The shuttle service and front desk were beyond excellent - particularly when my stay was unexpectedly extended.

I love this hotel. We tend to choose it everytime we visit Winnipeg. The shuttle service to the airport is amazing, I was also able to pay to park for the week that we were gone which was convenient. They also have a really good variety at breakfast. My one complaint was that the pool area was disgusting. It is in need of a deep clean. The amount of hair on the floor was gross.

Hallway and elevators were not that clean. Only one elevator working which was very slow. Room was clean.

The entire hotel had a dirty odour to it. I think it was from the staff ! Carpets are dirty. Shower , tubs are very small. Bathroom sink plugged , would not drain. Had to call for services . The attention to details on cleanliness. Is very poor.

Wow the value of this hotel has really declined for the price they're asking. The first morning we stayed, the breakfast area was ridiculously messy, no cups were available at all so you had to go back to your room to get a cup if you wanted any drinks, nothing had been restocked (no fruit available, no hot food or eggs) and all the counters were crumbly and looked like they hadn't been wiped all morning. The second morning we stayed things were a little better (cups were back!) but for the entirety we were downstairs having breakfast, there was no coffee at all, and There is no housekeeping service unless you specifically request it ahead of time which I feel like is one more thing we're paying for but not getting for the value. The rooms were fine, nothing special, and staff checked us in quickly. I used to really look forward to staying here and I understand if they were having issue ls with staff or something while we were there, but things like this make me really disappointed in the amount paid and I'll look elsewhere next time.

The stay was significantly impacted by the unacceptable condition of the washroom. Specifically, I noted the following issues: 1. Improperly Cleaned Toilet: The toilet had clearly not been cleaned or sanitized properly prior to my arrival. 2. Missing Essential Supplies: The box of face tissues in the washroom was virtually empty, containing only a small handful (approximately 5-10) of tissues, and was not replaced by the housekeeping staff.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. My family and I really appreciated the free 24/7 shuttle service that picked us up from the airport, took us to any restaurant of our choosing and even offered pick up service from the restaurant. However, the cleanliness of the hotel wasn’t as friendly. Our room was "ready" for check in but it was not detailed cleaned from previous guests. My family and I run a cleaning business so we are well aware of what to look for especially in hotels. The microwave still had food, the bathroom walls have not been wiped, any minor details were not completed and checked. The lobby isn't regularly cleaned especially after the morning breakfast buffet. My sister and I wanted to enjoy the pool, however when we entered, immediately we noticed there was dirt floating in the pool. Large, long cotton was floating in it. The colour of the water was dark, murky. The hot tub looked better but still dirty. The pool room itself was not clean either. Loose hairs everywhere, nothing was scrubbed. I went to the front desk and they assured me that they do a "daily" regular maintenance. An maintenance staff came by to clean the dirt but didn’t properly clean the pool. They just grabbed the net, tossed the dirt outside and left. Didn’t even check the chemicals. Another problem was the breakfast buffet. There was only one staff member between cleaning and food preparation. Waking up to an already dirty buffet was not on my itinerary.

Small details make big hotels. Bathroom and pool were not to clean.

Room was clean, staff was nice.

Hotel was used to house wildfire evacuees. No cleaning staff in sight to deal with numbers of evacuees. chicken bones left on the floor the whole night.

Very large suite with couch, large desk and comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave but oddly, no bedside clock. Complimentary hot breakfast was good but not as many options as some of the other places we've stayed. They did have 24-hour coffee available and an indoor pool and well equipped gym. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a short stay between flights, comfortable bed, very comfy linens, very clean. Recommend this hotel.

Clean! Quiet & spacious

There’s no complimentary water in the room. Airconditioner was making noise when we changed the temperature a liitle bit but we appreciate the cleanliness. There was not a lot of beakfast food to choose from.

There was no fridge or microwave

Slow elevators. Toilet in initial room rocked like a rocking chair. No microwave in rooms. Will not stay at this hotel again.

We were on the 5th floor. Room we had was clean but couch and ottoman are worn. Microwave not working.

Pillows were too flat, bed was uncomfortable and too firm. Transport to Airport and to rent a car was convenient.

Quite please with check-in, staff and general condition. But this is the second room we have found cold. The room and beds are cold at arrival and it takes forever to warm up. The thermostat was set at 70 at arrival so you would think the room would be comfortable. We set it to 79 to warm it up. The heater cycles on and off normally but doesn’t warm the room appreciably. Room 514 was the same. Whats up.?

Front desk staff are accommodating ( Anu) we came little bit early she find away to get our room ready after more than 4hrs drive. kitchen worker is awesome she make sure filled everything inspite that she work by her self, from coffee and everything.

We arrived late and hardly slept and missed the breakfast by a couple minutes. A staff member took me back into the kitchen, loaded up two plates, made toast, got coffee and sent me back to my room to eat breakfast in bed! This kindness and generosity of spirit really touched me. One of the staff even offered me some of their personal meal brought from home. I declined but it looked so good! We were able to have a meal before another long drive. Cannot say enough about this facility and their staff! You’re able to park your vehicle for a reasonable rate if taking a trip from the airport. Plus the coffee is super, 3 strength options always available plus tea and hot chocolate which we indulged in when we arrived at 2 am. Thank you so much to the staff! This will be the ONLY Winnipeg airport hotel we will stay in from now on!

rebooked us in for an extra night called back while out to lunch and said we needed to come grab our luggage as they “didn’t look at the system correctly” and had to change our room after charging us another night.

Requested shuttle service from airport after dropping off rental car, and never got a response. Took a taxi for $12.00 Rooms were noisy when other people were opening or closing doors.

It was advertised that the hotel will gladly accommodate a guest who would request for late check-out due to change in flight schedule. My flight was moved from 2pm to 4:30pm and I requested for late check out. I was only granted half an hour extension so I waited uncomfortably at the airport for my flight for about 5hours. Very inconsiderate front desk personnel I spoke with.

It would be nice if the cleaning staff would clean everyday as garbage buildup was a main concern. The trainee receptionist also needs more training as I paid twice for the room that I already paid for from weeks ago and I only needed to pay for the security deposit…

When we were checking in the staff let us know there was an issue with room we had originally booked and offered either a discount or a free room upgrade, they even offered to show us the rooms before we decided. Very friendly staff, would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The only big concern is the area around… got car vandalized on the parking lot. If it hadn’t been for that everything would have been great… sadly, these things are hard to stop…

Nicely kept room that was quite large. Staff was friendly and nice to deal with. Price of the room seemed too high for what it was. Also the location is somewhat isolated in an industrial park.

Overall stay was good however upon check out and going to my vehicle I found I had been broken into. My back windshield was smashed!!!

Beds were super comfortable, site was clean, service was great. The only downfall was the complementary breakfast. The only item on the hot plate was bacon. No eggs and no hash browns. Nothing was being restocked.

24 hour coffee and tea were availability. The complimentary breakfast was very substantial. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

We had a suite and it was good, however the switch in the couch position vis a vie the television view (which is now oriented towards the bed) meant there was no opportunity to sit and watch television outside of the bed. The breakfast was good, but hot options (cheese omelets, turkey sausage and hashbrowns) were not fully stocked one hour prior to the end of breakfast. It's a small thing, but still a thing.

One staffer ruined my stay. The breakfast area was always out of coffee. On my first day I informed the person at breakfast. They snapped at me saying it’s coming. In the 20 minutes while eating it never came. The next morning no coffee, I didn’t dare say anything about it lol. The next day 1 coffee while I waited for 30 minutes. I saw staff come for coffee and see that there was none at the front, only to go in the back and get their coffee. While us peasants didn’t get any. The next day was the same, I actually did get a half cup but I ain’t counting it as a full cup. I really hope people complained about it. It was terrible to pay that much money, thinking that there was this breakfast bar, that was going to be amazing!

Nice hotel. Well keeped pool, gym and spa. What's missing is a dinning option especially when it's cold.
