We had a delightful stay at Holly House B & B. The house was very charming. It felt like going back in time and yet it had all the modern amenities. The best part was the friendliness of the hosts. And breakfast was delicious!!

This is a unique home! From the time we arrived until our departure, Judy and Don took great care to see that we were comfortable. The delicious breakfast is made from scratch each morning and served with great care by Judy and Don dressed in vintage attire and aprons. Breakfast times are chosen so that you can arrange more privacy or mingle with the hosts and other guests. The hallway is always stocked with homemade cookies to enjoy as well as tea and water . You can tell that Judy and Don truly love being hosts and it shows in thier hospitality, grounds, and interesting Victorian decor. Not only is The Holly House located only a few miles from Callaway Gardens, Judy shares all the local vintage, antique and other shopping " honey holes" in the area. We feel like we have new friends and can't wait to return.

The decor is Victorian and the rooms are decorated with care. If you love antiques, you need to see the Holly House. And if you love an outstanding breakfast, you will love the Holly House.

The stay was like living in a fairytale land. The host and hostess were so delightful. The breakfast was a treat. All home-cooked with such care and expertise. My husband and I wanted to take a weekend off and we felt like royalty. Everything was well-kept, well-labelled and clean. Attention to detail was amazing. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available the whole time. Loved it:)

What a hidden treasure! Don and Judy were impeccable hosts and took care of every detail. Tea, coffee and homemade cookies in the afternoon, a scrumptious breakfast, game room, music room, rocking chairs on the porch, parlors to relax in and a short walk to downtown Hamilton. A very special place.

The house is set in a beautiful location. It is warm and inviting both inside and out. It felt like j was being welcomed home. The room I had was warm and inviting. The bed was so comfortable and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was amazing. The cookies in the hall were delicious and havihg tea available anytime was lime being home. I am already planning my next time to go back.

This was the first time I've ever stayed in a Bed and Breakfast, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much. However, when I first showed up and checked it, the service was amazing. The owners are friendly, and my wife got distracted petting the cat. The room was cozy and clean. We booked this place because it was the closest location we could find for the wrestling tournament. This place had a unique charm and allure. If we are ever back in the area, this will definitely be our first choice of place to stay.

The owners are so wonderful ! We checked in easily… was shown to our lovely room! The entire home is decorated in Christmas!! The breakfast was delicious… a yummy hash brown casserole along with eggs & bacon! Amazing muffins & a creamy spread…. Just absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back! We love callaway gardens & this is a perfect close place to stay! Thank you Judy & Don for making us feel so welcome !

Absolutely wonderful!!! We are not bnb people but the monument we walked in we knew it was the best choice we ever made. Judy showed us and explained the Procedures and how to make ourselves comfortable. Immediately we felt part of the family and more so when we met the other guest. You must stay here if ever in the area!!!

The host Judy and her husband made sure we had everything we needed. They explained all of the amenities and provided us with contact information if we required further attention. Absolutely perfect stay!! Highly recommend! The owner made you feel like party of the family and all the little “extras” were amazing! The breakfast was five stars plus!!! She even made us a parting gift that I treasure!! Definitely made our trip to Callaway that much more special!!

The delicious breakfast is made from scratch each morning and served with great care by Judy and Don dressed in vintage attire and aprons. Breakfast times are chosen so that you can arrange more privacy or mingle with the hosts and other guests. The hallway is always stocked with homemade cookies to enjoy as well as tea and water . You can tell that Judy and Don truly love being hosts and it shows in thier hospitality, grounds, and interesting Victorian decor. Not only is The Holly House located only a few miles from Callaway Gardens, Judy shares all the local vintage, antique and other shopping " honey holes" in the area. We feel like we have new friends and can't wait to return.

This was the first time I've ever stayed in a Bed and Breakfast, and honestly, I wasn't expecting much. However, when I first showed up and checked it, the service was amazing. The owners are friendly, and my wife got distracted petting the cat. The room was cozy and clean. We booked this place because it was the closest location we could find for the wrestling tournament. This place had a unique charm and allure. If we are ever back in the area, this will definitely be our first choice of place to stay.

A great stay. Friendly owners. Nice personal tour and orientation of the entire property. Very beautifully furnished and accented Victorian home. Located very close to all the area attractions and tourist venues. We will visit again soon!!

What a hidden treasure! Don and Judy were impeccable hosts and took care of every detail. Tea, coffee and homemade cookies in the afternoon, a scrumptious breakfast, game room, music room, rocking chairs on the porch, parlors to relax in and a short walk to downtown Hamilton. A very special place.

The house is set in a beautiful location. It is warm and inviting both inside and out. It felt like j was being welcomed home. The room I had was warm and inviting. The bed was so comfortable and I slept wonderfully. Breakfast was amazing. The cookies in the hall were delicious and havihg tea available anytime was lime being home. I am already planning my next time to go back.

The owners are so wonderful ! We checked in easily… was shown to our lovely room! The entire home is decorated in Christmas!! The breakfast was delicious… a yummy hash brown casserole along with eggs & bacon! Amazing muffins & a creamy spread…. Just absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back! We love callaway gardens & this is a perfect close place to stay! Thank you Judy & Don for making us feel so welcome !

The stay was like living in a fairytale land. The host and hostess were so delightful. The breakfast was a treat. All home-cooked with such care and expertise. My husband and I wanted to take a weekend off and we felt like royalty. Everything was well-kept, well-labelled and clean. Attention to detail was amazing. Coffee, tea, and cookies were available the whole time. Loved it:)

The house was an amazing step back in time with period furnishings and decorations everywhere! The host family was delightful in every way and clearly intent on making our stay memorable and comfortable. The breakfast was AMAZING and far beyond our expectations. The room was very cozy and comfortable, not to mention being spotlessly clean and well appointed.

First of all Hamilton, Ga., is a charming small town central to some of the nicest attractions in Georgia, i.e., Providence Canyon State Park (a MUST see), Warm Springs and the Little White House, Callaway Gardens, etc. From Don's greeting at the door upon arrival to looking forward to seeing Judy and Rosemary at breakfast our week long stay at Holly House was outstanding. We love staying at B&Bs when on vacation and this was as good as it gets. The variety at breakfast was excellent and sustained us for the day. It was an absolute great week in the area made even better by the folks at Holly House. We would return there--and will--in a heartbeat. Highly recommend Holly House and this from people who live in Savannah, Ga., where hospitality reigns supreme.
