The building had seen better days. They clearly do their very best with lots of pillows, clean linen and towels, and ice cold A/C. Bathroom and sink were sanitary and in good, working order. I was able to park right in front of my door. No parking lot drunks or bums wandering around. Just a nice, quiet night for some rest. Thank you Relax Inn, Perry, GA.

A good budget choice with a few frills like microwave, refrigerator and basic continental breakfast. Dog park could be better managed. Providing poop bags might keep it cleaner.

No thrills basic housing for one night while traveling. Property is older but was clean and I was able to park right in front of my room. Looks like management really only wants to rent out to travelers and not to long termers. Very quiet.

Everything is always nice at this hotel. The only thing I don't like is that they have a pet area but they need a sign saying to clean up after your pets. It's not safe for the dogs to be around the mess. Otherwise, we have always enjoyed our stay!

We checked out of an extended stay in Atlanta because of roaches and incredibly sticky floors. We were remarkably surprised to see how nice and exceptionally clean this hotel was. We will happily stay here again.

There was mold inside the bathroom, specifically the shower and tub area. The outside of the building was not upkept and looked old and unsafe conditions. The room smelled horrible upon arrival. Though the woman at the front desk was very pleasant and kind.

We have stayed here four times. This is absolutely the worst room we have ever stayed in here. It was dirty and very dated. The bathroom was terrible. We will not be showering here.

good for an overnight stay. bed was comfortable, wifi was fast enough, heat/ac was adequate and not too loud. small tv, shower was ok but beware the knobs turn in the opposite direction. which can be an issue when you are trying to adjust it mid shower. room was clean, no odor, check in easy, staff was welcoming and pleasant. restaurants near by and close to the interstate. price was right breakfast was not so great but i wasnt there for the breakfast and stopped at a restaurant on the road.

Great place if you want a nice clean room for the night. Nothing fancy but rooms have recently been remodeled. Bathroom is small but clean. Much better cleanliness and quiet at night then the big chain hotels. Waffle House and Cracker Barrel an easy walk. Would stay again.

Good stay for the price. Large, clean room. A nice distance from the highway. Close but not close enough to be noisy. Unfortunately food options are very limited in this area. We travel I75 twice per year. This hotel just made the “yes” list.

Nice clean room. Passed extensive bedbug check, no problem. Comments on the physical room. 1. Great air handler unit. Looked brand new and worked perfectly. Best I have ever seen in motels. 2. Microwave would only work once, then need to unplug to reset it, then use again. 3. The desk is oversized for the room. A person cannot pass behind someone sitting at the desk. 4. Nice firm mattresses (just like my wife and I like), also looked new. 5. Biggest complaint and the reason for knocking off a star, they blocked YouTube on the in-room wifi. EXTREMELY annoying. Probably so you will charge up stuff on pay to view TV. And this is the only reason I would tell someone to avoid the place.

This motel is pretty old that being said there inside was ok. The bed was very uncomfortable so much so I didn’t get any sleep. Nats flew out of the shower drain so I didn’t use it. I would not stay here again. As they say you get what you pay for.

This property might not be the best looking if your just looking from the road but once you walk into the lobby and talk to the staff you’ll see how nice the staff is and are ready to help whenever (literally) the rooms are spacious and cleaner than most! Only one we stay at now.

Not 10/00. Lots of great reviews that are not real, a 2 star hotel at best, it is an old and worn place that is bearable because of clean linens, needs lots of routine maintenance. grumpy Gus at check in through the bulletproof glass window adds to the atmosphere.

Older motel but in good condition. Clean and well lit. Front desk guy was great. Very helpful and courteous. This was my second time staying there. This is where I will stay when I'm in Perry. Good job!

We came in very late at night. The gentleman working the check in desk was very courteous, kind and friendly. Because of that alone, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. To me, hospitality is one of the most important things, and as I said before, the gentleman that checked my husband and I in was wonderful.

This a perfect place if you're looking for a place to sleep while on the road. We were passing through and were not looking for anything fancy, just a nice place for a good price and that is what we got. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly. It was a quiet location, but not far of a drive to local attractions and restaurants.

This is the cleanest little motel I've ever stayed in. It's old so could use some updating, but overall its in good condition. Room and property were spotless. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was basic but thats fine given the price. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

This is the cleanest little motel I've ever stayed in. It's old so could use some updating, but overall its in good condition. Room and property were spotless. Staff was very nice. Continental breakfast was basic but thats fine given the price. Will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area.

The room had everything we needed to spend a quick night after driving all day. It was clean, had a great mattress, had a coffee maker for the next morning and a decent continental breakfast. If you want a modern, stylish room, you are out of luck. But if you want a reasonably priced room for just sleeping and getting on the road the next day, this motel fits the bill. I would stay there again.

Beds were surprisingly comfortable. The appearance was of a run down motel but it was clean and comfortable. However the breakfast was laughable. Not good. But other than that the stay was fine.

I would consider this a good choice given the cost. Room was clean and in decent shape. Supposed to have wifi but my phone didnt seem to get a signal in the room I was in. They do have breakfast but selection is minimal.

It was hey older motel only a sheet and a spread. Continental breakfast was very small. Check in was easy I don’t think I’d stay there again.

Very nice place to stay Pricing was very good and rooms are clean. Office assistant very nice. Would stay again. Has coffee and continental breakfast.

Let's be real, the place is old. Like, a little on the vintage but not groovy old. It's a quick stop, not a long stay. We stayed overnight on our way to Tennessee. The property sits behind a gas station. It is very well lit outside which we loved. The AC was nice and cold. It's a no frills place. For the price, next time we'll stay somewhere else.

The staff especially were very friendly and helpful. I had no issues with the room or other services. Inexpensive and comfortable! Highly recommended!

The first room smelled like pee as soon as you opened the door. Went to front desk and was switched to another room that smelled very clean.
