Hotel room was nice, not fancy, but clean and comfortable, pool was closed, since weather was 107, would have been nice if pool had been available.Overall very good for the price. Close to several resorts, walkable to MGM Grand, New York, New York, and Excalibur casinos.

Very loud neighbors on both sides, but that's not the motel's fault. They weren't loud enough to really bother me but I was aware of them. It's worth it considering the price and location of this property. I'd like to know when the pool will be repaired!

Marijuana/smoke smell with stains on the carpet and garbage in the halls. The pool had garbage in it and a half naked homeless man sleeping on the pool deck with all his belongings stacked beside him. They did have a security guard who was on his phone at the front desk most of the time. The only good thing is that it was within walking distance to the strip and dennys is out front. positive thing was they have a security guard who was friendly but

Staff were super kind during check-in, the property itself was a 10 min walk from MGM and a 5 min drive from Allegiant so it was perfect for my stay (I was there for a concert). A lot of parking available for free and very clean rooms. Would stay again!!

Basically, the hotel is under renovation of the rooms, but the whole thing needs a renovation. Contractors installing new toilets failed to make mine level so it wobbled. Parking lots a mess, it’s noisy by the airport, which starts flying at around 5 AM. Basically it’s not up to the normal standards of this type of hotel or motel. Pricing was good and the monorail was a bit of a walk across the street but available. I just would not stay there again. The filter for the air blowing out of the air conditioner was dirty and blocked and the vent in the bathroom dirty as well. Failure to clean and keep up.

Listen. It’s really hard to destroy this place in a review bc you truly get what you pay for. This is great central location, the staff was wonderful. If you’re doing a whirlwind trip on a budget this absolutely fits the bill. Vegas is hot, they have a pool, ice machine and cold AC. With all that said, don’t expect a pristine experience. The facility is old and very rundown. Things are not especially clean, nearly everything is weathered or broken and there are a handful of unsavory characters hanging around the parking. But given the fact that you’re really just looking for a place to lay your head after a night out you could do worse. Like I said, you get what you pay for. This is a budget hotel. Thank you to the staff for your wonderful hospitality. Everyone was refreshingly nice!!

Only thing was pool was closed for construction, not fun during May, the sinks take forever to clear or at least ours did, and my room didn’t even have a cable box to watch tv. Besides that, wasn’t a bad price and in an area next to a dennys, a fast station, and pretty walkable places

I booked for 2 rooms 2 nights but had to cancel our second night due to the experience. The intial rooms we got were beyond dirty. The bed skirt was filty one looked like it had blood stain. Dog hair everywhere. A strong smell in the room even air fresher didnt help. The floors didnt looked moped. Sheets had stains. We got moved to a different room a little better but the carpet was soo disgusting also in one of the rooms the bathroom didnt looked like it had been cleaned.

The hotel has been updated. Room not bad, though toilet kept filling up and was kind of noisy. I use a white noise app, plus the A/C noise made it manageable. Outside noise, smoking was a little annoying- a designated smoking area and not letting people who don't currently have a room there loiter around would help. An easy walk to the strip, and my event at T-Mobile. Good for one night

Very small and very dirty. The shower didn't work. Internet was spotty at best. Police were constantly coming in and out. The good things though was that it was close to the strip. All the building shakes like an earthquake when someone goes down the stairs. Not even a chair in the room as presented on the photos. Not batteries for the remote control and the TV signal was very bad. Not hot water (barely warm)

Our next room TV sound was so loud like crazy and never change all night. I report it to front desk lady who sent security lady to check the problem. She said she could hear the big noise coming out from the room. But she could not ask the room to turn down the volume. I’m not too happy about the attitude of front desk lady to us. The worst living experience ever.

The people next to my room, we’re partying and loud all night long. It was kind of hard to see where the hotel was. My Uber driver had dropped me off at the hotel next to Motel 6 thinking that it was motel six. The front desk receptionist were fantastic.

Hotel room was nice, not fancy, but clean and comfortable, pool was closed, since weather was 107, would have been nice if pool had been available.Overall very good for the price. Close to several resorts, walkable to MGM Grand, New York, New York, and Excalibur casinos.

deposit thru the app//online. Close to Dennys and the Strip. It can get loud at night of course. Rooms are clean, beds are too comfortable, more of firm bed here. Would stay here again.

Staff were super kind during check-in, the property itself was a 10 min walk from MGM and a 5 min drive from Allegiant so it was perfect for my stay (I was there for a concert). A lot of parking available for free and very clean rooms. Would stay again!!

The breakfast is a total lie, but the staff was as frustrated as I was about it. Very sympathetic. The hotel is very budget. They are so close to the strip, they could sell the land for a jillion dollars im sure, but there it is, being a cheap hotel. Mad respect.

A decent place for a night stay if you want to live closer to the strip without burning a hole in your pockets. Easily accessible from the airport and walkable to the strip. The location is a plus and has many restaurants around including Denny's.

Front desk was super nice, the room on the other hand were dingy and outdated. I paid over $100 for a $40 room. But it was walking distance to the MGM and the dennys was nice.

A localização é otima pelo valor, vale a custo benefício mas: nao tem frigobar, microondas, a limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, a maquina de refri nao tem refri e a de agua nao tem agua e por duas noites achamos barata no quarto (uma cada noite!). Fora isso acho que o valor é justo.

O unico hotel onde tive vontade de sair correndo. Quarto sujo, local perigoso. Nao e para turista ficar la. Decepcao total. Melhor localizacao mas o local precisa ser derrubado e reconstruido

The staff was a bit surly on a arrival and very much desinterested upon departure. The rooms do not have a refrigerator, which was a big disappointment. And hotels.com should put in large letters on the website that this Motel 6 requires a $100 CASH DEPOSIT. They will not accept a credit card. Location is okay, close to the Vegas Strip, but also to the airport and helicopters take off all night.

I did not like the idea of having to give a $100 CASH deposit when I was paying with a credit card anyway. I was told it was in case we damaged the room. I did het it back upon leaving. The lady at the desk was not very pleasant or welcoming. The facilities: the bathtub fixture felt like it was going to pull off the wall when I pulled to activate the shower; the bathroom area where the tub/shower and toilet were was very small, only about 2 feet from the tub to the door and toilet in same width area; the TV reception was spotty, the cable and dish kept going out or was bad reception; coffee at the office was only available between 6 and 10am and no breakfast offering at all, not even toast or cold cereal. !We will not stay there again. We were there 30minutes early for our room so we said we would wait. We asked if we could use a restroom and we were told they had to direct us to the nearest public restroom which was the Denny's restaurant next door,which clearly had a No Public Restroom sign on the door. We had to walk to a gas station
