Great place, near shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good. Party of 6 which 4 are kids. Gave it 4 starts because of pool not in service. Stayed 10 days. Will booked again in the future hoping the pool will be back in service.

Bathtub was moldy and stained, carpet was covered in crumbs, generally unclean, laundry room had only one working washer and no working dryers, “gym” was just 4 cardio machines, drinking fountains not working, soda fountain and juice fountain at breakfast not working

Booked the hotel with pool since I was traveling with my three children but the pool was closed due to "maintenance". Fire Alarm also went off during my stay so we all had to exit hotel.

There're small ants in robby and room. And they charge a daily parking fee even shared space with other hotel.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Wasn't happy that the pool was closed.

We weren't told until we arrived for check in that the pool was closed. Which unfortunately was the main reason we picked this hotel. The entire second floor smelled like there had just been a fish microwaving contest. We opened the pull out sofa bed and trash fell out. There was trash in the hallway in front of our room door next to a giant bleach(?) stain. There was a thunderstorm so the direct TV was constantly cutting out. Every chair in the room had tears in the fabric, the beds were clean but probably the most uncomfortable thing I've ever slept on. There were other guests running around the hallways knocking on people's doors, we got knocked 3 times between 9pm and 1am. Basically I would have been only slightly less disappointed if the room was $50 for the night instead of the $180 I spent.

Free laundry. Would good to see fixed gym equipment and laundry machines. Breakfast was good

This was by far the worst hotel I have every stayed in during my 45 years of travelling. EVERY SINGLE THING WAS BROKEN 1) TV in main dining room :: broken 2) Pool and Hot Tub :: broken 3) Front door :: broken 4) Laundry :: broken 5) Pantry :: empty

Didn’t like being charged $3 a day to park. Didn’t like the breakfast it seemed just thrown out there with no employees talking to you if you needed anything.

The employees were very nice and friendly front desk, very nice and friendly, but the rooms were absolutely disgusting. You couldn’t walk on the carpets because they were all stained up and felt disgusting. The sofa was stained up. The chairs were ripped and shredded. The bathtub was filthy.

Check in went well, lobby area nice. Very disappointed in our room. We were supposed to get a king, but got 2 queens. Not a biggie. The big disappointments were a dirty, sticky carpet, dirty drapes, and a cracked bathroom sink. Also the island’s 2 high stools were worn and the material on the sides cracked, torn. I would not stay here again.

A bit of a process to check-in, but may have just been my experience. Floor upon entering the room could also use a cleaning. Looks like someone spilled juice all over the floor and no one bothered to mop it.

Unkept wasn’t as good as it has been in the past. Mold in the shower area and on the shower head, dishes weren’t that clean, it was hair on the bed sheets, plumbing wasn’t that great either.

First impression, okay. The woman at the desk checked us in but gave us key cards to a room that was occupied. The other guests were upset and so was I, trucking our luggage back down from the 4th floor only to find the reception desk empty for over a half hour. So waiting waiting, calling the number for service, waiting waiting she finally returned. But not after stopping at a table of drunk men to chat w bit. After I told her the room was occupied, she laughed and said, “oops”. Ya, oops I had to wait 45 minutes to get MY ROOM after your mistake. Anyway. . The room was spacious but upon flipping on the lights …………… Yuck. The shower was filthy, the countertops had hard food stuck to them, the refrigerator was leaking, I checked for bed bugs and was not surprised to find stains all over the mattress cover and mattress itself. My kids wore their shoes because the carpets need a severe cleaning. We arrived late after a sports game & promptly left at 6:30am the next morning because it was that bad. We couldn’t leave quick enough.

The hotel is clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got upgraded from a King room to a suite. Easy to find.

Second time staying at this hotel. Really like the rooms a separate seating area & kitchen. This will be my go to hotel when I come to visit my daughter in college.

I gave it a 4 because the front desk was great. The room is nice but outdated and the couches need to be replaced. I can feel the springs and i sink to the bottom. Other then that it was overall solid for the money but needs some freshening up. Also the door locks need to be better secured or a replaced. It might actually be the door.

The room’s layout was perfectly suited for a family traveling, especially the kitchen. However, I was disappointed with the couch and its mattress. It was covered in stains and was quite unpleasant. Despite this, we had to use it because our family members don’t like sharing a bed with others.

The hotel was nice but you could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms. The footsteps of the room above me were super loud, any time a door closed in my hallway it sounded like my door was closing. It was a nice hotel, but not super quiet.

Was alittle annoying waking up with no blackout shades the sun was directly in my face. Also woke up very hot most likely from the sun but overall was a good stay. The staff was very nice and friendly would recommend.

Bathroom door appeared to be repaired, and the repair was done poorly. Drawers appeared to be damaged because several of them could not be closed. Room #213

Furniture beat up in the room. Having the separation of the bed room and living space was nice. Breakfast was not good. Not worth the 200 bucks for a night

The rooms were great with excellent blackout curtains and comfortable beds. The kitchen was inadequate (,one spoon, stained mugs, two tea bags.). On two of the doors, the door stopper had broken through the wall which looked shoddy.

The room was spacious and pleasant, the staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good with a variety of options.

Room furniture is shabby. Beds we comfortable and shower was nice and hot.

Took over 25 minutes to check in. No one could even answer the phone while I was at front counter. I don't blame it on the girl that checked me in. I blame it on management for only having 1 employee on at 6:00pm. Making 1 employee take care of current guest and trying to check people in is terrible idea. Guest shouldn't be made to wait that long with talking to no one couldn't even answer phone she was too busy, and employees shouldn't be treated that way. You set her up for failure and having to deal with upset guest because of management. I won't be staying here again for business.

We really enjoyed and appreciated this hotel. We had a great unit with a living room, desperate bedroom with door, kitchen with frig and dishwasher and stove top equipped with utensils and dishes pots and pans. The staff was excellent. James was very helpful in the way in and out. He made us feel very welcome. We also enjoyed the very well equipped breakfast and the socials in the evening with appetizer foods. We'll definitely be staying here again.

I was very disappointed in the way I was treated! I am a U.S. Army Veteran and have never in my 63 years have been treated so bad! The desk clerk was very prejudice and asked me questions that was not asked of the other White customers. She did not have good hospitality! When it was time to check out, there was a long line waiting and no one at the desk. Another employee stated, "she didn't come out yet?" She has the wrong personality to be on the front desk. As far as the room, the refrigerator was nasty. It looked like someone threw coffee on it and forget to wipe it off! The closet had a handle missing and pieces of tile was missing under the bathroom sink! The shower curtain looked dry rotted at the top and the towels had a funny smell to them. My husband and I will never give this hotel another visit! I am very dissatisfied!

Amazing customer service!

I have been coming to this hotel quite a few times. The reason is I need to visit my brother who is in assistance living care. The front desk workers are a huge supporter of my needs. They are very nice and helpful. I also need to have a daily walk and the trail is nearby. That is a big plus.

Convenient location

Nice room. Good locations. A little far from Downtown Philly Staff is very nice. Very good breakfast

Very convenient, close to shopping, restaurants & hi way

very convenient location. some sound issues with other tenants running their dishwasher at 5 am, but not a big issue.

Good area for main roads and restaurants. Hotel clean but needs maintenance and updates. Sink leaking, tiles missing, sharp grout shards coming out of floor in bathroom. Ceiling badly fixed. No housekeeping until after 3 nights but then it was the weekend and none on weekends. Therefore no housekeeping for 5 nights. Garbage overflowing. No clean towels.

I was there 3 weeks ago. I really enjoy the location. One problem, I need to exercise because of my diabetic. Treadmills have not be repaired both times.

This place is in the middle of everything. Shopping, walking trail, restaurant and others. Easy to get out and in from several highway. Breakfast was good, few choices of fruits, hot meals were good and others. One of the reasons I picked this place: reasonable price, roomy, and breakfast.

Everything from the time of check in to check out. Clean & comfortable rooms. Shower was amazing especially after I had a long day. Breakfast was wonderful. We will be staying in August again.

Food was awful. Worst i ever had in any hotel

The breakfast was the most disappointing aspect of this stay. We were there all week and the coffee was full of grounds, breakfast was not ready at 6:30am, eggs were dry and crunchy, no milk for 3 of the days. The only thing reliably good to eat was the yogurt and granola and the waffles. This was a very disappointing breakfast. Otherwise, the hotel was clean, rooms were cleaned each day and the staff was friendly.

Room was kind of in shambles. Breakfast was completely I'll prepared. Out of everything by 8am, took over 30 minutes to get food refilled. People were friendly.

carpet in hallway was covered in plastic, construction was being done in nearby rooms, NO BREAKFAST, no coffee, no service. Very disappointed with Staybridge Suites.

The breakfast bar had yogurt & fresh fruit which was an unexpected benefit. Bruce did an excellent job keeping it clean and well stocked.

The breakfast at the hotel was horrible. Not enough food when we went down for breakfast. I think they has hotdog cut up. They ran out of waffle batter.
