Best Western Plus Winnipeg West

I stayed overnight rather than drive back home the same day. The room was clean and comfortable. I brought some of my own pillows because I sleep propped up in bed (used to an adjustable bed) and I have special pillows for that. I enjoyed my shower the next morning. I dont like the lighting in the bathroom. An overhead fixture as well as that on the mirrors would make it brighter. No complaint, just a personal preference. I used the provided shampoo and conditioner and the shampoo bottle was nearly empty. Might be a good idea to have housekeeping check the levels as people do put things back partially used. That is my only complaint. I have stayed here before and will stay again as it is a hotel i feel safe staying in. As an elderly single woman who sometimes travels alone, that is important. Great hotel!

Everything was great but the pool was cold Staff was excellent ❤️ Lady at check in was very very friendly

The room was clean. The breakfast was hot and had a nice selection. The hot tub was hot but the pool was very cold.
