A séjourné 4 nuits

Where to start. Check in was ok. Had to give $20 for a room card, which would be retirned at check out. Only king beds were available and they were comfortable. Only one coverlet and a top. Three pillows (papa, mama, baby bears). I walked from the bed to the shower barefoot. When I stepped in the tub, the water turned black...evidentally dirty dirty carpeted floors. Refrigerator frozen over. Microwave probably worked. Nothing in the room to microwave. The room had a phone, plugs for internet. My second morning the shower rod fell, but replaced during the day. My last night, the AC died at 1:30AM. Plenty of parking room. No breakfast, no cups. The $20 was returned at checkout.

The motel representative was not professional he was not helpful at all then he tried to say I didn't pay a deposit that he never asked me for then after I went and spent the money he then asked for the deposit then tried to tell me I only paid for one person when on the online website it said 2 persons unpleasant experience I wouldn't even suggest this hotel to anyone for dogs to stay in let alone humans
