Room refrigerator was not working. We didn’t realize it right away and our food went bad and beverages were not cold. Had to ask for towels even after housekeeping cleaned once in 4 days. Limited dining. Elevators smell.

Only complaint is that the fire pit was not working and, based on staff, it hasn't in quite some time. We were looking forward to relaxing at the fire pit in the evenings but was not able to. The staff was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

It was good. Mold in the bathroom in room 406 starting to grow. the outlets on both sides of the bed need to be changed out. When plugging in your charger they should not slip out at all. Near the bed closest to the bathroom on the floor there is a dip in the floor. that is not safe other than that it was a wonderful stay. the front desk was wonderful.

The front desk attendant at check in was great! My room was excellent. Everything was clean. I had previously requested a play pen if available. The staff already had it in the room but returned to the room while we were out to dinner and added bedding to the play pen. Every employee we passed were so friendly. I look forward to another stay.

I liked the convenience of the hotel and all the restaurants nearby. We heard the people in the room above us walking very hard across the floor for a long time. We turned the fan on the air conditioner and that helped with the noise. The sink in the bathroom in 326 was very slow to drain. The shower door seemed to let quite a bit of water escape during my shower. Luckily, the floor mat soaked it all up.

Very noisy neighbors. Upstairs and next door were so noisy at late hours. The ‘bar’ was really bad. The ‘bartenders’ were nice but they didn’t know how to make a drink. I booked your property because of the advertised bar and the drinks were really bad.

We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was perfect- clean, spacious and looked just like the pictures! (Not all hotels do!) Convenient- the key opened all the outside doors so we could go straight into the hall where our room was.

Multiple previous stays over the year; Over the last 3 years a shift has happened where people have forgotten to smile. Staff at front desk nice, but lady with the long fingernails sullen - nicest term I could use. No acknowledgement of Please or thank you. WORST bed I slept in while traveling. HARD. Unacceptably hard. I did not complain - I simply have decided not to stay in this Courtyard.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and there are many options for food, shopping and even fuel within a 1 mile radius. Perfect for our stay to ride the Polar Express train.

The room was the most immaculate room I've ever stayed at-- and I stay at a lot of hotels! Check-in was easy and staff was pleasant, close to dining options, overall a great stay and will stay there again.

Every member of the staff that I encountered was friendly and helpful. The location is easy to find and there are many options for food, shopping and even fuel within a 1 mile radius. Perfect for our stay to ride the Polar Express train.

Very noisy neighbors. Upstairs and next door were so noisy at late hours. The ‘bar’ was really bad. The ‘bartenders’ were nice but they didn’t know how to make a drink. I booked your property because of the advertised bar and the drinks were really bad.

We arrived late following a long day & dinner. Our Church group needed sleep to continue our trip home to FL. We needed to beak the huge band of storms sweeping across the South. You had a fastastic breakfast sandwich with egg, bacon, argula with a lemon aioli on a soft role. Delicous & your breakfast staff was second to none!

Easy check in. Clean rooms. Great staff Comfortable stay. Pool was nice and warm for the kids. Whole property was neat and clean. Close to a lot of food options. Did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Room refrigerator was not working. We didn’t realize it right away and our food went bad and beverages were not cold. Had to ask for towels even after housekeeping cleaned once in 4 days. Limited dining. Elevators smell.

This a midrange hotel that was overpriced on a Friday night. I thought the room included breakfast but it was a for pay breakfast. Not even a cup of coffee or tea offered. Will check details more closely next time I book.

This hotel was okay. Most of the staff was cordial and polite. One interaction with the front desk was frustrating as the man who answered the phone clearly was not qualified to answer my questions about location near a family member's room and handicapped accessibility and kept asking questions of a coworker while I listened in. The tile in the bathroom is dangerous; it is smooth and very slippery surface with wet feet. The grout in the floor tile could use some deep cleaning. Also, there is a bit mold growing around the dispenser holders in the shower. We were disappointed that breakfast was not included; the cost and choices for breakfast were disappointing. We walked to Cracker Barrel behind the hotel - great prices and lots of choices.

The property was excellent. Well maintained, friendly staff, clean room, etc. Check in was a breeze. I couldn’t be happier. We stayed 2 nights and we will definitely stay again.

The Bistro and Front desk staff were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us. I suffer from occasional vertigo and they were flexible with our checkout time to allow me to rest. The bistro staff even sent up a ginger tea with my mother to help with nausea. Great people and service all around!
