Property is very outdated, and the smell of smoke in NONSMOKING room was overwhelming. Sink was cracked and leaked all over the floor, bedding was full of burn holes and moldy in shower. If it wasn't for being in a desperate situation we would have never even considered it. The pricing was ridiculous for the accommodations.

I like the place! It seems clean! Even though you don't Enter the room through the hall, Which is what I Normally prefer- I was at least able to port close. They also heard me when I ask for the first floor as I have problems with my feet. It was 15 minutes away from where I had to go my job. That was fantastic. And the room and bed was great.

First room the key didn't work. Got a second key and entered room. Floor by refrigerator was sosking wet to entry of sink. Used towels to dry floor. Unloaded car, tried to turn on tv. Didnt work. Went to office and they wiuld send somebody. 30 minutes later we had tv becaude someone had unplugged it. Again water coming from refrigerator. Needs defrosted. So much ice couldnt put ice cream in freezer. Your ad says hot breakfast none available. No drain plug for tub so had to go buy one. The guy in the office said they threw them away because they're going to standup showers. Its pretty bad when you go to family dollar to buy plugs and they know what hotel your at becausr i wasnt the first one to buy them

The area and the clientele felt safe but it was a little bit of a rowdy crowd. The night I stayed people were friendly and shut things down at a reasonable hour. The staff - felt like it may have been the owners - were nice, greeted me by name and made appropriate small talk. I must have been the only remaining reservation that evening as I did roll in later in the evening. I did not have any issues with bed bugs and the floors and corners were clean. The room was filthy. There was mold on the shower curtains, the bathroom was disgusting, the towels were stained and looked dirty, and the bathroom walls had weird brown stains on them. The sheets were ripped on the beds and there were what looked like mold spots on them. The top covers were also stained and gross.

First room the key didn't work. Got a second key and entered room. Floor by refrigerator was sosking wet to entry of sink. Used towels to dry floor. Unloaded car, tried to turn on tv. Didnt work. Went to office and they wiuld send somebody. 30 minutes later we had tv becaude someone had unplugged it. Again water coming from refrigerator. Needs defrosted. So much ice couldnt put ice cream in freezer. Your ad says hot breakfast none available. No drain plug for tub so had to go buy one. The guy in the office said they threw them away because they're going to standup showers. Its pretty bad when you go to family dollar to buy plugs and they know what hotel your at becausr i wasnt the first one to buy them

We checked in and the room stank and was hot. We turned on the AC, that had been off. And went to a nearby event. Upon our return to the room the room had barely cooled. After complaining to the management we were told for a refund we would have to leave the property. It was late and we were unfamiliar with the surroundings. He did offer to move us to the empty room next door, with a brand new AC unit. However it was off.. and it would take a while to cool the room, and we had already unpacked everything. So we stayed in the room. The next morning when I approached the manager and asked him why we were not originally given the room with the new AC and not the broken musty unit, he offered no explanation or even a partial refund. It was a convenient location for our event, but we will never stay here again!!

Quick overnight stay, hotel was priced pretty cheap, so I rolled the dice. I’d stay there again in a pinch but wouldn’t if I had anyone with me.

Very loud. Individuals outside the room at the late hour, drinking and smoking and loitering. The shower was broken, the refrigerator leaked all over the floor. It was not a great choice. Although the front desk apologized for these raised concerns, I would not stay here again.
