This is seriously the best place to stay at around Zion. I’m normally a VRBO or Air BnB person for trips, but this time I opted for the more affordable hotel experience and it did not disappoint. I even told my husband that this place reinforced my appreciate for hotels. This place is much much cheaper than staying at the lodge inside the park and has many more amenities. It provides a pool, close parking, a restaurant, gift shop, bakery, ice cream, fudge, and a bus stop directly out front to go straight into the park. There are also ample shopping and e-bike rental places around the property within walking distance. The hotel is about one mile from the entrance to Zion NP. Housekeeping was super nice and made our beds and provided fresh towels each day. The front desk supplies you with an expansive collection of dvds and books you can borrow for free. There were even walking sticks and trekking poles in the lobby that you could borrow for free. The ladies at the desk were very nice at accommodating late check ins and early check outs. This is definitely the only place to stay around Zion NP. If I come back in the future, I will most definitely be staying here again. Oh, and the restaurant on site , Porters, is phenomenal and you get two free breakfast vouchers daily. They have a wonderful selection of really good food to get you ready for a big day of hiking.

Advertising was deceitful …all photos of a pool that isn’t open. The hotel should post the actual dates the pool is open. It’s 85 degrees and the “ seasonal pool “ isn’t open and all the Spring Break families are upset. The juccuzi doesn’t work as well. 42 mikes away in Kanab the pools are all open. Sheets are not cotton but a poly blend which makes you sweat at night. Restaurant breakfast was top notch. Rooms are spacious, nice beds, each room has a nice balcony, and great location.

Unfortunately, we had some major disappointments at Bumbleberry Inn. Most significant, despite information online saying the pool would open April 1, it was closed April 1-3 when we were there. The hot tub was open the first night, then broken for the remainder of our time. This was a massive disappoint for our two kids. There was blue electrical tape holding part of the wall in our room together. I assume this was the "dust" the signs asked us to pardon due to "recent improvements". Finally, when we checked in we were told that there was an extra charge for each of our 2 children because they had been inadvertently left off the reservation. Positives were that the included breakfast was as a nearby diner and was very nice, and the room was clean. The convenience to the park shuttle and the main business road was also terrific.

Key point: We visited in the off-season (mid-February). My review of the property is based on this beautiful time of year, where traffic is low, parking is ample and staff everywhere have fantastic attitudes. This area is so small, I imagine parking and everything outside the hotel is packed. We loved the location in Springdale. Immediate access to Zion NP and stunning mountain views around. The hotel itself was a bargain—and included the best ever hot breakfast at their affiliated hotel just steps away. I’ve never had a better “breakfast included.” Hotel staff went out of their way to assist us and were friendly and genuine. We ended up staying 2 extra days because we enjoyed this town and hotel so much! This was our base camp for hiking at Zion, so one of our favorite features was the outdoor hot tub. It was lovely to soak at the end of the day, even had snowflakes one night! Great spot for stargazing. We literally had it all to ourselves. Bountiful pool towels provided. The rooms were amazingly clean and fresh (we stayed in 2 during our visit). Patio overlooked the small farm, which was just fun! The whole building was spotless and even smelled clean. There is a clean and well-maintained laundry building on the property, too. Comfy beds, excellent hiking accommodations. A couple other great touches: -lending library in the lobby (books & DVDs) -walkable to Sol grocery down the street -several restaurants nearby too We would stay here again without hesitation!

This is our second time staying at Bumbleberry Inn. We love the proximity to the park with a convenient shuttle stop. The pool and hot tub are great to use after a long day in Zion. Our family loves having Porters on the property too. The rooms are clean and nice. It always does the job when we visit Zion. Highly recommend.

I am so glad that I chose this hotel. You bring your car closer to your room, there are lots of restaurants, markets and shops within walking distance. Springdale shuttle stop is right in front of the hotel. Breakfast is offered at the diner on the property and serves omelet, waffles, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches (scramble eggs alone were not great but others are super!) Before a long hike at Zion or after taking super early morning hike, this is a perfect breakfast! Pool was smaller than it looked on the photos. In the afternoon, multiple kids were diving constantly and so, I avoided it. But, at the end of morning, there were still no kids and so, I was able to relax by the pool side. Room was clean and spacious. Rustic but modern furnitures created nice ambience in the evening. I highly recommend!

The staff are super friendly and very accommodating . My hair dryer was making a terrible noise, they came and replaced it in minutes. We love that it is a family owned business and not a big chain. The free cooked to order breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend staying here!! My only drawbacks… no elevator and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is always on , and is loud!

Very pleasant hotel/motel. Good facilities such as a pool, restaurant, shop, bakery/ice cream shop. Room was rustic but had all required facilities and was spacious. Great for access to Zion National Park with a bus stop for the park bus directly outside the hotel. Good selection of shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel.

Amazing little gem of a hotel. Heart of Springdale- convenient bus stop right in front to get to Zion. Breakfast is made to order at the restaurant on site. It was delicious. Pool was a good size and had lots of seating.

Bumbleberry Inn was a very clean and well maintained place and we did enjoy the free breakfast and the bed was comfortable to sleep too. We will definitely stay again if we visit Zion National Park!

We were very disappointed with our stay. When we arrived, the pillowcases and sheets were visibly dirty — they had stains that looked like blood, which was extremely concerning and unhygienic. We stayed on the first floor, and unfortunately, we could hear every single step from the guests above us. Even the sound of the toilet flushing from the second floor was loud and disturbing throughout the night. This made it very difficult to rest, and overall, the experience did not meet basic comfort and cleanliness standards. I hope the management takes these issues seriously for future guests.

Great location. Rooms are far away from the main road. Very quiet. The room is warm. Break fast is delicious. Found some hairs on the bed. Also some random items like a pair of glasses, a spring， and some other accessories in the bathroom.

The floor was dirty in our room definitely not vacuumed, there were a bunch of flies and a dead moth on the rug. You can hear right through the walls. The people were friendly and nice and breakfast was fantastic too. Beautiful views and very convenient.

It is very clean and beautifully upgraded. I didn't know what to expect for an older property, but it's fully renovated. There are delicious full-meal options for breakfast. The location is ideal with shuttle stop right there, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops and all the hiking/biking rental needs right across the street. We were very happy with our stay here.

Convenient location in Springdale right outside the park and on the shuttle route into the park. Room was located right next to ice machine and soda machine which was distracting and made sleep difficult. Room was musty smelling. Complimentary breakfast with menu in restaurant was not very efficient with very long wait for seating one morning and mediocre food. Dinner menu and service was quite good and reasonably priced.

Bumbleberry Inn was conveniently located at shuttle stop #5. The included breakfast at the restaurant on site was good quality. My children loved looking out our window and seeing the animals. The pool and hot tub were great and not crowded. Some improvements would be having an elevator for second floor rooms and an iron and ironing board in the room. Also, the shower head was extremely low. I am only 5'4" and had to duck to wash my hair

Ac was broken had to open close balcony door to stay cool at night did nit sleep well. Other than that all ok.

The restaurant food was excellent. The room was comfortable, but there was no refrigerator which was bad. All the walking surfaced around the property and garage were completely filthy.

Nice property overall. The room was spacious & clean. Hotel located in downtown Springdale & was in close proximity to restaurants & Zion NP entrance. Staff at the front desk were helpful & welcoming. Beautiful mountain views. There are no elevators so make sure if you need a 1st floor room that you confirm directly with the property before your stay. They were very accommodating to us in that regard when we checked in. Lots of animals on the premises; goats, ponies, ducks, sheep & turkeys. On-site restaurant was very good. Hearty breakfasts off the menu was included in the room rate. We also ate dinner there one night because of convenience; large helpings & delicious. Nice gift shop too. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were hard. Pillows & towels need to be upgraded.

Beautiful balcony view of the watchman, free breakfast at the restaurant was a plus, staff at the hotel were friendly, shuttle pick up for Zion was right in front of hotel, beds were comfortable and everything was clean.

Our second story room had a balcony facing the back of the property and a wonderful view of the lovely mountains! The shuttle into Zion national Park stopped right outside of our hotel. Was very happy with our day.

This is seriously the best place to stay at around Zion. I’m normally a VRBO or Air BnB person for trips, but this time I opted for the more affordable hotel experience and it did not disappoint. I even told my husband that this place reinforced my appreciate for hotels. This place is much much cheaper than staying at the lodge inside the park and has many more amenities. It provides a pool, close parking, a restaurant, gift shop, bakery, ice cream, fudge, and a bus stop directly out front to go straight into the park. There are also ample shopping and e-bike rental places around the property within walking distance. The hotel is about one mile from the entrance to Zion NP. Housekeeping was super nice and made our beds and provided fresh towels each day. The front desk supplies you with an expansive collection of dvds and books you can borrow for free. There were even walking sticks and trekking poles in the lobby that you could borrow for free. The ladies at the desk were very nice at accommodating late check ins and early check outs. This is definitely the only place to stay around Zion NP. If I come back in the future, I will most definitely be staying here again. Oh, and the restaurant on site , Porters, is phenomenal and you get two free breakfast vouchers daily. They have a wonderful selection of really good food to get you ready for a big day of hiking.

Everything was perfect with amenities and room. Swimming pool is lovely and breakfast was delicious. Apart from check in staff that seem to be not really bothered to be working there. Every time check in ladies had to answer something or do something they always huffed and puffed giving face grimaces like the fed up with questions or something. No smiles no warm welcome.

From the moment we arrived at Bumbleberry Inn, we were blown away by the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and cared for. The food was absolutely delicious—every meal we had was better than the last. We couldn’t get enough of it and kept coming back again and again. The ice cream, coffee, and pie were top notch—honestly some of the best we've ever had. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Thanks to the amazing staff, Cathy, Taffi & Tayanna and unforgettable dining experiences, we left Bumbleberry with full hearts and full stomachs. We’re already looking forward to coming back. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating . My hair dryer was making a terrible noise, they came and replaced it in minutes. We love that it is a family owned business and not a big chain. The free cooked to order breakfast was delicious! I highly recommend staying here!! My only drawbacks… no elevator and the exhaust fan in the bathroom is always on , and is loud!

cockroaches Inside the room and the comforter was dirty I’m 100 % sure they didn’t change it. I called to the lobby around 10:30 pm nobody answer me I left a voicemail on Sunday at night. Next morning I went to the lobby and they just told me sorry to hear that. My family was very disappointed we didn’t use the comforter we couldn’t get another room Food was awesome

We loved our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn in the appealing town of Springdale. The location was convenient; you can walk to many restaurants and shops, and it was only a 1 mile walk to the entrance to Zion (we ended up walking there a couple times when the shuttles going by were full.) The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The laundry facilities were clean and so convenient to use. But the best part of our stay there were the wonderful breakfasts - absolutely delicious and fueled us for each day of hiking. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and helpful staff!! Also loved the view from our balcony. Hotel is about a mile from the Zion Visitor Center so definitely walkable if going before or after the town shuttle bus is running. Stop #5 on the Springdale Line is right outside the hotel so very convenient.

Great location, so easy to get into Zion park. The included breakfast was sit down at the Bumbleberry Cafe and was delicious. The meal was comped with a meal ticket from the hotel, but don’t forget to bring cash for a tip!

There are not so many tables in the breakfast restaurant and if you arrive there a bit late (like 7:15 which is only 15 mins after opening) you have to wait for several to 10 mins or take away your foods. As the National park car park gets full at as early as 8 am, breakfast services must be improved like starting from 6:30.

Covered all the basics. If you’re planning a visit to Zion early in morning, then do not count on breakfast because it opens at 7 am. It takes place in a nearby restaurant where you have to wait to be seated, be served, etc.

Breakfast was included in our reservation. It was in the form of vouchers at Porter’s restaurant in the front of the property, and we were allowed to order anything off the menu there. Much better than other motels.

Great location for visit to Zion. Room and bed were very comfortable and Porters Restaurant provided convenient dining option and very good food. We didn’t use the pool, but it was clean and a nice on-premises amenity. I would stay there again if visiting Zion.

Amazing little gem of a hotel. Heart of Springdale- convenient bus stop right in front to get to Zion. Breakfast is made to order at the restaurant on site. It was delicious. Pool was a good size and had lots of seating.

Front desk was extremely helpful with getting us checked in early, and with explaining the included amenities and surroundings. The room itself was clean and very comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. There was a fridge, microwave, and a very large TV in the room. Plenty of outlets and USB ports for charging devices. Also, the 2-piece shower head in the bathroom was a nice touch, and had excellent water pressure. The property was great, with all you'd need on site. The associated gift shop was huge and well stocked. And the best part of all was the included breakfast at Porter's, which was delicious and a huge value to have as part of the room price. My wife and I were very impressed and will undoubtedly try to stay here again in the future.
