Exaclty met our traveling needs. The laundry was large, convenient, and well maintained. Our room was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Very clean room and parking area was easy

Didn’t realize there wasn’t an elevator. Stairs in the annex are questionable. Review I saw was 8.2. At best, should be 6.2. Run down. Clean. Folks were nice.

Convenient location, comfortable and met our needs for a quick overnight stay. The air cooler was very loud and room was up stairs, no elevator.

The laundry was cheap and the area was very clean! Beautiful view from the second floor. Muffins for breakfast were delicious (they stop serving them the beginning of October jsyk). And my room was huge.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff is Great. Maybe slightly dater but everything is is in good working order. Landry was nice and inexpensive. Actually came back for a second night. I recommend!

It was a nice stay. Safe for a solo traveler. Staff was very sweet. Very clean and comfortable. Laundry services was reasonable. Loved the idea of a free map of Montana!

My room had dirty carpet with a stale odor such that some guests had likely been smoking in the room. The carpet had become wrinkled over time and soiled to the point that it wouldn't have made sense to have it stretched. The room smelled so bad that I thought about going out and sleeping in my car. I’m fortunate that I had my crocks packed and I used them to avoid touching the carpet with my bare feet and they turned out useful for showering since I wasn’t sure when the tub had been sanitized last. The refrigerator wasn’t working, and I realized I had to turn on a light switch to energize the receptacle it was using. There was a cluster of cords plugged into a questionable gaggle of receptacles that reminded me of Christmas Vacation and the various extension cords and the fact that they were near the sink vanity screamed of code violations. I’m glad I had brought my pillow along and I considered that maybe I should have slept in my clothes in a bed with a 60’s era flowery bed spread. The stairs going up to my room had industrial expanded metal stair treads that would shred to pieces anyone who might stumble. Neighboring rooms had unsightly blackout curtains tucked into the window sills and reminded me of a room that one might could buy some crystal from Windy Wendy.

Outdated, disgusting carpet, everything! They shouldn’t even charge $30/night, let alone $70!

The hotel is old and outdated but still serviceable in a total pinch. If you are on a budget, and have limited choices, this will work as long as you don't walk barefoot in the room. There is an odor I associate with old hotels. The biggest problem was the giant stain on the dark blue carpet that looked suspiciously like vomit, splatter and all. It looked like it was wiped up but that carpet has never seen a shampooer in its life. I had two separate dates booked but one look at the mess on the floor that was barely cleaned up, I cancelled my second booking and spent double plus tax for somewhere else. On the positive side, the shower has hot water and great pressure. .

This is a nice, basic hotel, a little older, but with good beds, pillows, and fridge and microwave. The location is good, near an excellent Mexican restaurant as well as other restaurants.The sequin bedecked desk clerk was a delight. What cost the hotel points was the noisy air conditioner. At irregular intervals, it burst into a raucous rattling roar that disrupted sleep.

Walla are pretty thin. Can hear the neighbors.

Dated property but clean. Stayed one night and worked well for a short visit. No refrigerator or microwave in unit.

First of all our room was so much larger than I thought it would be. I think we had room 310, which was just above the lobby office area. It had windows that overlook the parking lot from the second floor. Both beds had a TVin front of them. The bathroom was unique in that the sink mirror area was separate from the toilet and bath area. Everything was quite clean and well kept. We were very comfortable in our room. The breakfast provided consist of coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and Costco muffins. The Wi-Fi worked extremely well and I was impressed. It allowed me to work remotely without any trouble. The parking lot is well lit. This inn is further from the freeway than I had anticipated, but this was my oversight.

The check in was smooth and the room we booked was large with two queen bed. We just stayed one night on our way to Seattle. It is the cheap and best place for a overnight stay.

There was a problem with my reservation. Apparently expedia didn't provide hotel with all necessary information. Therefore my check-in lasted around 45 minutes. The reception person handled the matter very well, though. Calmly resolved the issue despite being alone at the desk on Friday evening check-in time. We got spacious, clean, quite room. The Inn is a fine, well-kept place, showing its age, though. Not in a center of Missoula, which provides a chance for good-night rest.

We arrived at 3 pm and could not cheek in as the room was not ready. Check-in time was supposed to be 2 pm. After signing in, the clerk told us to come back in an hour. We left and had an early dinner and came back around 4:45. When I walked in to pick up our key, the same clerk was giving a new customer the key to our room. I said wait a minute, that is the room you gave us, He said I will give you the room next door, but that is not ready. If I had not paid for the room already, I would have left. Took another 15 minutes of waiting. Final kicker, no elevator for a couple of 80 year olds, and that added insult to injury to finally checking in to our room on the 2nd floor. Worst motel experience ever!!!

Rude staff, carpet old, dirty and stained. Bedspread old, blanket was made of weird material that made my skin itch. I will NEVER stay there again.

The room was a good value and parking was ample. John behind the desk was very helpful, and he had excellent local information and dining recommendations.

I wish I had asked her name, but the woman at the front desk is just the nicest, kindest person! She came after me when I left food in the lobby, I came after me again when I took a wrong turn in getting to my room. I really appreciate your help!

I paid for two rooms through Expedia in advance. When I arrived I was told that one room had been paid for, but that I would have to pay for the other one. Two staff members tried to figure out the computer and seemed distracted. I paid for the room and am waiting for the manager to call me to give me a refund...

Good, quiet stay in the Missoula area

Motel was right next to the highway, so a little noisy, but not too bad. The flooring was wood-like, which feels cleaner than old carpet. The room was spacious.

The hotel was in a convenient location that gave us easy access to shopping, hiking, dining and other activities. It wasn't a fancy place, but it was reasonably clean and comfortable. The staff were all very nice.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The breakfast was muffins from Costco which were tasty. We stayed one night. If you are a light sleeper, I wouldn't recommend sleeping in the building next to the street.

This property was located near the mall, as well as lots of restaurants. It was easy to find, as well. Older hotel, but it is kept clean & the staff was very accommodating. It was a very good price compared to other hotels nearby.

It’s an older hotel and the doors stick and the curtains are frayed but the room was clean and the staff was nice. They have good muffins and coffee in the mornings. The neighborhood is sketchy but my car was parked a few inches from my door so I wasn’t worried because of the alarm. Like I said, the room was clean and the staff were nice AND the price was good so while not 5 stars - it was good at 4 stars

Cost effective stay whilst road tripping, while it is an old motel, is clean. nice addition with a muffin and coffee to get you on the road in thw morning

The room was clean and the hotel is in a convenient location. Good value for money spent. Would stay here again when coming through town. No fridge or coffee maker in the room but the lobby had coffee and muffins supplied in the morning.

Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided muffins and coffee and hot chocolate and tea in the mornings. I loved the room with the microwave and refrigerator. Great space in the room and we had 2 queen size. Location was close to everything in town. If I come back to Missoula I am planning to stay there.

At the end of a long day driving it was great to get a warm welcoming smile at the front desk—no problem for a late check-in…and the next morning, fresh muffins were wonderful.

Room was to be nonsmoking but it definitely smelled. The desk person offered to find us another. After 4 tries we found one that was ok. I appreciate the staff person. She made every effort to accommodate us.

Would not recommend, noisy, beds uncomfortable, pillows very hard and no continental breakfast, only muffin and coffee available.
