THE ISO HOTEL, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Room is outdated, moldy and must. Had an unbearable smell. Carpet is old and dirty. Bed is uncomfortable. Found a roach in the bathroom. Ceiling stucco falling off. Continental Breakfast without coffee or tea. Had to switch rooms but was also in same condition.

We were surprised that a Wyndham property was not kept up better. Our room was on the 3rd floor, but there was no elevator. Fortunately maintenance carried our luggage up, since I have a heart condition. The room wasn’t in great condition, paint in the bathroom was peeling, the split AC unit was adequate, the room was considerably smaller than the posted photo and there was no luggage stand. We were initially told there was no other room on the first floor, then later we were told there was one but it didn’t have a view. Our luggage was already in the room so we opted to stay. The location was very convenient to restaurants and stores, but there were better hotels nearby that were only slightly more expensive.

It’s a very very budget accommodation. The pictures of the rooms make them look much nicer than they are. That being said, it was fine for one night before heading up north.

Room was spacious with great ocean view. No elevator.

Disappointing stay. View good. Room has cindenblock walls, only hard wooden chairs to sit on. Bath needs update. Door to room only closes if you pull up on handle firmly, very firmly, to align it. Cheez. Fix it already. Poor maids have to do all the time. Security guard, an agressive woman, pounded on next door unit at midnight, waking us up, to tell the occupant to stop smoking on his balcony. That kind of place. Only for low budgeters who are willing to shout out about 400 a nite with all the feez. Boutique hotel it is no, more like Motel 808.
