For a one night stay it was what I needed

We had the junior suite, which was a last minute booking. Contacted phone number and gave code for door immediately, was super nice and helpful. Room was great, no issues. Enjoyed our stay. I was a little worried given the reviews, but at least this suite was great for our stay and expectations.

Very central location right across from the water. Plenty of parking. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-appointed. The owners were very nice and helpful. They seem to be updating everything. Bathroom was all brand new. They upgraded us to a two king suite so we could be close to our friends. The room was extremely nice! I would suggest requesting a room on the water side though. The rooms in the back off of the parking lot or less appealing while they still looked extremely updated and clean the entrance is not as nice.

Old and tired motel. Carpets were stained. Window didn't open. Old paneling and drop acoustic ceiling. Ceiling fan with no blades. The cable tv did not work but we did get help right away.
