Site charmant avec du potentiel extraordinaire mais tristement devenu MITEUX au fil des décennies. Donc correct malgré le prix. Minimum de serviettes, un petit savon en shampoo., raiseaux internet non fonctionnel

Unfortunately I would not stay here again. The property is tired and not kept up. We arrived after 4pm and they were still cleaning our room, so we had to wait and then the floor was wet when we got in. Key jammed in the door, room smelled of smoke, pool is so murky you can’t see the bottom and has weeds growing around the sides. You can hardly get in the gate to the pool because it is so overgrown. I don’t mind the dated decor- that is as expected- but the general sense of dilapidation- and the smoke smell- left me googling to see if there were any other hotels we could move to.

Cheap and pet friendly. AC. Lots of parking

was very dissapointed. wifi didnt work... neither did the tv. didnt have any vending machines. but the beds are cumfy.

Belle emplacement sur le bord du fleuve. Chambre vieillot mais propre et confortable. Belle piscine et tranquille.

We had read prior reviews of the motel before booking it, so we had an idea what to expect. The motel in general, including the room, is rundown, and is in need of a lot of TLC. Quite outdated.It does allow dogs, which is why we chose it. In the Hotels.com website that we booked through, it stated the room had a kitchenette,but we were told, no, the room does not. The neighborhood surrounding the motel is very nice, with lovely, well-kept homes and gardens, so we enjoyed walking the dog around there.

Je m’excuse mais pour moi j’ai passé une belle nuit la seule chose que je n’es pas aimé ses le service pas de serviettes pour se sécher après une douche pas de débarbouiller pour se laver j’ai trouvé ça bien ordinaire et en plus pas de papier de toilette de rechange un demie rouleau pour 4 personne pas fort falaise conter les carrés de papier pour pas en manquer en plus plein de file d’arreigner dans les coin de la chambre lava beau plein rouille roulée pratiquement percé par la rouille la douche est pas si pire mais tu te dépêches de te laver peut d’attraper des maladies ça pas l’air désinfecté plus qu’il faut pour les personnes qui n’on pas énormément d’argent ça peut faire mais m’ois j’ai passer une nuit mais pas deux j’aurais changé de place pour la deuxième nuit pour les matelas ses bien mais pas d’ure très m’ois j’ai mal aux dos je peux vous dire une nuit ses bien assez je m’excuse pour les gens qui travaille là mais ci je serai à leur place je serai très gêner de louer ce genre de chambre aux gens ci j’étais à votre place je serai gêner de loué ses chambres d’hôtel comme ça vous regardez l’extérieur et ça dit tout les mauvais herbes prenne le dessus sur les arbres la piscine la toile est tout déchirée il as assez de movais herbes que il faut que tu le saches qu’il avait une piscine je comprends pas pourquoi vous pouvez être encore ouvert avec le service que vous donner soit que vous êtes inconscient du service que vous donner et la mal propreté qu’il it as présentemen.

Grass needed cutting and access to river was limited

The overall experience is great considering the price. The owners are very welcoming and helpful. The place looks a bit old fashioned but what I love best is the hospitality , feel safe that I can sleep good at night because of the nice neighbourhood. There is a clean and nice swimming pool available and the lake view is amazing!

We found a dirty sock next to the bed. Shower curtain had black mold at the bottom. Lamp shade had stains, A/C was dirty, shower wall had some hair. Spiders webs at the door and in side of the room ceiling. Bedroom curtains were barely holding on. It must have been a nice place years ago. Can barely see the motel from the road , when you see the sign you think it’s close for a long time

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY HERE. Booked this motel as we were attending an event nearby and options are limited. Other reviews were so so. Went into it knowing that. But it was BEYOND your worst nightmare. Arrived to check in and there were a group of "guests"? standing around outside the office. Was given a room and went to check it out. Upon inspection there was a great deal of dust everywhere including on the bedding. THEN .. proceeded to check the bathroom..there was a pile of actual dried up cat feces in the tub!!! Went to the office and advised we would like our money back and would not be staying. The female manager? was rude, became quite angry almost physically assaulted. Refused refund and advised "it was not her fault" the room was not cleaned? I truly would not have ever envisioned this scenario. After much debate we chose to leave as we felt unsafe as the other people that had been standing around were also threatening. This motel should not even be in business!!!

Very dirty. Pls take more time in cleaning. Renovation is a must.

It was a somewhat run down. Once I checked in I went with my sister and granddaughter to the room it was musty, The refrigerator was scratched dirty and honestly appeared to have been picked up as a roadside find. The bath was dirty with urine around the toilet and hair on the floor.

The room was not cleaned for a very long time and it is full of cobwebs, spiders, flies, and more. The floor and tables were covered in dust and the water smelled bad. There were no amenities; no towels, barely any soap, nothing. The bed is creaky and on rolling wheels which causes it to move. The windowsills are full of dead flies and further cobwebs. Everyone that was in the motel all seemed to be crazy. The only good thing is that the owner tried his best and was respectful. Outside View was nice and quiet.

It was disgusting! There was black mould in the bathtub, feces on the toilet…demanded my money back…to Orbitz…you should not post this place on your site…do not stay here at all!

Service was difficult and slow. The kitchen stove was dirty. The wall are not sound proof at all you can hear people talking in other room.

bathroom floor has one foot square hole with missing tiles , 2 inches deep

Very dirty room, bed had not been changed, yellow spots on the sheets and hair on the pillow case. Most lights inside the room and power outlets did not work. Could not even get a key to our room as they had lost the key so the person at the frojt desk had to open the door with a master key and needed to be contacted to come lock it and open it upon our return. Would avoid at all costs.

The window was broken. The bathroom had no door and in place a filthy fabric curtain. There was filth and mould under the bathroom sink. The shampoo had already been used. And the facility was generally very poorly maintained. I would never recommend this, in fact, believe I should receive a refund

Nice owner. Very friendly. But the property is in serious disrepair. Bed is comfortable. Bed was clean, but room is in rough shape.

Oldstyle motel, olde buildings in need of an update. Limited power outlets none in bathroom.

Very good value! Clean room, comfortable bed, lots of hot water. Fridge and microwave was a bonus. Very picturesque location by the riverside.

The check in office smelled of cat urine, several stray cats wandering around, two large loose dogs. Leaking faucet which left the only towel soaking wet, cobwebs and bugs throughout. I was in the room less than an hour before I had bugs crawling on me so I decided I could not sleep there and was denied any refund and was only spoken to through a door.

L'endroit est très médiocre. À l'arrivée, il n'y avait pas de réceptionniste, la porte de l'accueil était barrée. Ça sentait le marijana. Il n'y avait pas de moustiquaire ou de fenêtre dans la seconde porte d'entrée de notre chambre comme si l'endroit était abandonné. La plupart des ampoules étaient brûlés ou inexistante, nous sommes allé à la réception pour en demander deux. Nous étions deux mais il y avait un seul set de serviettes. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la douche finalement car la propreté de la salle de bain était douteuse. Finalement l'odeur de la chambre en général sentant le renfermé.

The owners of the motel are a couple and they are very nice, kind, helpful. The motel is located very well. It is just on the bank of the Lourence river and has beautiful views. It is good option of accommodation between Montreal and quebec City. It is recommended.

Le propriétaire de l'établissement qui reçoit sa clientèle au comptoir d'enregistrement ne parle ni ne comprend le français ce qui dans la province de Québec est un très grand manque de respect.

Viellot, sale, toiles d’araignée, fourmis. Draps sales. Caution de 25 CAD pour la clef. Pas rendu puisque personne à la réception le lendemain. A éviter.

The bed was not cleaned(hair and dirty spot were still there) and the light of toilet was gone. I explained the above and thus asked the owner to refund. But he gave me its half only. It was nightmare. I do not recommend this motel at all. Never, ever.

Manque d entretien extérieur. Contour de bain insoluble. Pas de rouleaux de papier toilette en surplus. Vieile odeur de cigarettes. Bonmatelas endroit tranquille. Piscine propre

Bel emplacement. Beau motel rustique style années 60 mais aurait besoin de quelques rénovations pour le remettre plus attrayant. Mais c'est probablement l'état actuel qui permet d'avoir une chambre correcte pour vraiment moins cher qu'ailleurs.
