Great staff we met when we checked in. Renovated but a bit started to fade out. We can notice a bit of mold in the bathroom but not a big deal. Surrounded by shopping area and good restaurants. Good to walk around after dinner. one small downside was an exercise room. it was bit small and not enough air conditioning, so felt a bit stuffy while I was running.

Hotel is in very good shape, maybe 10 years old. Pool and waterslide was excellent for 7 yro. Breakfast selection was excellent, with waffle station, sausages, eggs, and hash browns with all the regular cold choices. Decent coffee, juices, and yogurts. Would stay here again. Did find booking online cheaper than going phoning Fairfield reservation desk.

Its right on the highway so if you face it traffic can be a bit noisy. Breakfast was fantastic one of the better ones ive had, great customer service. The gym is mostly cardio but has a full set of weights and weight bench, will for sure stay thete next time.

We stayed here a few years back and were happy with our stay, however did not have the same experience this go around. We were met by a rude front desk agent while inquiring about the possibility of an early check in, after being abruptly told no, we left to run some errands until after 4pm for check in. The front desk agent has switched out and the new agent was lovely and check in went smoothly. Our interaction with staff from there onward was pleasant. Our room was a standard room, however the cleanliness was lacking. There were various black hairs in the bathtub ( which I had to clean prior to my child bathing), a pink smear of something on the toilet tank next to the flusher handle and mold and mildew on the tub tiles. We found a sharp pin sticking up in the carpet between the two beds, thankfully we were wearing slippers and nobody stepped on it. The swimming pool was the main reason for our stay, however we found literal piles of dirt / sand prominent in the hot tub, which frankly grossed me out, and the pool had an “oily” looking film on it, and chemicals so strong both my kids left with red itchy skin. Breakfast was nice, lots of selection and nice qualify food. The location was really convenient for us also, however if they don't step up the cleanliness and maintenance, we likely will try to find somewhere else to stay next time.

The pool was extremely dirty. While the room appeared clean, I noticed some hair on the shower curtain. The breakfast was basic and limited, especially compared to the one in Montreal, offering few fruits and old toppings for the oatmeal. On a positive note, the staff were friendly.

The room was dirty. When I opened the mini fridge I came across a very bad smell. The fridge had a plate of stale food in it. The garbage can had some garbage in it. Room floor had a chocolate wrapper on. Washroom was not in satisfactory condition too.Curtains on the windows had holes in them. When I called housekeeping, no one picked it up. Receptionist told me that no one was available to clean the room and she was alone in the hotel to handle everything. She said she could only change our room which she kindly did. But we spent a disturbing night in new room thinking about Hygiene of the hotel.

Everything about this hotel was good other than the bathroom could have used some maintaining. There was black mildew along the edges of the bath tub, the faucet spout in the bath tub had almost completely fallen off and the shower head was barely spitting water as if it was almost completely plugged. Other than that, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable.

Terrible stay! When we first got into the room, we noticed that a couple pillow cases definitely did not get changed from the last guests! They were clearly dirty and wrinkly. So gross! Front desk brought us new pillows. Then we noticed toothpaste and make up drippings all over the walls in the bathroom. Also a bunch of gunk on the tv stand. Beds are hard and springy. And it being summer, the A/C did not work. We could not open the window because we were right above some kind of mechanical and the highway was right there. Also, the rooms are not sound proof. We could hear and feel doors closing all night long. We have stayed at other Fairfield’s and loved them, except for this one. This one was a total disappointment. Would never return.

We stayed for 5 days and they cleaned the room once with the excuse that we sent them away on day 2 since they only clean every other day. The washroom had mold and even after they cleaned the only time, it was still there. They never refilled soap, lotion or body wash. The breakfast is the same every day (eggs, potatoes, sausage, bread yogurt, oatmeal and you can make your own waffle without any toppings but the maple syrup, same fruits everyday (banana, apple). We talked to front desk about cleaning on day 3 since our room was untouched and even though they said they'd ask for a refill of towels and toilet paper, no one came. We had to go to the reception to get towels and toilet paper. The pool is cold and dirty as well as the washroom in the pool area. It smelled like pee and had a bunch of insects. Overall, it was cheap for what they offered, but too expensive for what we actually got and cutting down on cleaning isn't the way to go for our family. We wouldn't recommend or stay there again.

We chose this property due to the waterslide and continental breakfast. Upon arriving the water slide had a sign stating it was closed. We did not find out until check out that the staff were supposed to notify us that it could be opened upon request. They did not. Then when we arrived for breakfast at 9:30 AM, all the food had already been removed. A discount would have gone alkng way as this was a staycation for my son that fell short by a landslide. Otherwise it is a very clean and comfortable hotel.

The hotel is good and clean but the check in staff is not very helpful. I booked the hotel online and pre-paid too and didn’t had the same physical card with me. Rather than requesting another card or any other option, the check in lady just told me that she won’t be able to check me in without giving alternative or advising why she need the physical card she just gave me back the ID and literally said to go as she couldn’t check in.(her name was rose I think) Then I suggested that if she need the card for deposit I can give another card under my name then she said its fine. It was such an easy fix but as customer service person she didn’t had courtesy to offer anything but chose to refuse check in instead. I am not saying she is rude but not helpful. If there were someone who wasn’t aware why they need card like for deposit policy they would be stranded outside in storm with their money wasted already on the booking.

I liked the pool area for the kids and the quiet nature of the property. Unfortunately, customer service was lacking, especially for a Marriott Property!!! We drove 4 hrs and had dinner at a restaurant when we arrived. It was late and all 3 kids were exhausted. They fell asleep at 11pm only for us to have to move rooms at midnight due to a foul sewage smell that kept getting worse. It was so toxic. Now, this is out of control of the hotel but their service was terrible. We had to repack and move rooms ourselves with no assistance. We eventually got back to bed at 2am. I complained to the front desk and they said word for word, "It's not in our job description to help guests move rooms"!!! Terrible! I remember staying at a Sandman Hotel having to move rooms and they helped us out!

The staff was very friendly even suggested we park our motorcycle in front of the front desk windows so they can keep an eye on them. The breakfast was great . The rooms were clean and had comfortable beds.

We stayed here a few years back and were happy with our stay, however did not have the same experience this go around. We were met by a rude front desk agent while inquiring about the possibility of an early check in, after being abruptly told no, we left to run some errands until after 4pm for check in. The front desk agent has switched out and the new agent was lovely and check in went smoothly. Our interaction with staff from there onward was pleasant. Our room was a standard room, however the cleanliness was lacking. There were various black hairs in the bathtub ( which I had to clean prior to my child bathing), a pink smear of something on the toilet tank next to the flusher handle and mold and mildew on the tub tiles. We found a sharp pin sticking up in the carpet between the two beds, thankfully we were wearing slippers and nobody stepped on it. The swimming pool was the main reason for our stay, however we found literal piles of dirt / sand prominent in the hot tub, which frankly grossed me out, and the pool had an “oily” looking film on it, and chemicals so strong both my kids left with red itchy skin. Breakfast was nice, lots of selection and nice qualify food. The location was really convenient for us also, however if they don't step up the cleanliness and maintenance, we likely will try to find somewhere else to stay next time.

My first impression was not great. I have scent sensitivities and when the automatic doors opened I was over come with a scent. I was told it was the 'signature scent' and it was right in the HVAC. Some may enjoy it, I do not! The rooms were comfortable but noisy. The pool was nice and the dinning room was very spacious. The décor was very dated, which did not effect our stay and the beds were very comfortable and our location was walking distance to lots of restaurants and other necessities.

The location of the property is great. It was nice that there was a pool & hot tub. Rooms were spacious. Lots of restaurants near by but no restaurant in the hotel. Unfortunately when I checked in they didn’t mention the incidental hold they put on my credit card and when I extended my stay they placed another hold on my card without mentioning it. When I noticed and questioned why I had $670 on hold they said it was for incidentals and because I technically had two bookings they had to issue two incidental holds. I thought that was quite steep and also very frustrating that they didn’t mention it either time. The stay was okay. I’ve definitely had more enjoyable stays elsewhere. If I went back it would be because of the location.

I drove 8 hours that day on my way to a little vacation with some friends to play golf and relax, and staying at your hotel ruined my little vacation.. 3 different hotel room that where distgusting , dirty, with beds full of hair, unclean sheets is a major health and safety concern. The first room sheets with hair and non fresh sheets, the second room had a pillow with so much hair on it it looked like the last customer just had a hair cut and all house keeping did and turn the pillow over. And the 3rd room had hair in the bed. All 3 room the sheets were not fresh so that seems like house keeping never changed them from the last customer. I’m very disappointed with trying to stay at this hotel last night, I went next door to the best western and had a wonderful clean room..

Came to stay here due to a wildfire evacuation. The staff was excellent in trying to get us early check in. The hotel was very busy with lots of families with children. My husband and I did not try the included breakfast as the place was full of families with loud children and there was no space available.
