Friendly staff, clean rooms, great rates, free parking, no hidden charges or fees. Bar and restaurant were excellent. Outdoor pool and bar were great. Next time I’m in the area, I will stay at the Hollander again.

This hotel covers all bases! It was clean charming and had a very good choice of food in the onsite restaurant. Service desk was very accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and they were all great. Very close to all the downtown activities and very walkable. Also a great bus system The looper that is free. It drops at all the interesting places. The Happy hour had super affordable deals.

The room had no chair but a cheap desk chair. The bed was comfortable and well made. The bathroom was very small with a granite like shelf protruding from the bottom of the mirror that was impossible to avoid hitting your head on when brushing teeth or washing your face. The bathroom light/exhaust fan was so loud it was akin to being at an airport as prop driven planes take off. The bath tub shower was excellent but had no hand holds for stepping into or out of the tub. Staff was friendly but upon our late evening arrival there was absolutely no available parking and we had to park on a side street curb and were advised "Good luck".

Will definitely stay here again. The only problem is there is limited parking and if you come in late at night it is very hard to get a spot. Staff in all areas were delightful and friendly. Tammi was our waitress last night and was amazing!

The hotel staff is friendly. The onsite restaurant is great. Appreciate the free parking. The decorations around the hotel are interesting to check out. And the onsite coffee shop has amazing dessert options. This is a great hotel for a girls trip or a couples weekend get away.

This is a nice cosy hotel located in the downtown of St. Pete and close (less than 1 mile) to everything - attractions, restraints, peer and ext. Room was clean. Just a couple of concerns: Musty smell and very! crowded parking.

My husband and I recently stayed at Hollander Hotel in St Pete and was genuinely impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff and the overall charm of the property. Both the exterior and interior are beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming and thoughtfully curated atmosphere. However, I did notice a persistent smell in both the hallway and my room that resembled mold, which unfortunately detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the lighting could use some improvement—there was no light in the closet or in the hallway area leading to the main part of the room, which made those spaces feel a bit dim and less functional. That said, the staff were absolutely lovely and attentive, and there's clearly a lot of care put into the hotel's aesthetic and guest experience. With a few improvements, particularly around air quality and lighting, this hotel has the potential to be an exceptional stay.

It's an excellent visit every time we stay here. First step inside & you'll first notice how fresh it smells. Rooms are clean & comfy. Nothing I would change!! Staff is more than amazing. The restaurant food is superb & we love both bars at the hotel. Nice to have a bar by the pool. Staff brings food & drinks right to you. We enjoyed the pool time, too. Overall, 5 stars+. Looking forward to our next stay.

Refurbishment of old hotel ok, but inconsistent (hallway wall paint job) and lacking quality . Furnishings in room a bit cheap. Good bed. Elevator slow and insecure feeling. Bathroom towels not luxurious or plentiful. Large cockroach in room. Ice access on different floors. Complimentary waters at front desk but not in rooms. Nice outdoor porch seating.

The biggest issue was the smell.. the hotel smells very old and moldy. The carpets all need to be removed and the need to find a way to me the hotel smell better.

It is a very nice and clean hotel with very nice lobby and pool but calling it boutique is a stretch. They allow smoking on the patio at the main entrance to the lobby. Passing through a cloud of smoke every time I came or went was a huge turnoff. The lobby also has a very musty smell. Finally the industrial carpet runners and fluorescent lights in the hall way were extremely unappealing. Service was good and the room was very clean and cozy.

Our stay was wonderful - terrific restoration of a hotel with history. Easy parking, great restaurant and bar, really nice pool and outdoor bar. Staff was very welcoming. Rooms are smaller, but nice.

The hotel was loud. Very heavy traffic noises. I could also hear the neighboring rooms alarm clock go off. The first floor of the hotel is beautiful. Very well designed. Good food at the restaurant. We ended up cutting our stay a day short due to the noise.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere. The people were very nice. The AC units were really loud and we sank into our mattress, so our sleep was restless. We really liked the location and the price.

We loved everything about this property with the exception of our room location. We were on the second floor, immediately next to the stair well in a hotel with wooden floors. It was very noisy at night with people coming in late. Otherwise, excellent location.

I loved this place! The location was centrally located - about 20 minutes to walk to the harbour and centre of town. The staff were amazing - it felt like we were with family. Restaurant: The food was really good. Simple and tasty. The restaurant was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The veranda was so nice to enjoy a coffee or meal. Amazing dessert options. Lobby: It was alway busy with guests coming and going or just sitting relaxing. Pleasant to be in. Staff: The people working here were all so friendly and accommodating. They seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Room: The guest room was basic (this is an old hotel) but clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The mattress was firm with a pillow top. My only complaint is the room was really dark. The walls were painted dark. The windows were small. The lighting was inadequate and glaring. Pretty much impossible to read for any length of time.

The air conditioning, in the room, could not be controlled. There was a remote control for the wall unit that did not work. The A/C was on all the time, which was fine during the day, but turned the room very cold at night making it an uncomfortable sleep trying to deal with the temperature. When you are paying for a room, it is nice to have control over the temperature.

I'm going to be honest here... the room was MUCH small than what the photos show. The room was a bit musty, but then again, its a old building. The bathroom floors were sticky, so you might want to keep your shoes on at all times. It was noisy up until just after midnight.The good? The bed was comfortable, the pillows were as well, tv worked just fine and the AC kept the room cool and the restaurant has fairly good food. The people i dealt with at the check in desk were nice, our waitress wasn't the best with stopping by to see if you need anything, like refills, etc. The bartender was really nice. It's not a bad place, but just know not to expect what you're seeking in the photos. The outside dining area was nice.

The people i dealt with at the check in desk were nice, our waitress wasn't the best with stopping by to see if you need anything, like refills, etc. The bartender was really nice. It's not a bad place, but just know not to expect what you're seeking in the photos. The outside dining area was nice.

Excellent hotel, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. We were here for a wedding, which was five blocks away and their shuttle bus took us everywhere that was so convenient. We had lunch and breakfast in the restaurant both were excellent and affordably priced. Room was clean and comfortable and parking is free, which is a big plus in St. Pete.

We couldn’t have been happier with all aspects of the Hollander Hotel from Check-in with Brian and Jeff, Thank you! We love our room, ( excellent housekeeping staff all so helpful and nice) , the beautiful pool area , the Tap Room restaurant Tammi is an asset .. great personality and server.. we ate at the Tap room several times. Great menu/food excellent), Delicious Bakery/coffee area. The shuttle service. The Hollander House obviously has the right formula! Thank you for a great experience! We will be back and would definitely recommend ! Thank you all at The Hollander House!!

This is a nice cosy hotel located in the downtown of St. Pete and close (less than 1 mile) to everything - attractions, restraints, peer and ext. Room was clean. Just a couple of concerns: Musty smell and very! crowded parking.

Amazing gem in the heart of St. Pete. Staff is friendly. Loved the central location. Parked car and did not use during our stay. We took the Looper, free trolley, that is across the street. Highly recommend. We will return.

Restaurant is not good, taste like microwaved food. Super loud all the time due to intoxicated people everywhere. Our neighbors played loud music until 5 am .Couldn't use the pool because there where way to many people.

This hotel is located within walking distance of museums located in downtown St Petersburg FL. One of its charms is the large front porch with plenty of seating for guests to settle in with a book or converse with other guests. It's such a pleasure to sit outside to chat & people watch. The restaurant/bar on the 1st floor of the hotel serves a good breakfast & also very good coffee. We tried dinner but we weren't impressed. Staff is so very helpful & courteous too. The free parking is also awesome; however, the restaurant/bar draws people from all over so sometimes you need to park in the outlying parking areas. This is our third stay at the Hollander & we plan on staying here again in the future.

They have a fun pool party on Sunday afternoon which is a lot of fun. The Taproom Restaurant has $7 appetizers on Monday for Happy Hour, and $6 Martinis all day on Monday. The staff is wonderful, and always helpful.

The Hollander has a historical charm and is located within walking distance to all St Pete has to offer. It also has a bakery coffee shop on site along with a full resturant. Really a perfect place with friendly staff.

Overall this hotel is a terrific value for the price paid. It is an older boutique hotel, so there are those constraints like small bathrooms, rooms, etc but hardly an issue . Tv channels are plenty, bed is comfy and you are not in the room much anyway. The pool is beautiful and the pool bar gives great ambiance. The indoor restaurant also has a bar with lots of friendly people and locals to chat with. Staff are very personable and guess you can ask for a couple bottle of water without the usual charge. Also parking is free and so is the WiFi as it should be. We stayed initially because hotel parking by the bay front was expensive and some hotels wanted to charge WiFi. So glad we did choose this place. We would come back again and recommend to others.

We stayed 3 nights and would have loved to have stayed longer! The rooms were really cute, and the restaurant and bar were fun and great food/drinks. The pool and outdoor bar were awesome. Great location, convenient onsite parking. Will definitely be back!
