Convenient to town. It's an older property and shows some signs of age, but it is nice enough and does have on-site laundry, which was terrific. We did not use the pool, but other people did and it looked like they were having fun. The ambiance and setting are spectacular. Overall, we we're pleased.

Room was clean and nicely apportioned, staff was pleasant, free parking is a plus, nice mountain views. However if you need an iron they do not one have one on premises to use.

Great place right on Highway 2, walking distance away from Leavenworth village. Rooms are a little old with thin walls. But very comfortable otherwise. No issues with water pressure etc in our room. Microwave is not available in room, but can be requested from front desk. Breakfast was included and was fantastic. People are very friendly and helped us with early check in. Parking is included, which is a great help in Leavenworth. Will recommend

Ice machine did not work and the person at the front Desk was rude and impolite. Rooms were old and not well maintained. Sink stopper did not work, and left only a minimum of amenity's.

Muddy water came out of sink faucet and shower. Bedding were very dusty and cause us allergy and itchiness. Overall needs some cleaning and upkeep. Thankfully we were only one night, so survived without showering and brushing, but felt awful.

It was very clean, had comfortable beds and very nice amenities, including numerous breakfast options and coffee options. We come every year for rafting and this will be our new place to stay. The nearness (5 minute walk) to most of the Front Street stores and restaurants was a deciding factor for choosing this Inn, too.

Hotel is deteriorating, doesn't seem to have had much upkeep work since the new owners ~10 years ago. Toilet seat swelling & cracking, lots of general cracks and wear and tear. Wifi was a real pain to use, continually needed the password again as it was a custom splash screen. Was hard for my parents to use as it wouldn't pop up automatically, and you had to turn it off and on to try to reconnect. Reasonable location for a short walk to downtown and restaurants, the hotel grounds were a bit messy on the east side so not great to walk from the room to the road.

Was great for staying close at a decent price within walking distance downtown! Rooms were very clean. However, walls are very thin. You can literally hear your neighbor having a casual conversation. The room next to us were up until 2 am talking, so we couldn't sleep. Our friends we went with stayed there in a room as well and said they had issues with the same thing. So be aware

Large comfortable room with a patio. Had Three comfortable chairs , not a computer chair or a single chair , for sitting and relaxing along with a small dining room table. Lots of room for clothes and suitcases. Beautiful view from our room!

Everything was great we loved the vaulted ceilings on the second floor. We asked if there was an end unit because we're light sleepers and they were able to accommodate. The only thing was there was no internet, we were in building 3, and we could only connect breifly, then the network was gone for the rest of our stay. Plenty of parking, walking distance to adventure park and downtown.

The hotel was very convenient to downtown Leavenworth and only about a five minute walk. We stayed on the second floor which had high vaulted ceilings and the room was spacious. The room is in need of a paint job and some updating. There are marks along the top of the bathroom wall where it wallpaper trim used to be. The cold water handle in the shower turns on the opposite way so it took a minute to figure it out. And the water pressure of the shower is minimal.

The front staff seemed bothered by us even being there. One lady said an early check in was possible and contact the office after 3.When we tried at 3:30 a different angry lady pretended to check the computer and said our room would not be ready until after 4 without even knowing who we were. What did she check in 2 sec? Anyway, the attitude then and the following day was enough to make sure I will not be coming here again.

The gal at check in was rude and condescending. For a hotel that size, the breakfast room has about 7 or 8 tables total and it's in the same area as check in. It's incredibly crowded, the selections are few.

Economical stay for our visit to Leavenworth. Easy Walking distance to front street as well as other attractions. Room was large and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and room was clean The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Only negative was they would only give us one key stating they didn’t have enough for everyone. Also the AC struggled to keep the room cool, although it was 100 degrees when we were there. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Bed was comfortable and room was clean The breakfast was simple but sufficient. Only negative was they would only give us one key stating they didn’t have enough for everyone. Also the AC struggled to keep the room cool, although it was 100 degrees when we were there. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

They have something they make people sign at check in noting there is a $250.00 fine if your room receives a noise complaint. For exhausted travelers or those looking for a quiet stay, I recommend especially for this reason. Probably better for couples or adults rather than families. The breakfast was delicious! Best free hotel/motel breakfast I have had. Very friendly staff. Beds are comfortable too. :)

On our second morning the breakfast ran out, no eggs, no sausage links and no batter to make waffles. The front desk seemed like they knew but didn't do anything about it until quite a few guests were standing around with their plates in their hands.

View outside the room was beautiful with snow dusted mountains. Breakfast had a variety of options and food was freshly maintained. Room was dated but clean and comfortable. Check in was efficient and friendly.

Hotel staff were friendly and nice. Check in was slow. breakfast had no fresh food. everything was processed and microwave. Internet was super slow and hard to connect. Motel was facing a busy highway and noisy. room need refresh.

Overall it was a nice stay. Staff was very friendly breakfast was light and easy and the waffles were very good. Room was clean but the water pressure in the shower was not the best. The only other thing is the American flag was stuck on the top of the post and really should be changed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Met the basic needs to go to Oktoberfest. Like the egg McMuffin for breakfast every morning. My wife liked the fresh made waffles.

Nothing like a hotel having bad reviews for lack of hot water, than hotel staff doing nothing about it. Had I read more of the previous reviews, I wouldn't have stayed. No hot water, no stay at your property

I would suggest you stay at another hotel if you can afford it. Although the staff was helpful and the bed comfortable, the hotel is not well maintained. The toilet is VERY LOW and did not flush properly. The gal at the desk had to come use a plunger on it. Only then did it flush ok, still not great. The shower diverter didn't really work. If you have thick hair, wash it at the next hotel. Eat breakfast in town which about a 10 - 15 minute walk. There is some typical Quality Inn type food, but no true breakfast buffet. The heart of town is close enough to make it an ok location. There is good parking.
