This is the second stay here for us. The location is convenient to a few good restaurants just get there early or make a reservation as they get very busy. It’s a nice small very walkable town. There’s also a very I interesting mineral museum that is worth checking out. I really like the hosts of this B&B they are very friendly and certainly make you feel at home. They offer lovely snacks in the afternoon and the breakfasts were delicious. I’m sure we will be back again!

Cute decor, and the kind hosts have anticipated everything you could ever need/want. Easy walking distance to restaurants and the walking path. Fantastic selection of movies and games in case of a rainy day too. Delicious breakfast as well. Would highly recommend and would stay again if in the area.

My girlfriend and I stayed for a ski weekend and it was awesome! Super comfortable beds, tons of movies to select from, and only a 10-15 min ride to Sunday River. 5 stars!

The B&B was beautiful. The furnishings and decorations for the fall season were beautiful. The Inn keepers were very friendly and helpful. The room fit our needs perfectly. The breakfast was goodies the afternoon before were delicious and the tea selection was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Personally greeted each guests and showed them to their rooms. Coffee, tea, and homemade snack available in the dining room each evening. Breakfast served on every half hour between 0700-0830 which is super convenient for early risers and those who rise later. Host had great recommendations for dinner and was knowledgeable about activities in the area. Rooms clean, bed comfortable, and generally warm welcoming environment. Would stay here again.

John and Jeanette could not have been friendlier or more attentive, They went out of their way to make us feel at home, gave us great suggestions for day trips and restaurants, and did everything possible to make us comfortable. John seriously is on call 24 hours a day if you need anything, and Jeanette is a brilliant cook! Thank you so much for everything!

The innkeepers thought of everything, including charging stations on both sides of the bed. The property is immaculate. Jeanette’s breakfasts were excellent and her bacon is perfectly crispy. A great place to stay.

Took me back to visiting my grandparents home. It's just a minute or two walking distance to restaurants, and small stores. The room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. This is now our place to stay in Bethel.

Great location for a ski trip to Sunday River. Bethel is a quiet town that shuts down by 9pm but there were a few nice places to eat a short walk away. Inn and rooms were very well kept with lots of thoughtful touches for a great stay. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

The Victorian decor was attractive and functional and not too much bric-a-brac so no clutter. The hosts were informative and personable without overdoing it. The room was gorgeous and the pillows and mattress were comfy. We would definitely stay there again if our travels lead us to the area.

We have literally stayed at every hotel in Bethel and this is our favorite. We have stayed here multiple times. Super clean and modern with the old feel. The hosts are incredible! Anything you could possibly need they can help with. Highly highly recommend the Holidae House!

The owners are super welcoming and the homemade breakfast is delicious. Very accomodating of dietary needs/preferences as well. The house is cool and they did a great job upgrading it to having all the modern conveniences you need while maintaining that old Victorian vibe. There's also a local grocery store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Approximately 10 minutes to Sunday River. 10/10, would stay again!

John is extremely attentive to his guests and wants to make sure that everyone feels at home. The accommodations are quite comfortable and centrally located. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious with fresh ingredients. The only suggestion I would have is to offer more than one choice.

Lovely home built in the early 1900s and tastefully maintained. John and wife: warm and welcoming. Five restaurants of different cuisines within close walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

The owners are super welcoming and the homemade breakfast is delicious. Very accomodating of dietary needs/preferences as well. The house is cool and they did a great job upgrading it to having all the modern conveniences you need while maintaining that old Victorian vibe. There's also a local grocery store across the street and restaurants within walking distance. Approximately 10 minutes to Sunday River. 10/10, would stay again!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a ski weekend and it was awesome! Super comfortable beds, tons of movies to select from, and only a 10-15 min ride to Sunday River. 5 stars!

Lovely warm & welcoming B&B situated on the main street thru Bethel, ME. Just minutes from Sunday River ski resort. John is a charming host and Jeanette's breakfast was delicious! Will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Took me back to visiting my grandparents home. It's just a minute or two walking distance to restaurants, and small stores. The room was comfortable, and clean. Breakfast and coffee was delicious. This is now our place to stay in Bethel.

John and Jeanette were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast amazing. Quaint, with a feeling of "home", is what made our stay comfortable. Also, Maine Mineral and Gem Museum is located a few doors down from the Inn. Grocery store across the street is well supplied.

Great location for a ski trip to Sunday River. Bethel is a quiet town that shuts down by 9pm but there were a few nice places to eat a short walk away. Inn and rooms were very well kept with lots of thoughtful touches for a great stay. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful.

This is the second stay here for us. The location is convenient to a few good restaurants just get there early or make a reservation as they get very busy. It’s a nice small very walkable town. There’s also a very I interesting mineral museum that is worth checking out. I really like the hosts of this B&B they are very friendly and certainly make you feel at home. They offer lovely snacks in the afternoon and the breakfasts were delicious. I’m sure we will be back again!

Enjoyed three nights at Holidae House. Enjoyed chatting with John and Jeanette. John was very informative and gave great ideas for things to do in the area. Enjoyed looking at their many antique pieces and collectible items. Breakfasts made by Jeanette were DELICIOUS!

We felt 110 percent wellcome in this old fashioned hotel. Everything clean and no detail is overlooked. Small quiet town, several restaurants within walking distance. Only negative is no refrigerator and only one choice of a bit small portions of very tastefull homemade breakfast. Overall a great stay.

The B&B was beautiful. The furnishings and decorations for the fall season were beautiful. The Inn keepers were very friendly and helpful. The room fit our needs perfectly. The breakfast was goodies the afternoon before were delicious and the tea selection was outstanding. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Breakfast served on every half hour between 0700-0830 which is super convenient for early risers and those who rise later. John is extremely attentive to his guests and wants to make sure that everyone feels at home. The accommodations are quite comfortable and centrally located. There are several good restaurants within walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious with fresh ingredients. The only suggestion I would have is to offer more than one choice.

Lovely bed and breakfast in Bethel. The owner/host John met us on arrival and went into great detail about everything we might need to know about the house and our room. It's a very charming old house, filled with antiques and interesting pieces, and clearly loved and taken care of. The room was very comfortable, Breakfast was fresh made and delicious, and they made a special breakfast for my husband to accommodate his dairy allergy. All around lovely experience.

The Holidae House is a wonderful place to stay. John and Jeanette are great hosts. It feels like home but you don't have to do any of the work. The breakfast is always amazing! The rooms have everything you need. AC, fans, plenty of outlets to charge things, chairs, lights, TV. Bethel has so much to do and it's beautiful all year round.

Staying at a B&B is so much nicer than a regular hotel! Owner John made us feel important and right at home. A real breakfast in the morning included with the stay was a wonderful treat. All this more than compensated for not having a king size bed or a mini fridge in the room. This stay was by far the best of 5 in our New England trip.
