Room was clean and people were nice. A few items needed to be repaired (see pictures) and the pool filter didn’t appear to be running as the water level was a bit low which left some floaters. That said the price was fair and the bed comfortable.

The room was very small. The internet did not work at all. The door to the entrance of the place was not locked. A/C which is on the upper wall was not clean. The tv is just a Roku TV and it did not work because no internet. The place is older. The pool was dirty. If you go there, the office is a few building down hard to fine.

Great little place to stay if your expectations are realistic. It isn't the most luxurious or fancy place, it's actually a little run down, but you can tell it's an older building so with that taken into account it's reasonable. The nicest part of it is the little common pool and patio area in the front; it's clean, decorated well and private away from the main road. The king bed itself was hard and fairly uncomfortable personally but nothing more than a slight inconvenience; same can be said for the small TV being incredibly far from the head of the bed, but TV isn't exactly important in a hotel room to me. Parking is probably my biggest issue, it's $10 a night to just park on the side of the street, and if the area is crowded during your stay, you'll probably park in the grass like I did. Highly recommended for a night or two getaway at affordable prices

The complex is small and quiet, beautiful pool, courtyard and fountain. A Spanish villa retreat. Great location away from the beach noise but just a short walk. The hotel group this location belongs to (North Village) has several restaurants in the area, a wine and garden spot for the evenings, a store, a fantastic breakfast coffee/bakery restaurant and a juice/smoothie bar. Room was great (King deluxe) staff was friendly and attentive.

Overall it was decent.. I like the waterfall in the middle of the complex. I dont like the fact that there was no parking. I also didnt like the fact that the check in was at an entirely different hotel. I think the location is good for surrounding areas you are trying to commute to. My bathroom shower tiles were a little messy too. Moldy.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very clean, friendly, and attentive staff. Spend 1 full day relaxing by the pool. It felt like an oasis within busy Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

The property is nice, but dated. The room had closets but no hangers. Quite a few shelves. No seating, no suitcase rack (we used an ironing board). The shower drained very slowly. The bed was comfortable.

The ONLY negative thing i could say, is housekeeping should've cleaned the room thoroughly. There were a couple of dead bugs back by the coffee maker/microwave. The gentleman working the property made me feel extremely welcome. The property was very charming, the bed was big and comfortable, and the pool area was clean. Less than a 5 minute walk to one of my favorite beaches in FL. The price is unbeatable for the area. I was apprehensive booking due to the low rate. This is a prime area in Broward county. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and i will definitely be back!

Checked in to a room and was attacked by a dog in the room that was already occupied. They gave us another room but that one was next to the loud constantly barking dog AND the shower did not drain.

The room was clean and a good size. The fountain ran all night long making it nearly impossible to sleep! They need to turn it off in the evening. Location was great for walking to the beach and nearby hotels.

My mother and I stayed in mid-March, and even though it was during the peak of "spring break", we found the hotel to be quite pleasant. The room was very spacious with a desk, and a nice couch with coffee table. The courtyard with fountain and chairs and tables is a nice place to spend time. The staff are very friendly and responsive.

I really liked the area and the check in guy was extremely nice. Showed me to my room and everything. The shower has like no pressure and the knob fell off, but everything else was really good. Chrome cast tv, extremely effective AC. Will come back for sure!

The place was clean and in close proximity to the beach. It was very quiet and we felt we had the whole pool area to ourselves which was nice and relaxing. The 1 bedroom suite we booked though was not as pictured and the main floor unit was quite noisy with next-door and upstairs neighbors easily heard through the walls and ceiling.

Check-in at another property nearby was easy and fast. We were provided with a map of properties where we could enjoy their amenities. We were informed about local eateries. We were give beach towels to use. Overall it was a great experience post cruise. We would stay at La Casa again.

My stay was wonderful. Per and Philipa are very kind, and I’d like to especially mention Jazmin and Pepe from the staff — they were exceptionally attentive and helpful. I hope to come back soon! Without a doubt, La Casa has been the best place I’ve stayed in Fort Lauderdale for rest and vacation.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay. Very clean, friendly, and attentive staff. Spend 1 full day relaxing by the pool. It felt like an oasis within busy Fort Lauderdale. Highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!

Checked in to a room and was attacked by a dog in the room that was already occupied. They gave us another room but that one was next to the loud constantly barking dog AND the shower did not drain.

The room was clean and a good size. The fountain ran all night long making it nearly impossible to sleep! They need to turn it off in the evening. Location was great for walking to the beach and nearby hotels.

The hotel group this location belongs to (North Village) has several restaurants in the area, a wine and garden spot for the evenings, a store, a fantastic breakfast coffee/bakery restaurant and a juice/smoothie bar. Room was great (King deluxe) staff was friendly and attentive.

Check-in at another property nearby was easy and fast. We were provided with a map of properties where we could enjoy their amenities. We were informed about local eateries. We were give beach towels to use. Overall it was a great experience post cruise. We would stay at La Casa again.

We always stay at North Beach Village when we come to visit. La Casa was new to us and provided to ultimate experience. It was peaceful, clean, friendly, and accommodating. The staff was always available, the pool was clean, they provided towels without asking. Shops, and restaurants all walking distance, and there’s always something to do. We can’t wait to come back!
