This was just what we expected. I like the layout with both an interior hall as well as an outside entrance. The outside entrance makes it easy to unload. The inside hall lets you go to breakfast without having to go outside. Never saw this before. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very basic .

The manager who checked us in was well spoken & mannerly. The room was spacious & clean. Being able to park in front of our room was a bonus. The breakfast offered a good variety. The bathroom mirror lit up and was heated to prevent it from steaming up which was a nice perk. We recommend this establishment.

Our stay was great. We had truck and trailer with quads on and lots of parking and round about for easy pull out as well. Check was easy and quick. And the rooms were quiet and air conditioned. Thanks for a great stay.

Place when we first walked in the bed had crumbs in it,when we moved the bed a little and there was old garbage and dust left under the bed.We had went to breakfast and they had breads,yogurt and some cereal,you could tell it’s been there for awhile.

Clean clean clean. The property was very well manicured. Very inviting and had a homey feel to it. The room had tons of space...a big tv...a good size very clean bathroom and private entrance. Also the breakfast area was super clean.. spacious and plenty of simple food options. Price was right!!! The hosts were very attentive and really cared about their guests and property.

The beds were clean but under the bed hadn’t been Vacumned in a very long time. The bathroom shower curtain had pink mould on it and the corners were dirty. Certainly wasn’t our best stay in your chain of motels. Disappointed.

Staff very friendly, rooms are OLD, chairs had tears, beds and pillows comfortable though and clean and clean bathroom. Only stayed one night on way through so met our need for that, likely would choose elsewhere next time.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was adequate. Bed was comfy. Rooms are very dated. Surface areas were clean but it was obvious deep cleaning is not done. The baseboards were built up with dirt. The edges of the door cutouts were visibly full of dust. Unfortunately the rooms and hallway are carpet. Hopefully next upgrade they change that as people enter their rooms from the parking lot so carpet is not ideal. You get what you pay for and this room was definitely worth the $100 we paid. The breakfast was okay and added to the value of our stay. Would stay here again if in the area. About 10 minutes away from Fredericton.

This is my 3rd or 4th stay. Check in and out smooth. Close to airport. Staff super friendly and helpful, WIFI very good.. Lots of TV channels. Clean, lots of hot water, comfy bed. Breakfast adequate.. You do need a car or taxi to get around though, as there is no public transit. Two gas stations and convenience stores near by and a good restaurant. , If I travel in the future, I will definitely stay here again.

Rooms are in need of serious maintenance and upgrades. Vinyl floor is peeling and water damaged. Rooms are very dark and rooms are musky. Tub doesn’t drain properly. It’s in a prime location for shopping and restaurants and staff were great.

The bed was VERY comfortable and there was a 65 inch tv in the room. BUT!!! If you have a hard time falling asleep don't go here!! The walls are paper thin. We didn't sleep at all.

I arrived fairly late, but clerk was kindly waiting for me. I had issues with door key, which he fixed as well as issues with fridge in room, which he also promptly addressed. Staff is great here at putting customer first.

I always stay here during my trips to/from USA/NS as it's convenient and affordable. This last trip however was exceptional. I had car trouble and was starting to panic. I asked staff for recommendation for a garage and was pointed to a local garage who called in an extra mechanic to take care of me. Can't thank the staff enough.

Great staff, efficient check-in and prompt service when we requested an extra blanket and a toothbrush. Good continental breakfast to get you back on your travel. Easy access off the trans Canada. I would stay again if travelling through the area. The gentleman at the front desk was most efficient and helpful.

Good value for the money. This is a somewhat older property but it is well maintained. Its location near the Irving Big Stop/Blue Canoe makes it quite handy for people who are travelling through NB. Food and fuel are very close by.

Served our needs for a quick overnight stay while traveling. It is out of the way off the highway but close to gas and food. An older property, being updated, nothing pretentious, basic and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Decent breakfast.

Book somewhere else, you won't regret it! No clock radio, no bedside lamps, breakfast was horrible. Nope not this one!

We appreciate the cleanliness, and the staff is very nice. However, the breakfast options are limited, and the dining area has insufficient seating.

Room was reasonably clean. Bed was very comfortable. The fridge does not have a freezer so we weren't able to freshen up our icepacks for the cooler. There is an outside door and an interior corridor so if its raining you don't have to walkoutside to go to breakfast! Breakfast was pretty basic: 3 cereals, oatmeal, white bread for toast. Reg coffee and tea, oj and apple juice. They did have half and half as well as milk There were also homemade muffins!

Room was clean staff was very friendly. But my biggest complaint would be the bed very uncomfortable woke up sore and neither one of us slept very well due to the bed

The location of the property is very close to the Highway that make is convenient to travellers. Room is clean when we arrive. We like the separate entrance through the parking to the room that also interconnects the main entrance to the hotel. Room comes with microwave and small fridge as well, the Breakfast is just enough to have a small meal to start the day. The only thing that we are not satisfied is the water that comes out the shower it is very slow. That it is not satisfying when you came from a long drive and wanted to freshen up before going to rest.
