steps by my motel room door that started knocking on my door cussing me out because I wouldn’t let her use my phone she was out there talking to her self for hours. I wouldn’t recommend this place with a family . There was a bunch of weird shady people there .

We have stayed in the hotel 3 times previously, having no problems that couldn't be solved right away. The staff was friendly at these stays. This time it was horrible. It was a lot of little things that added up that just made the stay unpleasant. Reserved a king was given a room with 2 queens, even when it was noted on reservation that I needed ground floor room due to needing handicap accessibility. King room was available when reservation placed. No top sheet on either bed Only 2 towels, no bathmat, no hand towels and 1 washcloth supplied in the room. When requested additional items only one towel was was given none of the other item needed were available. Toilet roll holder broken left hanging from front of sink . They put new on up on the wall left broken one just hanging. Hairdryer did not work. Slow draining tub. Unable to use coffee maker missing piece to brew coffee. WiFi port didn't work. On last day moved the curtain large brown clumpy stain in the curtain. Floor was very gritty throughout the room. If it had only been a couple things but it was to many little things that added up.
