The night hotel staff was great. The night manager. however, was not. She was in fact very rude. We stayed on a Sunday night while passing through town with a pickup truck and trailer, and their room occupancy was little to nothing. The night desk staff said we could park anywhere we wanted as there weren't many guests and we pretty much had the whole parking lot to ourselves. At 11pm, just as we're going to sleep, the night manager calls our room and said we have to move our vehicle and trailer. We would be leaving first thing in the morning and she couldn't handle that and insisted we move the vehicle right then. Also, the pool water was green and all the pool chairs were covered in bird poop. The bathroom floors had long, black hairs, it didn't look like it had been cleaned properly. The coffee was great, the breakfast was good.

When we initially got to location we had requested to be away from elevator or ice machine needless to say that didn’t happen but when we requested to be moved Albert provided excellent service and moved us to another location that was what we requested. In addition the breakfast was nice and the staff member i didn’t catch his name was willing to cook a fresh batch of food if we requested we told him to not do it but i that also was excellent service. next time we are back in town we know where we will be staying.
