When we arrived I realized we were very close to the highway which would create noise. it did but I did manage to sleep well after three nights. The upside was great very clean and they had and ice machine to keep your drinks cold. Each morning when we left the room was cleaned and replaced wash cloths. It was fine a lot cheaper than others .

Run down. Poor. Condition of property. Smoke-free room had a nasty smell to it. Check-in person did not know how to do job or lacked training. Pot holes all over parking lot

Although it looked a little rough on the outside, the room was very cute and clean and cozy. I loved how the room was set up. Also liked how we could park right outside our room. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very friendly and we will be definitely be staying there again.

Room was modest and relatively small but clean and completely smoke free. Bed was comfortable. Furniture was newer and in excellent condition. Bathroom and fixtures were newer and in excellent condition. I could park right in front of my room. The outside of the building was well maintained.

nice king size bed. a/c, hot water good. tv had many channels. fridge, microwave worked. room clean. parked right by room. the place is older, but in good shape. front desk was friendly. no highway noise. price was much better than name brand chains. would strongly recommend staying here.

Perfect location for my needs. Had to reach in back of toilet to flush almost every time. Smoke detector missing.

For the money this place isn’t bad. But the did have paint peeling above the door and bathtub faucet leaks. Rooms are also very small. No amenities

Our room TV wasn't working. Management came quickly after trying to fix moved us to a new room. This is my 2nd time staying here. Basic rooms with lots of problems but very clean. If you don't mind basic then I would stay here.

I was disappointed that there was no coffee available either in room or office.

Didn't feel safe the price was too high for the condition of the room saw bugs in the bathroom

I pd the motel fee and then was told i owed a 25.00 deposit refundable in the morning. The sttendant in no way could tell me what this was for. In good faith i gave the money expecting someone in the morning would return it and explain. I did have the money returned but NO explanation When i found bugs in our bed in the morning i alerted rhe man in the office. I was ordered out of the office and told yo leave. Thr room was filthy. I pulled the befding down and found more bugs. The attendant was frightening and he KNEW the room was filthy.

There was cockroaches and the floors were so disgusting when I went to wipe up a water mess my son had made the white rag was brown

How can this place be rated 7? Dirty floors, no hand towels, dirty stained bath towels and ROACHES. Worst place we stayed at in the past 10 years. We arrived late and we were unable to find another hotel with vacancies. So VERY disappointed.

The room had a stink in it and did not feel clean. The police arrested people across the street twice, once required multiple units. The hotel is a horseshoe shaped setup with a LIQUOR STORE in the middle, brining in all sorts of people non-stop...did not feel physically threatened, but was concerned about break in of car. The staff was super friendly! Hotels.com users rating was way to high!!! If it was more honest I would have skipped it and booked elsewhere. The people were so nice that I feel bad giving such a blunt and honest review.

Older motel, needs a lot lot of TLC. Bed spread had stains, sticky spots on floor, stained towels.

Bed bugs and roaches

The room was clean but during the night I went to the bathroom and seen roaches crawling around. That was the end of my sleeping.

The neighbors upstairs from me was constantly walking around and there was a ball or something heavy rolling around all night and at 6am they would start thumping their music I called office and I guess they said something cause it went from music to stomping

So first things first apon arrival I was told I had to make a $50 deposit to be able to get my room key and when I said “Oh I wasn’t aware of that give me just a second” (I was in no way refusing to make the deposit I get sometimes it’s necessary) I was met with attitude from the man at the desk “It’s very obviously on the website that it says this” in the middle of explaining I booked on Expedia not their website I was interrupted by the man explaining the same thing again. Anyway after an unpleasant experience with the front desk I get my keycard and venture towards my room and quickly realized this property was very sketchy. To my surprise once I got to my room I seen that it was for the most part really nice except for some peeling paint on the walls. I left for a little bit and went to some of the near by casinos and when I returned for the night and layed down I realized the appeal of the room was DEFINITELY not the bed for lack of better words it felt flat. Sleeping through the night was not only a struggle because of the discomfort of the bed but every single sound that happened outside was audible in the room. After getting very little sleep I went to check out early and the lady that was at the desk was actually super kind and sweet which was a great change from the checkin experience.

it was all good except when i checked in the lady gave me attitude about the occupancy i put for two adults said if only showed one even after i showed her on my app. but everything else was fine

I reserved a room at Deluxe Inn due to the price (lowest in town). When I drove up to the motel, I thought "uh oh, what have I gotten myself into." The motel looks quite old and is not very pleasing to the eye. However, everything was very good. The clerk at the desk was very kind. The room was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Been ripped off by several of the other hotels surrounding this property, but this one agreed to the price and what it offered on the Expedia website. No bogus charges, no tripling the cost, no claiming reservation was lost and charged triple the cost, no claiming have to take a dirty room with blood everywhere, no illegally changing for service, do, noillegally charging extra for linens like need a towel in the room but not one at check in, so charged extra cost. No claiming breakfast buffet but only 1/2 a donut & 1 cup of coffee per room max despite double occupancy. This place was just what it said and the stafff where courteous.

I would give five stars, but the first room we got put in was not okay. The second one had issues, but for the price, was fine. The lady and young men who work the front desk during the day are amazingly nice!! I had one issue where I needed assistance and called the front desk. The response wasn't the best (it was late night staff maybe?). Everything else was great! I'll be staying again if I need to be in town for anything.

Clerk tried to charge me an additional $50 for a supposed cleaning fee upon check-in. Most of the hotels in this town are all owned by owners who are related to one another, so they all do same thing upon check-in. They also try to charge me extra for my legally licensed and registered service dog. They refuse to accept or even look at all of his legal paperwork, despite being offered. This happens a lot in this town. However, I refused to pay or put a large non refundable deposit down and usually they will refuse letting me stay but still take my money. For the first time I told them I was going to call Expedia and let them know the scams these guys are ruining in this town and they backed down. If ya'll could be aware and help stop this scamming by several of the hotels in this area I would appreciate it.

Bugs all over the room and in the bed sheets. Old food in the dresser drawers. Not a safe feeling with kids. Not worth the money at all.

It was near a nice friendly casino I easily earned back every cent I spent on this dang ol room! Bed was comfy, found body hair on my towel.... Would stay again.

Price & location are a plus. No dislikes

I'm sure the room was clean, but it wasn't a very nice area to be in. I never got to go in because a fight broke out between 2 men close to my room right as I got there. Also, a man in a van was watching my every move. I was a woman traveling with just a small dog. I didn't feel safe at all. The people at front desk were nice at check in, but i was too scared to leave my truck to go in to tell them. I left and went down the road and paid way more. I guess I've lost the money I paid at this place, but I was worried about my safety.

Miami Oklahoma has lots of things to see . It is rich in Native American culture

Reasonable price. Always clean. Nice staff. Central to the casinos.

Easy to locate, Quick check in. Good location. Family operated.

Good value for the room. Breakfast isn't worth eating but room 1/2 cost of other hotels. Cheap hotel cleaner than more expensive rooms in town
